TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. First Floor: Wrap around deck overlooking beach and ocean—table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has stunning sweeping views of the ocean. Couch with pull-out queen bed. Flat screen tv. The dining room seats 6 with full ocean views. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils--everything needed to prepare meals. Stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. BDRM 1: Master suite with king bed has full ocean views, huge walk-in closet, newly remodeled full bath, and private door to ocean front deck.

Second Floor: BDRM 2: king bed with full ocean views. Two closets and tv. Newly remodeled full bath in hallway. BDRM 3: Two queen beds with full ocean view, tv and closet. BDRM 4: Twin bed in SMALL room off of BDRM 3. Perfect for kids.

Our home is fully furnished. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (Parking fee of $12-$15 per car per day, CHARGED BY OCEAN LAKES, NOT ME). I rent my golf cart in addition. This is a GREAT home for extended family vacations. We are dog friendly for $200 per dog/per week fee. LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Views

This is a wonderful property. It is oceanfront and only a few steps away. I love the porch and chairs that overlook the ocean. We were able to take our pups. The kids loved being so close to the beach and all the activities. Also, we enjoyed the golf cart. Highly recommend!

Only complaints I have are that there needs to be new furniture in the livingroom. The bottoms of them all are blown out. Need a sturdier rail going upstairs and need one on each sideneed on

Perfect for a family

Teens could do “oceanlakes” things while the adults relaxed. Phenomenal location, right on the beach, so we could sit on the porch & relax or walk a few steps out to the sand. Older house but very nice & had everything we needed.

A great location!

We had a nice stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Location is the best thing about property. The best stocked kitchen for all your cooking and serving needs. The property could use some painting and cosmetic fixes on the outside. Lots of outside seating on the deck. Cleanliness was average. Floors were dirty in kitchen and living room.. Found two dead roaches in the living room. Beds were hard and squeaky. Could use mattress update. I would give this property a B-

Great House in Fantastic Location!

Jen was a fabulous host to our family for the week! Her dog-friendly house was in the perfect location with immediate beach access & amazing views. Located perfectly at the edge of the campground to participate in all it has to offer, but be tucked away in a bit more peaceful spot. Very clean and lots of storage space!

Wonderful Stay

We will stay again at this property. This was our first time staying in Ocean Lakes, we had visited friends in the past. Beach cottage was in a great quiet location, easy beach access, house was very clean, owner responsive within minutes. We had a wonderful week and can’t wait to return.

Family vacation at Ocean Lakes Campground

Liked the location right on the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and riding in the golf cart. Nice swing and chairs on the deck. The kitchen chairs do need to be replaced as they're pretty wobbly. One of the house keys did not work. Overall it was a very enjoyable vacation.

Great Beachfront Home

Truly enjoyed our beachfront vacation. Jen was very pleasant to deal with and was extremely responsive. The location couldn’t be better to sit on the porch and look out at the ocean and so convenient to go back and forth from the house to relaxing on the beach. Bathrooms look like they were recently updated. Beds were very comfortable also. The house could use some more updating but everything was functional and everything needed was there for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Hope to be able to stay again in the future. We were so disappointed when our vacation was over, we wanted at least another week. Maybe next time!

Beatiful

Our only negative was getting into the property. The security guard would absolutely not let us in and in fact told us to get out of his line and figure it out yourselves. Finally after MANY attempts to get in we let our Uber driver go and went into a big building which is where we were treated wonderfully!! Great ladies! Especially Sarah. We found out we NEEDED a golf car to get to our rental. It would have been really helpful to have been better informed re how to get into the grounds. The rest of the stay was incredible!

Oceanfront is the only positive thing

Communication with owner was as expected but the place was disgustingly filthy. Found a paper plate with birthday cake and a used tampon underneath the bedside table. Don’t open bedroom windows as they fell in on us and could’ve caused a serious injury. So many things were outdated and in need of repair it’s really a shame considering you pay over $5,000 to stay in the place. Don’t come with a group over 5 people as there’s not enough furniture for everyone to sit together. Place was full of cockroaches (owner’s like to call the Palmetto bugs because it sounds better) flying all over the house nightly. Owner sent her so called “property manager” when the windows fell out as we opened them, he appeared to have been drinking. Also don’t walk barefooted at this beach house or you’ll have major splinters from the condition of the floors on the deck. All of these and many more issues were brought to the attention of the owner but her nonchalant attitude tells you all you need to know about how little she appreciates keeping her guests having a happy stay and wanting to return. It’s all about the fact that Ocean Lakes books no matter what, so why spend the money to update or clean, or even be proactive on spraying for cockroaches when you’re still gonna book the house anyway. Buyer beware!

Excellent location

Perfect ocean front views, quiet location. We've stayed in many properties at Ocean Lakes. Our only critique was the living room furniture. Dirty, stained, dilapidated, uncomfortable, and way past time for something else...for the cost of the unit... BUT...the unit overall was clean and spacious with obvious upgrades. We'd stay here again...especially since our sweet pup was welcome.

Disappointing

The location is great and the prop mgr (PM) very easy to commmunicate with but no WiFi - was not available and PM could only tell me it was. It was not. Sofa sleeper was full of dirt and old food and sand; most of the windows would not open and/or stay open. Looked like there may be black mold around vents in main living area and it had somewhat of a musty smell in the home. Golf cart was filthy and had to wipe it down to even use it. Really hate to leave a not-so-desirable review but also want to be honest.

We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for 18 years in our RV. Our family has grown up with great memories of our times here. So much so, that we bought homes here so other families can make their memories, too. Ocean Lakes is truly a hidden gem that inspired our company name, Sea Gems. As a family, there is SO much to do here affordably. We have made dear friends that we meet up with yearly. When not enjoying our time here, we live in Medford Lakes, NJ.

The views from this house are breathtaking. Instantly upon entering the deck, you feel a true sense of relaxation that only a beach front home can provide. I want to share this feeling with as many as possible by sharing my home with all of you.

What makes this property unique

The benefit of this home is its location. Sitting on the porch, drinking coffee watching the sunrise each morning is therapeutic.
