This spacious 75 sqm apartment is fully climate controlled and comes with free Wifi access.

The large living room (55 sqm) offers a superb view over the Saint-Sacerdos Church – the very heart of Sarlat. It incorporates a fully equipped open plan (American) kitchen (separated from the living area by a breakfast bar) with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates and a dishwasher.

The living area is equipped with the latest electronics – a 117cm Smart flat-screen TV and Bose Hifi surround-sound system (with Bluetooth connection/access).

The separate bedroom comprises a 160cm queen size bed and high quality furnishings (including some antique pieces). Complemented by subtle, but effective lighting, the ambience is both warm and elegant. At a more practical level, the large built-in wardrobe allows you to store your cloths and luggage.
Extra single beds can be added on request: extra of 25 euros (per beds - including bath linen and sheets).

Finally, you will be seduced by the state of the art bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower cabinet, large vanity, WC and integrated sound system.

• Towels, sheets, hair dryer, and kitchen accessories are provided

• An ironing board with iron and a washing mashing are at your disposal

Fantastic Stay

Great location, in the heart of Sarlat. Our hostess, Allison did the refurb of an old building. Everything is well planned and tasteful. Amenities were as described, a comfortable kitchen, very nice bathroom and shower. And probably most important the bed, pillows and comforter made for a restful night after touring the Dordogne region. Hats off to a wonderful host.

Excellent location. Highly recommended

The location is unbeatable and Allison the owner was outstanding. The only issue for us is the apartment is really on the second floor with a steep set of stairs.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

What a brilliant apartment, right across the street from the Cathedral in Sarlat. A dedicated parking spot a few hundred metres away makes life so much easier for going out and about during the day, and the apartment came with everything anyone would need for a lovely week, or more, visiting this part of the Dordogne. Marc was the perfect host and helped us with all our questions and needs. We were so sorry to leave!

Exceptional stay in Sarlat-la-Caneda

Great experience. Allison and Marc are wonderful hosts. Their apt is very centrally located but quiet as well with double-paned windows. The apartment decor, the amenities and the parking garage space made our stay very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and very dedicated to making it a perfect stay for us.

The appartmemt is huge and has everything you need. The location is incredible with the saturday market right outside your door. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts marc and allison were excetional to deal with and the secure parking is a bonus.

The Best VRBO Apartment & Hosts

The apartment was even better than described in the VRBO listing. It was large,nicely decorated, and the kitchen was fabulous! We were right in the center of old Sarlat. The hosts were beyond helpful, always available for advice. It was, without a doubt, the best VRBO experience we’ve had.

Perfect accommodation in the heart of Sarlat

Cosy and clean, right in the beautiful historic centre of town. The host was super helpful, transporting our luggage from the private, undercover carpark to the accommodation (and back). We loved it here, especially hearing the church bells and being able to watch the world go by from the windows.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great 4 night stay in Sarlat. The apartment is in a wonderful location, in the center of the medieval village. It is as pictured; clean, well appointed with all the amenities listed. The hosts were helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Simply beautiful

The apartment is situated right in the centre of town with everything (shops, sites, restaurants) within a couple of minutes walk. The flat itself is absolutely stunning: beautifully furnished and really well designed. The double glazed windows mean the noise from outside is completely stopped and the area is brilliant. It was really hot when we were there so the air conditioning was also a real bonus. Allison was really easy to communicate with and did everything to make sure that we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful and convenient

Property owner was very helpful. Apartment was as pictured - lovely and spacious. Walked everywhere in town. Private parking was VERY helpful and made out of town excursions easy. Location was fantastic. Wonderful stay.

Perfect location

Charming apartment in the heart of historic Sarlat. The apartment is exactly as described. It is spacious, quiet and filled with charm. The air conditioning works well and communication with the owner was easy. There are some stairs to climb to the apartment. Allison is very helpful with getting heavy bags up and down the stairs at check in and out.

Best host & apartment in Sarlat

Just stayed with friends in both apartments which are both amazing, Marc was brilliant from the moment we arrived. Met us at the secure covered parking which was fantastic. Drove us to the door and explained everything in great detail (Marc you're English is far better than my french you did a great job!) Sarlat was a little quiet as early in the season but still a lovely place to stay. Couldn't fault the apartments/ location or hosts

location, location, location! and a beautiful apartment

We had a lovely two-night stay in this apartment, not enough time to see all of Sarlat, let alone its surroundings. We particularly appreciated the quiet combined with the astounding view of the cathedral and the old city. The amenities were excellent, and our hosts very helpful. We also particularly appreciated the inclusion of nearby secure parking. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Holiday

What an amazing apartment in a perfect location. The apartment has everything you will need with high quality furnishings. The parking was excellent with a space in a inside garage just a few minutes walk away. Sarlat is beautiful and being situated right in the heart of the city was amazing. The hosts were great and extremely friendly and helpful and we were very sad to leave.

Perfect Apartment in Sarlat Centre!

We stayed in this beautiful and very comfortable apartment in the heart of the Sarlat Medieval City for a week. The owners couldn't do enough for us and were wonderfully communicative before and during our stay. The covered, secure parking spot they provide was an easy walk. The apartment was perfectly situated within the centre and only a 20-25 minute drive to most attractions in the area. Highly recommend! Also ask about the other apartments our hosts offer. Marc showed us their newest 2-bedroom on the next level up from ours and it's absolutely stunning!
