Excited to offer high speed/fiber optic internet by Trailwaves!!

Some vacations are meant to be enjoyed with simple rest & relaxation. Brandywine will give you just that! You can spend hours on the oversized screened porch with the high ceilings and ceiling fans enjoying the peace and quiet, hot tub, television or surrounding mountain laurel views. Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Large inviting living room with stone fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. Glass doors lead out to screened porch, so you can still enjoy the breeze inside on the comfortable weather days. The master bedroom has comfy king size bed, glass doors leading to screened porch near the hot tub, private bath and large closet. Secondary room also offers a wonderful king size bed and is completely private. There is a bath just off the second bedroom as well. Full size laundry centrally located in the hallway.
If you enjoy being adventurous, there are ample opportunities throughout Helen to do so, like Ziplining, 4-wheeling, horseback riding, whitewater rafting and so much more!

The property is gorgeous and surrounded by mountain laurel and offers good privacy. Convenient to downtown Helen, Skylake area, Unicoi State park and so much more. Easy access in and out of the cabin as well.
The home works well for a small family or just a couple wanting a relaxing getaway.

This property is about 7.4 miles from the city of Helen.

Weekend getaway

The cabin was great and everything was clean. The check in process was bad. Never received instructions beforehand and no response in the VRBO app or phone call or text from property manager. Had to drive into Helen to get cell service and finally found a different contact number on a website listed in the app. Took over three hours to get someone to give us the door code.

Nice cabin close to Helen

We enjoyed our stay at Brandywine Cabin. We were able to have a Thanksgiving dinner because of a few key things. The amount of kitchen cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, etc was very good. Better than anywhere I have rented. The kitchen table was large and provided plenty of space for food and seating. The multiple couches and chair were great for relaxing after dinner. I really appreciated the host providing fans. Even though it was cold out, I love having the option of moving air and noise when I sleep. The property was fun for the kids to explore. Something I remember doing when I was young and it provided the kids an opportunity to be outside and not stuck to iPads. Firewood was provided for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. It was great getting to use both and enjoy the mountain setting especially coming from Florida where it’s not possible. Getting to use the hot tub after a day of hiking was great as well. Only a few things I wished that could be improved. The master bed mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt old and worn out. The toilet seats were very low, a minor complaint that would not keep me from renting there again

We have a great time everytime we come. This time a fire pit was added it was so fun the only thing is it was hard to get the fire going because the fire wouldn’t breath with the tall pit. So we had to take a level off to be able to get it going.

Brandywine is awesome!

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. We love that it's close enough to Helen and the State park, but not too busy. Had everything we needed and the long weekend was just what we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Cabin and Perfect Location

We will definitely stay again at this property. It was in an excellent location to do anything in Helen or Cleveland, GA. The cabin was everything it was advertised to be, and was so quiet when we needed quiet. Only wish we could have spent more time at the cabin but were so busy with Oktoberfest in Helen and shopping in Cleveland that our cabin time was limited. We also appreciated the flexibility of the owners when we needed to modify our reservation.

Everything was simple! Directions were clear and the cabin is in a great location! You are close to Helen and secluded enough to feel you have privacy. We even visited Gatlinburg for the day! The scenery is gorgeous and don’t miss Anna Rubt Falls!!!!!

Brandywine was perfect for our family few days getaway! Nice floor plan, open and well laid out floor plan, very clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked with expected items of necessity, mountain beauty with quaint Helen close by. The hot tub with the TV was icing on the cake, everything was pleasantly perfect! We will return, thank you for opening up your lovely home to us. We had a very nice stay.

It was beautiful and just as pictured. We absolutely loved it. The directions to get there weren't as clear as needed to get there but we figured it out. I loved how the house had a semblance of seclusion. The hottub and back porch area was wonderful. The beds were the best! I wanted to take the mattress home hahaha. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will be most definitely coming back!

Weekend away

Very nice time at the cabin. Hot tub was nice and easy to use. Enjoyed the screened in porch as well as the TV to enjoy while soaking. Everything else in the property was very nice, and no issues with anything. Only things we didn’t like were the mattress and shower, but they definitely would not be deal breakers. The mattress is very firm, and they do have a mattress topper on it to try and help offset that. If you are used to a more plush mattress, the mattress will be very stiff. The shower is an inset tub/shower that you find a lot of places and hotels. Being used to a walk in shower at our home makes it more inconvenient than what we are accustomed to. Again, loved the stay. No issues with communication from the management team. Ease of use for everything. Would definitely consider using this property again if we go back to the Helen area.

Very impressed with this cabin! Very clean and had extra pillows and blankets. Very cozy, like a home away from home. And couldn’t keep the kids out of the hot tub! Look forward to coming back.
