1 BDR, 1 BA LUXURIOUS CONDO. Sleeps max 4. EXCELLENT VALUE IN SOUTH CAPITOL AREA!
The casita, just off Don Diego Ave, is 1/2 mile to the Railyard District, 3/4 mile to the world famous downtown Santa Fe Plaza where shopping, dining, and gallery browsing awaits. Also walk to Trader Joe’s and other stores at the Coronado Center, Clafoutis French Cafe, Maria’s Mexican Kitchen, Santa Fe Antiques and Flea Market, and Salvador Perez Park (“the train park” - vintage Santa Fe RR locomotive on site, playground, sand volleyball, multi-purpose fields, and picnic tables).
The casita features traditional Santa Fe ceiling beams, and was completely renovated in 2018, including hardwood bamboo floors; bathroom cabinetry,; new kitchen appliances, tile counter tops, sink and subway tile backsplash. New to this condo are a Bosch dishwasher and Kenmore washer and dryer. A new walk in shower was added in 2022. All the modern conveniences are here in this home away from home. The bedroom has a comfy Tempurpedic queen bed, a tall chest of drawers for storing your things, and a vanity for makeup prep. In the living room, amenities include a queen-sized, memory-foam sleeper sofa, a desk for computer work, and a kitchen table. In the summer, the condo is cooled by an evaporative cooling system (A/C is rare in Santa Fe homes), in the winter, gas heating keeps the condo toasty warm. Relax outside on your own private patio, grill up some dinner, or create a romantic ambience by activating the casita’s light dimmer switches. Kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, margarita-making essentials, dishes, pots and pans and more. Enjoy your living room AND BEDROOM flat screen TV, with free programming and WiFi/ internet.

Central location

We enjoyed this cute condo an appreciated its central location. You can walk to groceries, cafes and the railyard. The railyard has the farmer's market and a stop of the free city bus which goes to old town and canyon galleries.

Fabulous getaway in Santa Fe

My spouse and I stayed for 3 nights and this castia was perfect. Many southwestern details that added a sweet charm and plenty of amenities for anything we may have forgotten. Short drive to historical sites, food, and shopping. Also nearby National Parks and hiking. We loved it here and highly recommend.

Delightful, comfirtable, and charming

What a wonderful surprise this was being so close to everything we wanted to see while in Santa Fe. The Casita is charming and comfortable, and the thoughtful attention to detail is most impressive. We usually stay with our daughter and her husband, but other family members were staying with them, and this was not only convenient, but also much more affordable than a hotel. Its access to the Plaza and the Railyard is amazing, and the reserved off-street parking space was an added bonus.Thank you for making us feel so much at home.

Charming and Cozy Getaway in Santa, Fe NM.

Lovely accommodations; clean, attractive, comfortable with wonderful attention to detail and available amenities. The location is in walking distance to many desirable areas in Santa Fe including the railyard, art galleries, museums, food etc. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Santa Fe!

This was in the perfect location for our needs. Walking distance to several grocery stores and downtown and off any main roads that made the stay here quiet and peaceful. The apartment was super easy to access, ample street parking, and the apartment itself was incredibly well stocked - including homemade salsa and chips?! Overall a very comfy place to stay for a short trip with my mom and I.

Everything you need is here and so cute!

The condo was cozy, well decorated, well stocked, (especially the kitchen.) We made meals and walked to restaurants and stores! Did our laundry,too. The owner left framed notes wherever needed to explain and assist renters. It was lovely, conviently located, clean, so comfortable!

Great little Casita!

My husband and I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the Casita (fully stocked kitchen, laundry closet, bathroom supplies, and linens). This location is perfect for exploring Santa Fe and the surrounding mountains. Be prepared to be OK with and looking forward to getting back to the Casita after a day of exploring because it's so cozy. Much better than any hotel experience. We will be back to enjoy the space again.

Somewhat industrial neighborhood but very convenient for getting into downtown. Apartment is small and somewhat cluttered but has everything needed for a short stay.

This place had everything needed with little notes left everywhere so that there was no guessing where stuff was or how to use the swamp cooler. They really thought of everything! I loved that it was so close to everything and yet very quiet. My family and I would stay here again.

Close to Santa Fe rail yard

We (2 people) stayed here for a week in June. Nice place. Quiet. As advertised. Evaporative cooler keeps it cool on hot days. Hosts were great. Location is a very short bike ride to rail yard. Would recommend.

Why they chose this property

We chose this quaint condo, number one because we absolutely are in love with Santa Fe, and number two, it’s location is central, and within walking and biking distance to the Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Rd art galleries, and the State Capitol. It’s a very quiet and peaceful condo complex, yet minutes to all Santa Fe has to offer. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

What makes this property unique

One bedroom and one full bathroom is the perfect size for romantic couples trips, or bringing the kids who can utilize the sleeper sofa. For those traveling with other couples, the unit right next door, and the unit two doors down, can also be rented for your other friends and family. The evaporative cooling system in the condo can cool things down for the rare warm Santa Fe afternoons. Many Santa Fe homes do not have any air conditioning options. The private, off-street parking, is a huge benefit.
