Large country house in the heart of the Villé Valley

Located at 14 CARREFOUR DE l'ABBE STACKLER, House built in 1965 and completely renovated in 2014. Located in the heart of a village of 700 inhabitants opposite the bakery and a very good restaurant in the Vallée de Villé. Very quiet site 30km from Colmar, 50km from Strasbourg and 10km from the Wine Route, you will be ideally based for visiting Alsace from North to South.
In all seasons, the activities are rich: Walks, visits, museums, Mountain of monkeys, Volerie des Aigles, Wine and distiller routes, wine cellars and breweries, Europa-park (best leisure park in Europe) ...
In winter, the Champ du Feu ski resort (family resort of medium altitude) will welcome you on its cross-country ski and toboggan runs.
From the last weekend of November, the magnificent Christmas markets in Alsace begin.

Familiäres Haus in günstiger Lage

Die GastgeberFamilie ist sehr nett und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Haus ist großzügig und sauber. Der Garten/Außenbereich eignet sich perfekt zum Essen, Grillen und Kinder spielen lassen. Ziegen und Schafe sind nur einige Meter über die angrenzende Wiese direkt erreichbar und freuen sich über tägliche Besuche. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit den Auto zügig erreichbar. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub im Elsass machen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Beste Grüße, Chris mit Familie

très bien

La maison est située dans un petit village où l'on est au calme, il y a un grand espace à l'arrière avec un enclos pour quelques chèvres qui ont séduit les enfants. On se sent dépaysé d'autant plus qu'on retrouve, comme autrefois dans nos campagnes, le carillon de l'église qui sonne les heures. Une belle région et beaucoup d'activités alentour.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison spacieuse et bien équipé

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans ce grand gîte ou rien ne manque. Très bien situé entre Strasbourg et Colmar ,c'est idéal pour visiter la région. Et surtout un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux des propriétaires Tania et Thierry. Merci

Belle découverte

À la recherche d’un hébergement, assez grand pour accueillir 6 adultes, dans le Bas-Rhin j’ai découvert cette superbe maison à Neuve-Eglise. Le descriptif étant engageant j’ai réservé pour 3 nuits. Ce fut une très belle découverte. Magnifique maison hyper équipée. Tout pour faciliter la vie du locataire. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais on sait que l’on peut compter sur eux. Tania est vraiment adorable et, cerise sur le gâteau, fait de merveilleuses confitures 😉 Merci à vous Tania ainsi qu’à votre mari pour cet accueil chaleureux. J’espère revenir chez vous, dans d’autres circonstances, et découvrir cette merveilleuse région.

Que du bonheur...

La maison est conforme à son descriptif et même plus. Très bien équipée elle a permis de réaliser notre repas de Noël à 12 convives. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de très bonne qualité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de petites douceurs nous sont réservées. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Entspannter Urlaub in schönem Ferienhaus

Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und haben uns sehr nett aufgenommen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Bei der Einrichtung bestechen vor allem die vielen antiken Möbelstücke in Kombination mit modernen Böden und Wänden. Wir hatten einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und einen eigenen Garten. Die Umgebung an der Elsässischen Weinstraße ist wunderschön und lädt zu vielen tollen Ausflügen ein. Wenn wir nochmal ins Elsass fahren, kommen wir gern wieder! Lieben Dank nochmal für alles!

nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances ,maison impeccable alliant ancien et récent,propriétaires présents mais discrets . le petit plus, le pot de confiture maison les tomates du jardin qui vous attendent à l'arrivée, trop bon ! coté négatif j'ai beau chercher je n'en trouve pas zut ! nous gardons l'adresse bien au chaud pour un prochain séjour. un grand merci a Tania et à son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Perfekt :)

Ein wundervolles Haus mit Garten, sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Toller Services, Hilfsbereitschaft, Herzlichkeit, Kinderfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Gute Lage : viel Natur und doch zentral. Empfehlenswert :)!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine à quatre adultes dans la maison de Tania Les propriétaires très sympas conseillent bien sur les sites à voir et ... les caves . Un grand jardin , une situation au calme très proche de Villé pour les magasins . La maison est à proximité de tous les sites intéressants ( route des vins , Haut Koenigsboug, Strasbourg, Sainte-Odile..) Je recommande vivement

Perfekt für den Elsass-Urlaub

Perfektes Ferienhaus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Aufgrund der optimalen Lage hatten wir nicht weit nach Strasbourg, Colmar und zur Weinstraße. Nach den Ausflügen haben wir es sehr genossen, im ruhigen Garten zu grillen und ein Glas Elsässer Wein zu trinken. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei den sympathischen Vermietern bedanken.

Schönes Haus im Herzen des Elsass

Das Haus ist schön, geräumig und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen direkt neben an. Durch die zentrale Lage des Hauses sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten des Elsass mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison conforme à sa description. Pas de quoi s'ennuyer, il y a plein de chose à faire dans le coin. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, ce sont des personnes très souriantes et très à l'écoute. A notre arrivée, un pot de confiture nous attendait et nous sommes repartis avec un joli bouquet de muguet. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimés aller voir les chèvres naines du voisin, elles me demandaient tous les jours pour y aller. Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous n'hésiterons pas à vous rappeler si nous séjournons de nouveau en Alsace.

DAs Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. DAs Haus steht in einer tollen Gegend , von der man die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Elsasses mit dem Auto nach einer kurzen Fahrtzeit gut erreichen kann. Wenn man Laufen möchte, braucht man das Auto gar nicht und kann zu Fuß die tolle Natur erwandern.

Gemütliches Haus auf dem Land

Wir sind ein pensioniertes Ehepaar und haben 1 Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter, die gleich nebenan wohnen sind sehr, sehr sympathisch und geben auch gerne Tipps, wenn man das wünscht. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben war, dass sie sehr gut deutsch sprechen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist wirklich reichhaltig ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Zum Haus gehört noch ein Gartenteil, in dem man ungestört für sich ist. Ebenso sehr vorteilhaft ist, dass am Ortseingang ein grosser Supermarkt ist. Auch nach Colmar und all den schönen Dörfern ist es nicht weit, man muss nur bedenken, dass man im Juli, August dort nicht alleine ist. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Nice place

The house was in a nice place, near of everything. It was clean and well equiped; all was like shown in the photos. You can park the car inside the front yard. The windows have blinds, what is important for us, because our children want to wake up when they say a little bit of light. In the back of the house there is a little garden and after a door you can go to far away in a place where are 3 nanny goat that the children can feed. Tania and his family live near the house and are discreet and gentle.

Maison absolutement equipée, avec uns jardins ets prés quin font trés agréable le séjour. Chambres avec lumière naturelle. Les propietaires sont fort aimables et avec pleine disposition à quelque doute ou question .
