Enjoy Ocean Views in Fabulous SeaWatch Community

Relax and Play in Kure Beach's Premiere SeaWatch Community. Our home is 100 yards from the beach with ocean views and directly across the street from the beach access point. The private beach access includes a walkway with oceanfront gazebo & tiki bar, bathroom and hoses for washing off sand. The houses convenient location is close to the neighborhood swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. The contained community is a great place for kids to run around neighborhood and ride bikes.

There is plenty of space to accommodate your family and friends at our well-kept beautiful home. The open floor plan on the main level includes a kitchen, living room and dining table that seats 10 and three bar stools at kitchen bar. There is a bedroom off the kitchen with a Queen bed and full bathroom. The large wrap around porch with rocking chairs invites hours of ocean breezes and people watching.

The ground floor bedroom is perfect for parents that want to sleep with their children or friends/family who want to share a bedroom. There is a King bed and 2 Twin beds with a full bathroom.

The top floor has a large master bedroom with a King bed, walk in closet and full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Down the hall are 2 bedrooms. One with a King bed and the other room has 2 Twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom that has a separate shower and commode room and double basin sinks. All 3 bedrooms have doors to the outside deck with chairs.

Non-Smoking policy and NO PETS allowed. Departure cleaning included. Towels, Sheets and paper products not included.

Great family fun

Plenty of room for our family of 11. Just steps to the beach made it easy to come and go as needed. This was our second time staying here. Hope to stay again.

Kure Beach Wonder

Great location with easy beach access. Check in was a breeze with good communication. Comfy beds in all of the bedrooms , everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would come back to this location.

Home was comfortable and well laid out. Grandchildren enjoyed the play set in the neighborhood and riding their bikes around the pretty and quiet streets. The neighborhood pool and very close beach would be perfect in the summer. Would love to return soon.

Amazing Location!

Great house for our families annual beach trip. The house had enough bedrooms for three families with two kids bedrooms. The location for fantastic with a short walk to the beach and pool.

Conenient and roomy

It was a very short walk to the beach and to the community pool. The house was perfect for 11 persons...ages 1 to 71. A great place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with the family.

Another Great Week

This house has all the space we need for our adult children and their families to join us for our annual vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes so cooking is easy and enjoyable. The private beach access for the neighborhood is so close! 😀. There is also a neighborhood pool but that was not open due to Covid-19. This is a great rental!

Great Vacation House

Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house. The location is truly steps away from the ocean and the neighborhood pool, the wrap around porches with the rocking chairs was the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee for the morning sunrise over the ocean or a glass of wine with the evening breeze. The five bedrooms offered enough space for our family to sleep comfortably. It was fun cooking in the kitchen with the many pots and pans and a large dining table that fit all of us at one time. We will be back for another week of fun filled memory making. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. Thank you for such a wonderful week of worry free fun!

Best beach house!!

You won't be sorry if you stay in the SeaWatch neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Best beach house we've stayed in yet - and we've been coming to Kure each summer for the past eight years. Super clean house with great layout for a large, multi-family stay. The pool, playground, and tennis court access was close by and the private beach access couldnt be beat! Quick walk! Definitely would recommend this place!!!!! 5 stars. Two great big thumbs up.

Family vacation

Very well stocked and nicely decorated. We spent a week with our children and grandchildren and had a great time. The beach access is just across the street and the community pool is also close so there was something for everyone,

A great place to get away from the hollldays

I do believe too much holidays can be bad for someone. That someone is me. I thought it would be fun to get away from all the commotion of Black Friday and the beginning of the Christmas Season I found this cute huge beach place and Kury beach, North Carolina. Kury had not been affected by the recent hurricane and was not too hard to get to from the Dallas area. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the wraparound windows behind a wraparound balcony that let all the sunlight necessary and gave the house a cozy feeling. The house is well appointed with a kitchen full of everything I needed to prepare my meals. A few miles away there’s a large supermarket where I was able to buy everything I needed for the week. Just a couple blocks away thr house were several restaurants where I would be able to socialize just enough, eat a great meal and go home to read. Less then 200 feet away the ocean waves hit the sand just loud enough to entice me for daily walks. On many of these walks it was just me the seagulls and the ocean lapping at my feet. The bedrooms were large,the living room had several couches on which I could lay down and read in a very quiet atmosphere. During two days of my stay the temperature warmed up into the mid 70s allowing me to go out on the balcony pick out a rocking chair So I ould read until I fell asleep. Nicole Chris you need airj during two days of my stay the temperature warmed up into the mid 70s allowing me to take cozy naps outside. The cool crisp Evening air reminded me it was time to eat and would softly caress my face On my last day I considered staying longer but knew bills would not be paid if I did not return to work. I loved this Beachhouse and hope to be back soon. Maybe next time I will bring some friends along. Hmmm?

Location - perfect. Kid friendly - incredibly. Distance to Beach - perfect. Furnishings - comfortable and in great shape. Great neighborhood for families - we played tennis every day and then jumped in the neighborhood pool. All very conveneient to the house. We had 13 poeple and never felt cramped - plenty of space to do your own thing. We rode our bikes to restaurants, stores, the pier and just about everywhere we needed to go.

Great Kure Beach rental!

This rental worked perfectly for our family. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The main floor was open and had a large table to accomodate our whole group. The bunk beds downstairs were great for the kids and the beach was very close. Having the gazebo with bathroom right on the beach was great for the little ones. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts which were also very close. This house is in a very cute neighborhood and the owners were great to work with. We were very pleased and had an excellent vacation.
