Lovely space just as pictured

We loved David’s space and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place in Florence. We had to pay a tax up front per person in euros on arrival that was a bit higher than in previous times as their rates increased recently. Just as a note for those traveling through Florence. The location was perfect and quiet and very walkable to all the areas we wanted to see in Florence. The beds were very comfortable and have two bathrooms for 3 people was so nice. We were also able to wash and dry our clothes which is another feature we were looking for when booking. Do not hesitate to book this lovely, clean and well maintained place. David also left us water and a bottle of champagne in the fridge on arrival. Check in was very easy also.

Perfect apartment in Florence

We were thrilled with our stay. It’s in an ideal spot, close walking distance to all the main museums and churches, and the supermarket right next door is super convenient as well. The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable and we had everything we needed! David is so friendly and helpful with information that truly added to our experiences in Florence. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous Art Apartment in the loveliest neighborhood

We absolutely loved the apartment and its location. The ceiling art was especially beautiful. We walked to all the main points in the city. If I had to nitpick I would say please provide more than 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. We stayed 4 nights and fresh towels would have made our stay even better! App in all it is a 10!

Magical 10 Days in Florence

WOW - this was a magical experience in Florence with my family. The apartment was everything it said and more! David greeted us and has been so communicative since day 1. He provided us the best welcome and gave us so much information about the city and resources. He was available mid-stay to help us get more towels too! This property and David completely exceeded every expectation! Thank you SO much! We cannot wait to come again!

We had a lovely stay this past June 1-3. My husband, daughter (18), son (14) and I arrived via train from Venice. Other than a taxi to/from the train station, we walked everywhere as the apartment was in a perfect central location. The apartment was lovely. Very clean and roomy. My son slept on the sofa bed, my daughter had one bedroom and my husband and I the master. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. It had a washing machine which I took advantage of as well as a laundry drying rack in the closet to use. A few steps away from the apartment was a grocery store as well. Overall I would highly recommend staying here! We had a lovely stay. David was easy to communicate with and everything was as advertised!

Can't beat the property and location!

We were met promptly at the property. Property manager accommodated our schedule. Lots of information on things to do and see as well as place to eat. I was completely satisfied with the property! It also helps that there is a grocery store right next door so we were able to get fresh fruit and snacks.

Spectacular!

The apartment was large and beautiful. The beds were good and the apartment comes fully equipped (including washer/dryer!). The location is very good, 10 minute walk to the Uffizi and the Piazza della Signoria. All of the Centro is walkable from this location. We were met by our host David which initially I wasn't convinced was necessary. However, David was delightful and he helped orient us to the features of the apartment and the neighborhood. In summary, I give this apartment my highest recommendation for a stay in Firenze. Finally, if you need a break from Italian food during your stay try the restaurant Dim Sum around the corner towards the Santa Croce Basilica.

Loved this apartment

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 10 days at end of April. It is a terrific apartment. The location is fantastic. You can walk Santa Croce (3 minutes), Palazzo Vecchio (5 minutes), Duomo (8 minutes), Ponte Vecchio (6 minutes). Many excellent restaurants within 10 minute walk. The owner is very responsive, like within minutes. The check in process was very easy. Apartment is beautiful, with high ceilings, nice furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Waterfall shower. Washer/dryer was a great bonus. If I returned to Florence I would stay here 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence! It was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The apartment was quiet, very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent. Florence Apartment Suite

From the first moment we booked the property, David was extremely communicative and helpful. He let us know how to get to the property and was there to greet us and get us acquainted with the property. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, completely updated and clean. The kitchen and bath were modern and easy to use. The views into the courtyard were beautiful and very quiet from the bedrooms. The location was perfect for walking all throughout Florence, from the Uffizi museum to the Duomo, to all of the great restaurants. David provided a great walking map of Florence and excellent restaurant recommendations. We hope to come back to this property again and again. Thank you David!

Beautiful apartment in Florence

What a way to begin our trip to Italy! This apartment is so beautiful, and so conveniently located to walk to all the attractions in central Florence. The apartment was so clean and the pictures are accurate. It is so nice to have a store within a block to purchase a small amount of groceries. Only suggestion is to update the address accurately for those arriving as we were tired from a long flight and the number mix up could have been avoided. David was very responsive to all of our needs once we arrived so we truly appreciate that and would definitely stay at this place again! Thank you so much for such a wonderful accommodation.

Santa Croce is one of the four historic districts of Florence, along with Santa Maria Novella, San Giovanni and Santo Spirito and takes its name from its icon, the Franciscan Basilica of Santa Croce, commonly referred to as the "Temple of the Italian Glories" for the great names that are buried inside it, including Michelangelo, Machiavelli and Galileo. Home to famous frescoes by Giotto, the honorary tomb of Dante, the Annunciation by Donatello and other works of art, the Santa Croce complex is one of the places to visit absolutely for those who come to Florence. But beyond the much renowned Basilica there is an entire district to discover. One of the pearls of the district, if you are an art lover, is the Horne Museum, inside Palazzo Corsi. Once the home of Herbert P. Horne (1864-1916), a Renaissance scholar with English origins, passionate about art, today it is the museum that houses his collection. Upon his death in 1916, Horne left his collection (which includes over six thousand works) to the Italian state, creating a foundation intended "for the benefit of studies". Another treasure of Santa Croce is the Casa Buonarroti. If seeing Michelangelo's tomb, rightly, moved you, this is an almost obligatory stop. A museum and monument at the same time, this place represents the memory and celebration of the genius of Michelangelo, one of the greatest sculptors of all time. Don't miss the first masterpieces of his youth (two marble reliefs, one of which reflects Donatello's impact on his art), and the collection of drawings and mementos related to the Buonarroti family.
