This lovely condo is located on the 4th (top) floor, on the southern corner offering beautiful views of the Ocean, Fort Clinch State Park, and Main Beach Park. The beautiful spacious balcony provides perfect viewing of any Main Beach Park outdoor concerts, festivities, or for just watching your kids play in the park from the balcony. The airy oceanic view is enhanced from the layout with windows on 3 of the 4 sides allowing each bedroom to have at least two windows. Finally, the 500 SF wraparound balcony provides guests with both sun and shade throughout the day.

Each of the plush bedrooms offer new bedding and new LED TVs with Comcast and wifi connection to stream Netflix, Pandora, etc. The elegant Master Bedroom has a king bed, and each of the two other spacious bedrooms each have a queen bed. The Master Bath has a double vanity sink, large tiled shower, and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils. Feel free to look out the window while cooking breakfast to see turtles and/or deer feeding in the park below. The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer; towels and bed linens are all provided. Another plus is access to an oversized (16x28) one-car parking garage exactly adjacent to the elevator for easy access to the condo. In the garage you will find beach chairs, and other beach items for your use. Guests have access to a beautiful pool and hot tub.
