Pretty fisherman's house classified "tourist residence 4 stars" offering magnificent sea view located in the heart of the small fishing port Pors Even located 5 km from Paimpol. The house is accessible by a small path, it has 2 terraces overlooking the bay of Paimpol. Sea, beaches, coastal path (GR 34) a few steps from the house. Magnificent view on the island of Saint Riom.
Your rental is 70 m2 of living space, it includes the ground floor: living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. floor: 1 large room with bed 200x160, 1 small room with bed 190x140, 1 bathroom: wc, washbasin. Herrliche Ruhe und perfektes Haus

Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber extrem effektiv gestaltet. Zwei Erwachsene sind hier bestens zuhause, aber auch mit Kind sicher kein Problem. Der Zugang ist nur über einen schmalen ansteigenden Weg durch einen schönen Garten möglich, aber das ist kein richtiges Problem. Traumhafte Sicht, eine herrliche Terrasse im Grünen und viel Ruhe belohnen die Mühe vielfach. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und die Küche sehr gut bestückt. Das Auto parkt 100m entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz - auch kein Problem. Wenn Bretagne, dann wieder hier.

Quelle belle vue sur la mer

Maison parfaite pour les vacances en famille. Belle plage à cinq minutes en pied, belle vue sur la mer des deux terasses et des chambres. On a passé dix jours en août dans la maison et le séjour nous a beaucoup plu.

Charmantes Häuschen mit tollen Blick

Es waren wunderschöne Ferien. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles sauber sowie sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Der Blick ist ein Traum und wir haben das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit dem Blick auf das blaue Meer immer sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle expérience

Pour un premier sejour breton nous avons été conquises ! L'accueil très professionnel du propriétaire, une attention gourmande nous attendait. La maison est très confortable, les chambres ont une vue panoramique sur la mer. Nous avons passé un super moment hélas écourté pour des raisons personnelles. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Dépaysement

Trés jolie maison, le charme opère dès l'entrée du jardin décoré avec goût. Les massifs de fleurs offrent en cette saison tous les coloris. La maison est idéalement située et on peut suivre de toutes les pièces la marée. Le Plus les chambres offrant un spectacle sur la mer. Merci à notre hôte.

Un emplacement ideal face a la mer. Maison tres bien équipée, chaleureuse et confortable. Producteurs locaux aux pieds du logement (huitres, crustacés etc...).

Vacances les pieds dans l'eau dans un site magnifique

Visite des sites magnifiques de la région: île de Bréhat, sillon de Talbert, côte de granit rose, Tréguier, GR34.... Baignade tous les jours sur la plage toute proche, dégustation des produits de la mer du viviers Dauphin.

Ruhiger Ort zum entspannen

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit herrlichen Plätzen im und um das Haus. In 5 Minuten ist ein Kiesstrand zum Baden erreichbar (nur bei Flut). Schöne Sandstrände per Auto in 30 Min erreichbar.

Sérénité

Un accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. La maison est très propre et tres bien équipée. La situation géographique est parfaite quand on recherche le calme. Toute petite pente raide à pied pour monter à la maison (20 mètres environ) attention donc si vous avez des difficultés pour marcher. Nous recommandons cette maison que nous avons trouvé superbe. Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blicl auf die Bucht, allerdings etwas abseits gelegen. Alle Erledigungen/Restaurantbesuche etc. nur per Auto über teils sehr enge Strasse möglich.

Wunderbar!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war noch deutlich schöner und besser gelegen, als wir uns das nach der Beschreibung vorgestellt haben. Es war perfekt ausgestattet, Monsieur Briand war ausnehmend freundlich und sympathisch, es war einfach toll und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Entspannung pur

Ein wunderschöner und ruhiger Ort mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Checkin ohne Probleme. Zum Empfang gibt es Cidre Kekse und Salzkaramel. 2 min. zum Hafen und 5 min. zum Strand. Allerdings darf man hier keinen feinen Sandstrand erwarten. Ist sehr steinig und auch sehr algig. Also weniger für ausgiebige Strand- und Badeerlebnisse geeugnet. Dafür bietet der Küstenabschnitt ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Panorama und für Muschelsammler viel Sammelmaterial. Der Zöllnerpfad verläuft quasi direkt am Haus vorbei. Für Einkäufe, Restaursnts und Cafés ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Am Hafen gibt es hingegen ein vorzügliches und sehr sympathisches Muschelrestaurant (2 min. zu Fuß). Wir können das Haus und das Örtchen vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Logement parfait et situation idéale

Nous avons passé nos vacances avec notre fille de presque 3 ans. Le logement est encore plus agréable en vrai qu'en photo. Tout est très propre, bien pensé et rien ne manque. La situation est aussi idéale, avec une vue magnifique. Le propriétaire est très attentionné. Merci pour l'accueil et les produits locaux à notre arrivée. Et bravo pour la qualité du logement .

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir durften 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem traumhaften Haus verbringen. Das Haus befindet sich etwas oberhalb des Pors Even mit herrlichem Blick direkt auf das Meer. Es ist sehr freundlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Speziell hervorzuheben sind die beiden Aussenbereiche inmitten eines wunderbaren Gartens voller Agapanthen und Hortensien. Herrn Briand haben wir zwar nur kurz kennenlernen dürfen, die Kommunikation verlief jedoch immer sehr freundlich und und unkompliziert. Gerne auf ein Wiedersehen!

endroit calme et paisible : ressourçant, tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Central pour beaucoup de visites et randonnées. Vue exceptionnelle. Seul bémol : la boulangerie et l'épicerie sont à une certaine distance, donc pas accessible à pieds.

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort . Der Ort bietet Ruhe und zugleich Abwechslung durch den lebendigen kleinen Hafen. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar gestaltet. Das Haus ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Aus dem ersten Stock blickt man auf das Meer und sitzt dabei in gemütlichen Sesseln. Im Ort ca. 500 Meter befindet sich das Hotel/ Restaurant Bocher, in welchem man feine französische Küche genießen kann. Der Kontakt mit Monsieur Briand war wie bereits beim letzten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Nos attentes ont été dépassées à tous égards, puisque nous avons tout trouvé tel qu'il était décrit dans l'annonce. (Nous avions eu de mauvaises expériences dans d'autres endroits dans le passé).
