Get on your bikes and ride the wonderful bike paths throughout the island! Complex also has tennis courts and two other pool areas. Spacious three bedroom condo that sleeps six has newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and customized design with artistic sea creatures integrated into the stonework. Fully equipped with plenty of high quality dishes, glassware, and cookware, making it easy to cook and serve your family in style. Designed around a luxe Caribbean theme in main living area, including lots of comfortable seating, as well as three dining areas that seat up to 13. Four flat screen televisions (including large one in living area and one in each bedroom), as well as cable and Wifi. Original artwork and stained glass throughout, making each space unique. Large first floor bedroom has queen size bed and a shower bathroom, and master upstairs has king size bed. Heated whirlpool tub in newly remodeled master bathroom with travertine marble and custom mosaic features. Second upstairs bedroom has twin beds and shower/tub combination. Washer and dryer in upstairs laundry area. All mattresses are comfortable and like new! Ample seating in deck area, which is only steps away from a swimming pool. High quality linens and towels, electric outdoor grill, and beach chairs are provided, as well as other unique decorative touches throughout. Wonderful Stay in HHI

This is the third time we have stayed in one of the Ocean Breeze townhomes and have not been disappointed. This is a great place to stay and this particular unit had everything we needed plus the owner of the property was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I highly recommend staying in both Ocean Breeze and this townhome!

Great vacation

Had great time

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks working remotely. Owners accommodated us on dates and allowed to bring our 2 pets - that was a huge plus. Location is great - right next to the community pool, about 15 min walk to the beach and to Coligny plaza with tons of the shops and restaurants. Property had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Overall had a great time.

Great place for a terrific week in Hilton Head

This townhouse was a wonderful place to spend our spring break week in Hilton Head. It is in a quiet area; about 8 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Convenient to the bike paths and all shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed staying here. Lots of space and everything you need was provided! Beautifully decorated and great location. Pool is right down the path from the back sliding glass door. We felt very safe when walking the dog, even at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Great extended weekend stay!

Great Location Close to Beach

We rented this condo for our “overflow” family members at Thanksgiving and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It’s a great location close to the beach and Coligny. Very spacious and well-appointed. We would definitely rent this condo again!

We had a great time at Ocean Breeze. It was very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and in an excellent location. Kathy was a wonderful host, she sent me a lot of information regarding things to do and places to eat at while there. She also checked on us during our stay. Your Home in Hilton Head

Everything about this unit is wonderful. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all you need for a wonderful vacation. Communication with owners was very easy and helpful. Happy Place exceeded expectations

This was our family's first visit to Hilton Head Is., and we all agree it's a place we want to come back to. Happy Place exceeded our expectations with all its amenities, neighborhood pool, and access to bike paths going directly to the beach. It was super clean with a spacious pet friendly layout that was perfect for our dogs and family of six (4 adults, 2 kids). We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in convenient location

Had a great stay in Kathy & Richard’s place. Rented bikes (baskets were huge help) and was really easy beach access to very wide and less populated part of beach. Pool and tennis were convenient options. And easy bike path access to frozen yogurt, groceries and restaurants. The villa was great, had everything we could need and then some, worked out great.

Fabulous

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Hilton Head. The location is great, close to the beach, shopping, resturants and the bike trail.
