Cinnamon Beach Vacations, the community's premier rental agency, is proud to offer CB 532. Re-fit from the ceiling to the floors, this oceanfront paradise is a true home away from home. Sporting brand new furnishings, new appliances, fresh paint, even designer ceiling fans. The owners spared no expense with this property.

The 3rd floor oceanfront visuals offer more than dazzling ocean front views but also boasts views of the Par 3 signature Jack Nicklaus designed green. The boardwalk to the beach is right beside the building for quick beach access. The king master suite with the private slider to the lanai is a unique design to this floor plan. The 2nd King Bedroom and 3rd bunk bedroom offers HD Flat Screens for movie watching and privacy.
*Please note the small grill on the balcony is no longer in the unit. The Cinnamon Beach Condos do not allow grilling on the balconies. *

Wonderful stay - great views

Quiet, clean and exactly as advertised. We loved our stay here and will be back! Full sized washer/dryer, ample space, beautiful kitchen and the VIEWS!!!! Beach access was convenient and it was wonderful to see the sunrise and see the pelicans flying by. Took advantage of the golf course nearby and lovely restaurants.

We all love being right by the beach and having the wonderful pools right there as well. The condo was very nice, probably the nicest one we've stayed at so far. (The grandkids loved the bunk beds.) The kitchen was well stocked and the condo as a whole was very clean.

This property was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The pictures show a small grill on the porch which was not available so plan accordingly. We ate at JT's one night and it was wonderful. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained property, I would highly recommend this unit.

I believe the mattresses were memory foam and the problem is you sink into them which I dislike. Also, there is very little to do in the area unless you go back and forth over a toll bridge.

Reviewer Comments: Condo is lovely and a great location, but sadly there were numerous maintenance issues (broken ice maker, missing shelves in refrigerator, dryer was absolutely packed with sand and debris, overhead lights burned out, slider screen wheel stuck so you couldn’t move it without it falling off.) I understand that these things happen, but the bigger issue is that numerous calls to maintenance (number provided in book), no one ever came to fix any of it!

We do recommend adding nice beach chairs for your guests to use. Most all beach condos we stay in have them. Overall great stay!

All and all it was a very good experience only issue but I am sure it was due to peak season was the inflexibility to check in prior to 4PM. Traffic at the gate was ridiculous with families all checking in at the same time. Management should consider at least two check in times to relieve traffic

Kids loved the pool and even though it was busy we always found a spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The beach was nice however the rocks made it challenging for the kids to go into the water but if you walk down to the beach access at the pool there aren’t as many. We will most certainly be back.

Rocks on Beach

Wish we knew about the rocks on the beach made it impossible to swim there . Condo was perfect , loved the area but the beach was the reason we choose that area . Had to drive to a different beach to swim , Still had a good time but disappointed!
