T2 cabin of 40 m² + 7 m² of private terrace.
Recent apartment in a small condominium located 400 meters from the heart of the village of Loudenvielle.
Located on the ground floor. It consists of a large living room-kitchen with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage.
The cabin closed by a curtain is of a large area because it accommodates a double bed (140), as well as 2 large storage cupboards (shelves, wardrobe).
The bedroom at the back of the apartment is made up of a bunk bed (90 cm bed) and a shelf.
Bathroom and separate WC.
Private terrace of 7 m² with electric blind.
Private parking space and storeroom.
Very pleasant village where you can find all the amenities, mountain crossroads, bakery, bookstore, pharmacy, souvenir shops, hairdresser, cash machine, bar-tabac, cinema, restaurant ...
SKYVALL the new cable car connects Loudenvielle to Peyragudes in 10 minutes
The Peyragudes and Val Louron ski resorts are a 15-minute drive away.
5 minutes away you have the Balnea Thalassotherapy center and the Ludéo aquatic center in summer (heated outdoor swimming pool).
Génos-Loudenvielle Lake is 600 meters away.
