Located in a small village, quiet, between Rouen and Dieppe, 30 minutes from the sea, next to st saens. Gardens to visit nearby.
Charcuterie in the open farm on Friday and Saturday in the village. Possibility to order on jadorelecochon. com

Rent by the night, for 2 nights, middle week or week.
Tourist tax: 3% of one night / adult / night

Price for 10 people. Supplement of 10 € per additional person (within the limit of 2).
The deposit of 400 € will be paid upon arrival and will be returned upon departure.

Beautiful house is lovely area

We stayed a week at this property and we really enjoyed our holiday. The house itself is spacious, well equipped and perfect for a group of 9 with children. The area is great, close to Rouen and Dieppe.

Excellent relaxing time

Great garden and place to enjoy the sun looking over the trees. Not to far to many places of interest and local village had all the supplies we needed and an excellent bakery. Showers superb cooking facilities just right.

Excellent location wonderful hosts

This was a holiday for Christmas looking for a break from stresses of work. An excellent holiday home on all levels wonderful and considerate hosts and a smashing location for coast and country. We all enjoyed our stay and would heartily recommend this home away from home

A great base for exploring Normandy

Really easy to get to from Calais, and easy to find. Big private parking for two or three cars. Lovely hosts, made us feel really welcome, but gave us plenty of space. 6 of us staying, all with our own rooms, and with a huge dining room table and living area to gather in. Beautiful area, especially the stunning Agapanthe gardens 2 minutes walk down the road. Just a note - no hot tub as shown in the listing...

Family Holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It is in a quiet hamlet but thats what we liked about it. Lovely and private. An excellent lication for exploring Normandy. Communication with Maud was excellent with almost immediate replies. Appreciated the local/homemade welcome goodies as well 😀 Many Thanks

Great property for extended family

We had a lovely week at the cottage with grandparents, parents and adult grandchildren. It’s situated in a small village without a shop, but only 2-3 miles from Bosc-le-Hard where there are all the traditional French shops, plus a Carrefour supermarket and petrol station. The outside space was excellent and we were lucky to have beautiful weather. Easy to visit Dieppe and Rouen, we also went to St Valery en Caux which was worth a visit. The bedrooms all have access to an ensuite bathroom, although the twin room is through one double room, and it’s necessary to go back through the double bedroom to access the bathroom. That worked for us, but may not for every group. It would also be helpful to have a book in the house with guidance on local towns, shops, restaurants etc. We went to La Famille Confiance restaurant in Bosc-le-Hard on Wednesday for coffees during market day, and then for an evening meal (necessary to book). A lovely meal was had by all. A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday, in a beautiful house.

Très bon accueil

Notre famille composée de 11 personnes a passé une bonne nuit dans des chambres belles et confortables. Le séjour est grand et bien aménagé, la cuisine bien équipée. L'environnement est très intéressant. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Schönes großes Haus mit einem Durchgangsschlafzimmer in belebter Lage

Schönes grosses Haus. Viel Platz. Gute Raumaufteilung (Aber Achtung ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer eines anderen Schlafzimmers). Schöner Garten. Nachbarschaft zeitweise laut. Genau gegenüber vom Haus gibt es: Grundschule mit Pausenhof, Kirche mit morgentlichem Glockengeläut, örtlicher Festsaal für Hochzeiten, Geburtstage und andere Feierlichkeiten und einen öffentlichen Tennisplatz. Allerdings sind die Fenster vom Ferienhaus sehr gut schallisoliert. Wenn man sie geschlossen lässt, dann stört der Lärm nicht. Und im Garten hört man auch kaum Lärm. Das sehr kalkhaltige Wasser aus der Wasserleitung riecht und schmeckt sehr nach Chlor. Das kennen wir von zuhause nicht und haben darum Kaffee, Tee und unser Essen mit Mineralwasser aus Flaschen zubereitet. Die Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich ok und was nicht ok war, das wurde nach unserem Hinweis vom Vermieter sofort behoben. Im großen und ganzen ein schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus.

Week end sympa le gite est siper pour une famille petite decouverte les raquettes de tennis et un terrain ouvert juste en face du gite ainsi qu'une table de ping pong , le jardin des agapanthes jouxtant le gite est magique, veules les roses a faire également et pour finir notre hotesse a était parfaite.

LaBottiniere.

Gîte confortable et très spacieux. Sa situation permet des incursions au bord mer: Veules les roses, Varangeville, Dieppe, Le Tréport, …A visiter en semaine. Compter entre 45 minutes et 1 h 30 de déplacement. Pas de chemin piétonnier à proximité du gîte. Néanmoins , la forêt domaniale d ´Eawy, accessible après 20 minutes de voiture, offre de très belles promenades. Bourgs et villages sympas. ( Saint Saens, Bosc le Hard,..) Accueil sympathique et attentionné des propriétaires avec lesquels nous avons échangé. Un séjour satisfaisant, ensoleillé mais aussi venteux.

Séjour en famille pour cérémonie

Le Gite est très spacieux, très clair et bien agencé. Il dispose de 5 chambres avec 4 salles de bain dont une pour handicapé ce qui est remarquable. La cuisine est bien équipée avec notamment un magnifique "piano" de cuisson et la salle à manger est immense ... En Avril les flammes du poêle à pellets était belles et donnaient un complément de chaleur très agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Le cadre est verdoyant et pour qui aime la campagne le site est bien situé (parc naturel à 200 m) Je vous conseille cette adresse P.B.

Excellent Gîte !

Nous nous sommes retrouvés pour un weekend entre amis d'enfance perdus de vue. Nous recherchions un gîte permettant d'avoir l'espace et le confort nécessaire. Ce dernier a parfaitement répondu à notre attente. Il est très bien équipé (mention spéciale pour le piano de la cuisine!!), la pièce de vie nous a permis de passer un excellent moment tous ensemble sans nous marcher dessus (nous étions 9). Autre TRES gros point fort, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Le gîte est très bien entretenu. Grâce à la gentillesse de notre hôte Maud, nous avons même pu déposer quelques affaires la veille, merci à elle. Je ne peux donc que vous conseiller cet excellent gîte. Stéphane

Dejligt område

Dejligt hus med god plads og godt inrettet. Fantastisk dejlig have og område og rigtig søde værtsfolk. Interiør noget slidt. Kunne godt have brugt havemøbler, men vi klarede os med spisebordsstole, som vi tog med udenfor..
