Morbihan summer house

Modern, comfortable family home in a great location within Arzon. Very clean, fully equipped, bikes available to use, selection of toys for children. Within walking distance of the beach and Arzon centre. Hard to find better in this area.

Séjour très agréable

Maison très agréable, bien située par rapport aux commerces et du bord de mer, quartier calme et résidentiel. Malgré une météo changeante, nous avons pu faire de belles balades , sorties bateaux dans le golfe , et visiter cette belle région. Nous étions 12 avec nos enfants et petits enfants dont un bébé de 1 an et la maison était parfaite pour que chacun ait son espace A refaire!

Maison très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette grande maison très bien équipée et bien placée pour l'accès aux commerces et aux plages. Les vélos à disposition ont été bien utiles pour visiter le golfe. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires.

Ein Haus zum Entspannen in sehr schöner Umgebung

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ ganz wenige Wünsche offen. Insbesondere die Gestaltung des großzügigen, zentralen Wohnbereichs bietet hervorragende Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Familien- / Gruppenurlaub (wir waren mit zwei Familien, 8 Personen, dort). Gemeinsame Essen, ob an Grill oder Herd zubereitet, waren immer gelungen und hätten auch mit weiteren Personen (gemäß Schlafplätzen bis zu 12 Personen) stattfinden können. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder, wir haben 4 ständig genutzt und weitere waren im Gartenhaus vorhanden, waren in einem gutem Zustand (eher eine Seltenheit). Durch die zentrale Lage des Hauses sind die beiden Häfen, Geschäfte und Restaurants in Arzon in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Die Vermieter, M. und Mme. Janière, waren bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett und haben uns eine kurze aber genaue Einweisung zum Haus gegeben. Darüber hinaus lagen umfassende Informationen zum Haus in einer Mappe vor. Kleine Nachteile nimmt man bei so einem Haus gerne in Kauf. Da wären sanitäre Einrichtungen genannt, die in Größe und Ausstattung etwas stiefmütterlich behandelt wurden. Sie sind in Anzahl ausreichend vorhanden, waren teilweise etwas klein. (Bitte nicht falsch verstehen: Alles in gutem Zustand, sauber und voll funktionsfähig!) Weiter wäre zu erwähnen, dass an ein paar Stellen Ausrüstung der Familie im Haus gelagert ist, was mit Sicherheit auch der Nutzung durch die Familie geschuldet ist. Man kann sich damit arrangieren, muss aber bereit sein Rücksicht zu nehmen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Für Menschen mit großer Familie oder Gruppen, die einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus zu schätzen wissen, sehr empfehlenswert. P.S.: Es gibt mit Sicherheit noch mehr Erwähnenswertes zu Haus und Urlaub. Das würde den Rahmen sprengen. Deshalb ist der letzte Absatz zur Bewertung entscheidend.

Tres Belle location avec tout le confort

grand confort et plages à pied

Nous avons passé 2 formidables semaines dans cette maison avec tous nos adolescents. L'accès plage et marché à pied depuis la maison par un sentier entièrement sécurisé est un gage de vacances réussies lorsqu'on part à plusieurs familles. La maison est très bien pensée et équipée, et certainement agréable à vivre même en cas de mauvais temps (bonne isolation, haut plafond dans la grande pièce à vivre et beaucoup de lumière par les nombreuses baies vitrées). Nous recommandons absolument cette location !

Excellente situation et prestations de qualité

Belle et grande maison dans laquelle adultes et enfants cohabitent à l'aise (petite suggestion : un grand faitout serait bienvenu pour cuire tourteaux et consorts). Quartier tranquille et agréable, à quelques pas d'une plage familiale, du port et non loin d'un embarcadère (jolie balade pédestre) pour découvrir le golfe (magnifique). A ne pas manquer, le très utile marché du dimanche matin. Crêperies et restaurant raffiné à proximité, commerces dans le bourg et à port Crouesty, château de Suscinio, parc de Branféré... La presqu'île est un coin de paradis et la maison un havre agréable (super : la douche extérieure !). Nous recommandons vivement.

très belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de Noël en famille (12 personnes). La maison est très agréable avec tout le confort. Elle est spacieuse et très bien exposée. Sa situation géographique est facile d'accès pour les ballades à pied ou en vélo et près du bourg pour les courses. C'est une adresse à retenir !!!

Un petit paradis en Bretagne

Premièrement, la maison correspond bien à la descrition ! Nous étions 7 adultes et 5 enfants de 2 à 11 ans et tout le monde à trouver sa place dans cette grande habitation confortable et toute neuve. On sait vivre facilement sur deux étages différents (sanitaire et wc au rdch et au 1er) de plus la situation est merveilleuse entre le port et la centre du village. sentier pédestre et cyclo sécurissant et verdoyant. Je recommande vivement cette adresse. PS: et pour les jours pluvieux enfin si il y en a ;-) la maison est équipée de Tv avec le câble et bonne connexion à internet. Encore merci pour l'accueil des propriétaires qui vous donnes tous les informations nécessaires à votre séjour.

Sejour en famille

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine en Avril 2015. La maison est toute neuve, le mobilier egalement et elle offre tout le confort moderne. L accueil des proprietaires etait particulierement agreable et toutes les informations pour visiter et profiter de cette belle region etaient a notre disposition. Le bourg accessible tres facilement a pied ou a velo permet de profiter des commerces de proximite (boulangerie, boucher, maraicher...). Le port est encore plus proche. Le wifi etait tres performant ce qui etait indispensable car nos deux grands ados etaient avec nous. Enfin, la terrasse et les velos laisses a disposition completent les prestations tres haut niveau de cette maison.
