Like home, only better!

We purchased this condo in April 2018 and over the years we have added many updates to make your stay feel more like home! When you walk in the condo you will be greeted with a 55 inch smart tv, electric fireplace, sleeper sofa, and two chairs so that no one in your family feels left out. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open and can be enjoyed by all no matter if you are cooking, watching tv, or just relaxing. The master bedroom features a Vera Wang king size bed with an on suite bathroom and jetted tub. The guest bedroom features 2 new 10 inch memory foam queen size beds and a 40 inch smart tv (for when the kids want to watch their own shows and not what the grownups are watching). The second bathroom has a full bath and shower with ample storage in the walk in closet.
Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, drinks, or grilling burgers, the deck offers a gas grill and tranquil sounds of water and nature on Table Rock Lake. The property offers a park like setting with pool and private boat ramp and bank fishing.
With this condo you could spend the day in Branson at Silver Dollar City, in Springfield at Bass Pro Shops, or Lampey at Dogwood Canyon and come "home" to relax. For those who cannot disconnect, we offer full WIFI. Please note there are 18 stairs to get in and out of condo.
High quality toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, All Free and Clear laundry detergent, and dishwashing soap are provided.
**Our cleaning company has had additional training provided by the CDC for Covid-19, and we are taking every step possible to ensure a clean and safe environment while you stay in our condo!!**

Perfect family vacation

This property was wonderful. I loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable! We did get hurt a few times running into the beds (in the second bedroom I think the beds were too big for the size of the room) so we left a little bruised so just be careful. The host was so welcoming and helpful. They messaged back so fast so we were impressed!! It was perfect for our family getaway. The views of the water were so beautiful as well. There was only one laundry pod left so we had to go get more detergent to wash the towels before check out so maybe bring some detergent just incase they run low again. All in all, it was a great stay and we would love to stay again!!!

Awesome place!

The condo was perfect and situated nicely. We had a good amount of privacy. It was wonderful. Table Rock and the coven there are very clean and just awesome.

Great spot. Master bathroom shower is not great. It needs updated. The second shower was totally fine. Updated shower head. Everything else was great! Would stay here again.

Nice value for close to water

The condo was nice. Be aware of many stairs. It is near the water but very hilly- not very walking friendly to community amenities and water. The price was very good for location.

Great condo…so so neighborhood

The condo itself was great. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It seems up to date the beds were all very comfortable. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. The only issue was with the larger property itself. It did not feel very welcoming and any interactions with employees of the time share side and the man on the condo side were extremely rude. There are many rules that are strictly enforced, which I am guessing are because of issues they have had in the past, but for families that are just there to enjoy a weekend on the lake, it didn’t make me want to come back. In fact it made me want to leave as soon as we could. It’s unfortunate because this really was an awesome condo, but we will never stay here again because of the interactions with the staff on site.

Family Vacay

This condo was nice and just enough room for all 6 of us! We rented peddle boats and canoes on the last day and it was very relaxing. We also enjoyed silver dollar city and a round of Golf at LedgeStone. It was always nice after a full day to come back to this quiet condo!

Nice quiet complex

We enjoyed our stay. Liked the ice machine and comfort of beds. You will be walking up and down stairs and hills during your stay. We enjoyed the available amenities of the resort. The mini golf was fun. Nice beach area and dock by the lake. Grocery store nearby.

Great cozy condo

Condo is located in a nice cozy area. Husband was able to do calm relaxed fishing by boat docks which was nice for him. Condo is close enough to the town and Branson city fun so it was great for us as we enjoyed going in town but coming out to the lakeside to unwind at the end of our busy day. Condo had washer and dryer but washer was not working so check before booking if you require that. Plenty of kitchen items for dull cooked meals. Beds were amazing. Easy check in and out! Host communication was excellent. This is a lake property and has the outdoorsy vibe so know there are outdoor spider webs, crawling critters and whatnot. Yes, thats nature's beauty. Just worth mentioning since I myself have a dislike for spiders and fought the fear daily! Lol Pool and hot tub were closed during our early October stay which was a bummer. We hoped to enjoy the hot tub but couldn't. Resort had plenty other family friendly amenities to keep busy if Branson and the lake aren't enough. Great condo stay overall! Thanks Host!

Don’t think just book it!

I’m not going to lie I was weary from the get go on booking a condo due to Im very nervous about bugs and such. But this condo was fantastic!! It was very clean, stocked very well with items you will need, great location and we barely saw anyone during the time we were there! If you are looking for somewhere that isn’t in the busy Branson but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer I definitely recommend here! The property manager was great to work with and we can not wait to go back next year! 😊

Charged for old damages

The property was fine. Location was what we needed. Unfortunately, after getting home we were charged for broken closet doors that were obviously previously damaged. The broken and missing slats were something that would really not be noticed unless using the closet which we didn’t need. We just needed beds and showers while we enjoyed the lake.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Would definitely go back! Total of 7 of us and we slept comfortably. Enjoyed swimming in the lake near the boat ramp where there is a little beach area. Soaked in the hot tub near the pool and utilized the activity center.

We are Travis and Donna Young from central Arkansas. Our journey started in 2009 when we were married in Branson, MO, on the Princess Yacht on Lake Taneycomo. We grew up in Arkansas, but have always enjoyed our trips to Branson. We have 2 children ages 19 and 11. We purchased this condo in April 2018 to enjoy family time and make memories. Now, we have the opportunity to enjoy our condo and share it with you.

Why they chose this property

One of the things we really liked about this property is the safety. With it being off the beaten path, security shack at the front entrance, and workers always on site, we just felt it was one of the most secure places to bring our family for a safe and good time.

What makes this property unique

The reason we chose this property is because we have always loved the Branson area, but are also a lake family. The property gave us the closeness to Branson, but also put us right on the lake. We like to fish, swim, and just hang out on the boat-but the girls also like to shop!
