The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Queen sofa bed in the living room. There is free secured 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. Free local, USA mainland, Canada and select international phone calls are included. There is a 48" large flat screen Smart TV with DVD player in the living room.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.

*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

*IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 2. If you wish to add more guests to your trip, there is an extra person fee of $30 per guest beyond the standard allowed guests.
