Relax in the teak furniture or the hammock after a swim in the 20 X 40 pool. Peaceful setting. All the amenities one would expect and high speed wireless internet, New Smart TVs. Walking distance to hiking & biking trails and around the corner from tennis clubs. Is possible to bike to the ocean beachs or 5 minute car ride to the ocean or the 5 star restaurants.
*Pool is Closed in October through mid May.

Why they chose this property
Very close to the beautiful ocean beaches and excellent restaurants. Often you can see beautiful birds, bunnies, wild turkey, red fox and deer in the area.
What makes this property unique
Located in the village fringe, very close to ocean and restaurants. No traffic noise. Excellent for children because the house is located on a cul-de-sac.
