Kamaole Sands 9-301 is freshly remodeled with a sparkling new kitchen, hand-selected Designer furnishings from Maui's top showrooms, and local, original art throughout, this one-of-a-kind tropical getaway is set up as the ultimate home base for your Maui adventure. It hosts up to four guests in stylish, contemporary comfort, with an ocean view -- and takes vacation living to the next level.

Every guest convenience has been anticipated and addressed in this bright, open corner unit (more windows, more light, more privacy). The all-new kitchen features a shapely dropped ceiling with recessed lighting, granite counters, new stainless appliances, and custom Cherry cabinets. With a new extra-plush Sleeper Sofa, second bathroom, and spacious footprint, the condo is set up for couples and families alike.

The highly-rated Kamaole Sands sits on 15 acres of manicured (and marked, with identifiers) tropical gardens, directly from Kamaole III Beach, one of Maui's true postcard settings. It will take you all of three minutes to walk to the sand, warm-water swimming, and pristine snorkeling reef. Rent paddle boards and kayaks nearby, and watch the whales right from the shoreline (if you visit in the winter).

A 65" Smart TV is set up with a sound bar. Lightning-speed WiFi services every room, and the condo is air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is thoughtfully and completely equipped, to prepare and serve four guests. The Master Suite has a brand new King bed, luxury linens, and an updated bathroom.

There is a washer-dryer in the unit, and incidentals like iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and beach towels are covered. Beach gear is also included, and includes beach chairs, sand umbrella, cooler, and other miscellaneous gear.

The West-facing lanai offers a beautiful view of the ocean and is an ideal sanctuary for morning coffee or sunrise refreshments.

The Kamaole Sands has the largest resort pool in South Kihei with two adjoining Jacuzzis, a separate child's wading pool, fitness center and tennis courts. The resort is within four blocks of more than a dozen restaurants and shopping.

The unit is comfortable and spaciously hosts 4, with two bathrooms. A new King Bed and sleeper sofa -- outfitted with high-end bedding, and complimented by luxury linens -- await after your eventful beach and exploration days.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Very nice.

Beautiful rental.

We came to Maui to attend our friends wedding. All of the wedding party stayed at Kamaole Sands. It was great. We had dinner parties at the BBQ areas, it was easy to make our sides in our condo due to having everything we needed. Great location to the beach. And great location to everything fun in Kibea!

Comfortable and clean

We were happy with this clean and comfortable accommodation. The communication from the host was excellent and everything went as planned. The kitchen was well stocked and furnishings/decor were good quality. Location near pool and BBQs was good. The lanai doesn't offer much of a view and overlooks a busy, noisy driveway so we didn't find it as enjoyable as other units we've rented.

We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands Resort several times. It is the perfect location being within walking distance to the beach. It is conveniently located close to a variety of dining and shopping, and is somewhat centerally located from a variety of activities. The unit itself is nothing overly fancy but it worked very well for my husband, our 14 year old daughter, and myself. We spend most of our time out and about. The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning units didn't seem to get real cold while they were running. They possibly needed cleaned or serviced. The extra floor fans helped keep it somewhat comfortable. We would consider renting this unit again.

Three families stayed here in three different units at kamaole sands…everything was great, easy to figure out and easy distances to everywhere..our unit was clean and even had some spices and a bit of coffee for that first morning. Will be back

Great place to stay with small family

Overall our experience was good. Location was also convenient and facilities were as per the listing. Only two thing which can be improved was cleanliness of bathrooms & AC wents and equipment were noisy in bedroom.

Maui trip at Kihei

The listing agent was absolutely wonderful to work with. The condo is at a good location. Having a second bathroom was greatly appreciated even for just the two of us. The TV was a challenge, but the listing agent stepped in and rescued us. We took a lot of drives to be able to see as much of the island as possible and get our geocaching hobby accomplished. We had fun watching a couple of baby birds on the light fixture on the lanai grow. I recommend giving this condo unit a try. Starter toiletries were provided.

Perfect location and place for our family

This condo is well-appointed with recent finishings and decor, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped, which we appreciated for preparing our own meals. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and grills in the complex. The proximity to the beach was great for our family with our 5-year-old, and we took advantage of a small protected beach nearby the main one. Wonderful stay!

Honeymoon 2024

My wife and I stayed here during our Honeymoon for 9 days, and it was perfect for us. You could honestly sleep 4 here and still be really comfortable. The location is perfect, you’re within 10-15 minutes from anything in Kihei and Wailea. Being right across the street from the Kamaole beaches makes it even better, and the sunset views are awesome. I’ve been to Maui 4 other times, and this has definitely became my favorite area to stay in. We would 100% stay here again. 10/10.
