Un petit gite très agréable et bien équipé

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à 3 personnes. Le lieu est très propre, idéalement situé à 2 pas des plages, le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant. Le gite dispose d'un lave vaisselle et d'un lave linge qui fonctionnent parfaitement, et tous les équipements sont accompagnés de leur notice, fort utile.Juste un tout petit point : il faut prévoir la totalité des ingrédients pour la cuisine, même l'huile, le sel, le sucre... Mais ce n'est pas très gênant. En 2 minutes de voiture il y a un grand supermarché "super U" très bien achalandé, et puis très proche à pied on peut se rendre dans les cafés et les restaurants de Carnac en bord de mer.

maison idéalement placée

maison bien placée, à quelques pas du centre ville, idéal pour aller diner le soir dans les nombreux restaurants, et à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage. place de parking intérieure, terrasse avec peu de vis-à-vis, au calme. flexibilité pour l'arrivée et le départ avec le sympathique propriétaire nous gardons un bon souvenir de ce logement, que nous recommandons.

Maison fonctionnelle, très bien équipée. Très près des commerces , de la plage et des restaurants. Nous avons l'avantage de rentrer la voiture dans la petite cour. A recommander..

Charmante petite maison

Charmante petite maison, idéalement située, parfaite pour un couple avec une ado. La chambre du haut à été squattée par notre fille qui en a fait son nid très rapidement. Proche de tout, cette maison a été parfaite pour nous qui aimons la tranquillité tout en étant proche des commerces et des restaurants. Propriétaire très sympathique qui laisse même des vélos à disposition "au cas où". En bref nous y reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine...

Ein niedliches kleines Häuschen in zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist klein, aber fein. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gelungen. Unten befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Im Spitzboden, welcher auch für normal große Erwachsene begehbar ist, befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einer Doppelmatratze.( Diese hat kein Lattenrost und dürfte ausgetauscht werden) Es ist sehr gemütlich.! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok, aber Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. ein wenig Seife, oder einfache Verbrauchsgegenstände fehlen. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt. Prima!! Das Bad ist mit einer großen Dusche ein kleines Highlight. Der Hof zum Verweilen ist so gut, wie nicht einsehbar. Sehr angenehm. Das Dorfzentrum ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausgeheimeile am Strand, mit Boutiquen und Restaurants in zwei Minuten. Zum Schluss ein kleiner Nachteil der schönen Unterkunft: Da sie so zentral liegt, ist es am Wochenende, oder in der Hauptsaison nachts,bis zum frühen Morgen häufig sehr laut, da eine große Diskothek sehr nah liegt und die grõlenden Gruppen durch die Gassen ziehen. Wir mochten das Haus und das Interieur sehr. Der Vermieter ist ein waschechter Bretone Gerne wieder mit weniger Regen.

Excellent séjour proche de la plage

Une location fonctionnelle et bien rénovée près de la grande plage de Carnac. Un seul petit bémol, le confort de l'espace salon laisse à désirer (canapé). Pour le reste une superbe douche, une grande chambre en mezzanine pour les enfants et une chambre parentale au RDC, un espace cuisine et SAM fonctionnel. Tout est bien pensé pour 3 ou 4 personnes, et la cour est appréciable et agréable. Je recommande!
