Lakeside Condo near a Greenway

The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Lake Johnson, one of Raleigh's most beautiful park areas. There is a 6 mile scenic walking/biking trail around the lake, as well as a boathouse where you can rent kayaks, peddle boats and more. Downtown Raleigh, Lenovo Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, NC Fairgrounds is only a 10 minute drive away! NC State campus is 3 miles away. You are literally in the middle of Cary and Raleigh with access to shopping, restaurants, movies, downtown, etc.
The apartment is located on the second floor on the left side of the building (enter via C1 door) and has one bedroom (queen sized bed) with a full private bath.
Living room has two comfortable couches and Smart TV(you will be able to use own credentials to access Netflix / Hulu / Youtube etc ). Guests are more than welcome to use the washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, that you can find in the coat closet.
Outside you can find a quick path (around 10 min by walking) to gorgeous Lake Johnson from our backyard.
Easy access to the main highways I-40 and I-440, convenient location to visit Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.

Overall our stay was great, the place had everything you need, even a washer and dryer which is nice to have. The location for us was the best part because everything was like 10-15 mins away in all directions so it felt like we were in a centralized location for what we wanted to do and see.

This apartment was very neat, clean and comfortable. It is located in a peaceful area with trails easily accessible to the lake. It is convenient to all areas of both Raleigh and Cary to enjoy the events and fun activities in the vicinity !

It was nice! The inside had all the essentials. The outside of the property needs maintenance as the look of it is off putting but disregarding that the inside was wonderful!

Overall stay was fine. However, there were no towels upon arrival. Communication with host difficult to remedy. Towels were dropped off outside while we were out. We had to be somewhere and couldn't wait - though we did for over an hour.

It was nice

This was my first time going to Raleigh, NC, so my first time booking a VRBO there. I booked this location because it looked nice, there were patio tables and a hiking trail nearby. Natalia was nice enough to allow me to come in early as I had not rented a car before my trip because I just didn't have the time. However, I rented a car at the airport and pretty much got there at the specified time. When I arrived, I thought it was an apartment (not a condo which I found out later) like any other. It was kinda boho-charming with the lighting outside for the evening. I walked in and the place was clean, roomy, and sunny. The door locking behind me scare the crap out of me! LOL. I never got used to it my whole stay. During my stay, I felt that the owner could make some 'upgrades' to the unit. Like changing the shower curtain liner (it's dark blue but, looks white) thicker plush towels (Target?), upgrading the tablecloth, a new butcher block with all of the knives, there are two clocks in the living room (why? and one doesn't work). And all of the rugs look the same. It's a nice place, I think that it could be nicer with a few upgrades and better art. The location is good and would stay again.

Walking distance to Lake Johnson Park

Pristinely clean, spacious with multiple couches and pillows to relax in the living room. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (working stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery for 4, pots and pans) for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. Great restaurants and supermarkets were 5-10 mins drive away. Best of all, we could walk out the backdoor to Lake Johnson Park.

Clean and Comfortable

I really enjoyed my four-day stay at the condo. Everything is as described and super clean, which means a lot. The washer/dryer came in handy. The trail hike to the lake was a nice treat.

The K cup coffee machine doesn't work. The place was not completely cleaned. Hair in the bathroom. The towels were not clean and there weren't very many towel options. No blankets for the couches. The outdoor patio is missing couch cushions. Host did not directly answer my simple question about parking.
