This is a newly renovated 9th floor condo in the Bristol Tower (#907). It offers three bedrooms, three full baths, and a host of upgraded amenities such as granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, new full sized energy efficient washer/dryer, new cabinets, new paint throughout, newly upgraded lighting, and stylish furnishings. And, of course, spectacular views that greet you from your private balcony.

When it comes to amenities, we've got it all...four outdoor swimming pools, a plethora of hot tubs (honestly, we've lost count!), and nine clay tennis courts with a full-time tennis pro. On top of that, we provide a basketball court, pickle ball court, an ice cream shop, an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, bicycle rentals, a state-of-the-art workout room, and not one, but two on-site restaurants. Trust us, the list of offerings is spectacular! Disclaimer: The playground, as depicted on the map, has been removed by management...supposed to be added back in the future.
