Upon entering, you will be greeted by a stylish and spacious living area with cozy seating, a large TV, a beautiful dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and essential cooking tools, opens to the breakfast nook-style dining table, and features a bar-top seating area.

Wake up refreshed in one of the six dreamy bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, ready to explore Siesta Key and the surrounding barrier islands. The primary bedroom radiates a delightful beach theme and offers the largest ensuite bathroom, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower. We have three additional rooms designed with the adults in mind, as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds, perfect for the kids to unwind and play. Every room has a television and ample storage space, ensuring comfort and convenience. And to make your stay even easier, the home has a washer and dryer.

The backyard has two seating areas: a covered porch with plush wicker seats and the second offers a fantastic atmosphere with unique swings, outdoor television, and bar top seating.

Within a short walk, you will discover the vibrant collection of shops and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. You'll also find the beach, which has been voted the best beach in the USA several times. We can't wait for you to experience the beauty and relaxation of Summer House!

Great house!

Everything was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have big family dinners. It was decorated beautifully. The location was great, didn’t need a car to get anywhere. The rental company was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back! The next door neighbor was a little fussy.

Great rental!

The house was great, communication with property manager was great, no complaints about the stay! The location was close to the beach and to siesta village- many restaurants, bars, market, ice cream (my kids favorite 😊), and shopping! Definitely recommend this place!

House was in great shape and had most items that you could imagine. The pool area and outdoor TV make it so easy to spend the entire day outside. The only small item is that the beds are very, very firm.

This location was great and we absolutely loved the house. The house was perfect for our group of 6, very nicely designed inside and out, everything you need for a turn-key vacation. We will be back!

Close to Everything you need!

This property is magnificent. The home is spotless and beautifully decorated. In case you do want to venture out the beach is one minute walk to you right and downtown is one minute to your left. Plenty of driveway parking which is important on busy weekends and pool area is beautiful.

Amazing Family Friendly vacation site

It was an amazing, family friendly house. The layout and amenities along with the proximity to the beach are second to none. The only issue was a toilet that “ran” constantly in the 1st bedroom. That was a minor nuisance.

Home is in a great location, very nice accommodation. My only suggestion would be to have a way to blow off outside areas ourselves (sand cleanup)and a way for us to clean up the floors Inside (sand tracked in) home is to nice and If I were the owner would definitely want it well taken care of Will definitely use this property management agree

Everything was wonderful. I would Suggest some Kleenex and plastic wrap stocked in the house.

Great location. 300 steps to the beach from the driveway. The house and the pool were lovely. Remotes and TVs had a glitch may want to look into that.

Wonderful spring break

This was an unexpected fabulous find. We decided last minute to do spring break in siesta key. Found this property. It was truly as described. Clean, well-maintained, fantastic location. We were right in between the village and the beach and could be at either in three minutes. My two daughters, 18 and 21 and their two friends, loved it. I did too. I would stay there again in a minute.

Weekend getaway

We absolutely loved this house, like a home away from home. Gorgeous decor, awesome layout, comfy beds and super clean! The pool is so relaxing, we thought the waterfall was a tad loud, (maybe thats just us) oh and watch your head if your an adult going down the waterslide, I think its mainly meant for the kiddos, just sayin'... Located literally steps from Sunset Point beach, delicious restaurants and shopping. We all had a wonderful time and did not want to leave! Also, the couple next door are permanent residents, they are very, very nice, awesome folks. If you stay here please be respectful of them, they've seen a lot of change and development around them and deserve to live peacefully whilst y'all enjoy your vacations.

Bachelorette Party Fun

Gorgeous home in super convenient location. Easily able to accommodate many people with the 6 bedrooms (multiple beds in some) and 6 bathrooms! Plenty of great activities and restaurants only a short walk away. Unfortunately the water heater was not functioning on our first night, but the issue was addressed and resolved quickly the next morning. The doors have an very loud alarm that triggers anytime a person enters the house, so a warning about that in the booking listing would have been nice. Overall, highly recommended property. Would definitely stay again.

Great location between the village & the beach

Beautifully decorated new house in Siesta Key. We stayed for 9 days and staff was very responsive & easy to work with. Our group was 6 adults and 5 kids ages 1 to 11. My reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is two-fold. Although beautiful, the bedrooms are small, arranged back to back, and severely lack any storage space. No dressers in most rooms, and no luggage holders. The outdoor area is wonderful, and swimming pool very pretty. However, the slide was good for the 8 & 11 year olds, but not for adults or younger kids. It’s short, sharply curved, and fast. We enjoyed the week very much and loved the village and beach access

Beautiful, clean and functional

We loved all of it. Inside and out it is beautiful. The only thing that could improve is just because it is a newer property... the little things need to be rounded out. More board games, books, etc... we had rainy weather and needed a little more indoor entertainment. We are not television watchers at all, so the many big screens were wasted on us. Also we cook almost every night, so we would have liked more kitchen gadgets and towels, as well as large pots and pans and bowls. But it was beautiful and clean and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS

I loved the house THERE IS NOTHING i would complain about house, the people would come as soon as i had trouble GREAT SERVICE, but the only downfall is that neighbor on your left is a residence and thet would always tell us to shutup and be rude especially to the kids. I feel like for what we payed we would like to enjoy our vacation and these people kept ruining it for us. BUT like I said I LOVED THE HOUSE just not the neighbors. I recommend to come to this location if you party won’t make to much noise.

This property made our vacation perfect!

First, this house is spectacular! With 6 bedrooms and 6 luxurious bathrooms, everyone had there own space. The property was immaculate and the linen service amazing. Every bedspread was freshly cleaned, as well as all the linens. There were tons of beach towels. The kitchen was well supplied. The absolute BEST part...the private pool with a waterfall and slide. So fun during the day for our 5 children, and lovely at night with the lights. Great front porch for morning coffee and a covered patio area with 2 swings, comfortable chairs and a tv. The beach was a 2 minute walk, Siesta Village a 4 minute walk. So easy to grill poolside or run up to Dacquiri Deck for a quick dinner. And then Big Olaf’s every night for ice cream! Furthermore, our property manager, Dana, was available for phone calls and questions...she was so friendly and helpful. We are ready to book again!

Fun for all!

The house was very nice. Updated and clean. Living space is small, but we were never inside. It was perfect for 3 families, 6 adults and 7 children. Location is great. 2 mins to beach and 2 mins to town. Our only complaint was the riff-raff riding up and down the street in their loaded trucks, loud music and flags with profanity on them...not what we wanted for our young kids to see. Also, the next door neighbor yelled profanity at our children and threatened to call the cops one night if they didn’t quiet down. It was 10:02 when this happened...2 mins past quiet hours. It would have been far more appropriate for them to come and speak to the adults. The property manage was amazing! Very responsive to our few needs. I don’t think we would return to this house, but it was great for our week away.
