Located on a hill - La Colline Valmer - wooded, sunny and protected by the Pradels chain, the Residence 'Les Palmiers IV' (set of small villas) overlooks Cavalaire Bay and its 4 km sandy beach and is located 500 m from shops - and the Sunday market - and 2.5 km from the sea.
A clubhouse, a swimming pool with 2 pools, 4 tennis courts, a ball court, 3 ping-pong tables and games for children are available free of charge.

Petits points négatifs : la propreté (rideau de douches et faillance avec moisissures et petites fourmies qui se baladent sur le plan de travail de la cuisine) et l'agencement de la kitchenette (devoir faire des détours entre la kitchenette et la salle séjour). Points positifs : emplacement dans un endroit calme avec vue sur la mer et club house à quelques pas avec piscine et restaurant. Tous le nécessaire dans le logement. A quelques minutes du centre ville et de tous les plus beaux secteur du Var (Gigaro, saint Tropez, Lavandou, Bormes les mimosas....). Emplacement privé pour la voiture et facilité de communication avec le propriétaire.

Dopo aver pulito la casa piena di capelli, peli di cane e formiche, abbiamo avuto problema col frigo che praticamente non ha quasi mai funzionato oltre ad essere inadeguato per 4 persone. Noi eravamo in 2! Manca aria condizionata, cuscini sporchi, ombrellone troppo piccolo per la terrazza e il sole che c’è. E per due settimane servirebbe la lavatrice. Peccato perché il posto merita. Esperienza negativa

Super adresse
Ce petit mas est très bien équipé, il y a tout. Il est super bien placé, proche à pieds des commerces, du centre du village et avec la possibilité de descendre à la plage à pieds grâce à un sentier piéton en moins d'une demi-heure. Depuis la terrasse on a vue sur la mer, un grand plus. La quartier est très calme, la piscine commune est grande et les tennis bien entretenus. La communication avec le loueur est facile et agréable. Enfin la dame qui accueille et remet les clés est fort sympathique et dévouée. Je recommande vivement cette location, pas de déception possible.

Belle vue à la Croix Valmer
La propriété est idéalement placée proche du cœur du village et à proximité des plages, des sentiers de randonnées et de balade en vélo sont aussi rapidement accessible. La vue est magnifique. Le mas est bien équipé pour passer une semaine tranquille et confortable. A refaire.

La propriété se trouve dans un lotissement très agréable et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Nous pouvons aller faire nos achats à pied et les premières plages se trouvent à 5mm en voiture. Les équipements du logement sont suffisants pour passer une semaine de vacances. Un deuxième ventilateur pour la cabine de lit superposés serait un plus.

un super séjour
La maison est située dans un ensemble de résidences toutes différentes ce qui donne du charme à l'environnement. La piscine est à quelques pas et est plutôt grande, très propre avec de nombreux transats. Elle n'est pas surchargée de monde, ce qui est très agréable, et surveillée par un maître nageur très disponible et sympathique. Des navettes gratuites sont disponibles pour se rendre aux différentes plages à 10 mn de marche environ (nous recommandons celle des Sylvabelle - magnifique), sinon les parkings sont payants (1€/h ce qui est tout de même abordable et nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer). Le marché est également accessible à pieds tout comme les commerces du bourg. Le seul bémol est que c'est un peu bruyant le soir, mais bon c'est les vacances ! La location est conforme aux photos et descriptifs. Les équipements sont nombreux et nous n'avons manqué de rien, une machine à laver serait un réel plus. Tout était propre à notre arrivée et la personne qui accueille est fort sympathique et arrangeante. La région enfin est magnifique.
