Your family will love this comfortable and inviting beach getaway! Oceanside Villa is a gated community that provides a safe and secure environment for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation! Our spacious villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps up to 8 with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds with trundle in the kids room. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen, and a separate dining room.
Just a few steps from your front door is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Around the corner is the indoor pool for those who prefer some time out of the sun. Nearby is our community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park. Check Oceanside Villas calendar for list of the many activities and events - ice cream social - water aerobics - golf cart parade etc Enjoy golf? Tupelo Bay Golf course is just across the highway.
When it's time for sun and sand , you are just a 2 minute golf cart ride away. ( golf cart included ) You will appreciate our private parking just feet from the wide sandy beach. The famous beachfront Conch Café is nearby.
After a fun filled day in the sun, come home to relax on your large covered front porch. Maybe hamburgers on the convenient grill for supper? or have a pizza delivered right to the porch? Walk across street for a late night swim or enjoy the hot tub for a great way to end your day.

Perfect Location

We have stayed in Oceanside Village before but this was our first time in this home. It was absolutely perfect for our family. The location being right across the street from the pool was wonderful for getting my 4 year old nephew to and from quite easily. Having a golf cart available to be able to go to the beach, which is very close to the home, kept us from having to load up in the vehicle each time we went. And my nephew enjoyed just riding around OSV looking at the homes and animals. The added bonus was being able to bring my fur baby along for the trip! The host, Carl, was amazing from the very beginning and answered immediately the first day we arrived with a question we needed answered. My family and I will definitely try to stay here again if at all possible.

My family has been visiting oceanside village for a few years and this was our first bad experience. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We drove 12 hours to walk in and clean this rental for three additional hours. The floors, walls, table, and trash can were filthy. Dirt, dog hair, hand prints and sand was all over the floors, walls, and couches. The couches were so dirty and stained that we washed blankets to use as covers so we could actually sit on them. One of the features we were excited about was the porch. We couldnt enjoy this area as the cushions were old, dirty, and filled with pet hair. The rugs in the kitchen, bathroom and at the doors were filthy and had to be washed and the sand shaken out of them. Please be warned that there is NOTHING in the property to get you through day one. Nothing to clean the property, no dish towels, no rags, no cleaning supplies, no trash bags, no hand soap and only one roll of toilet paper. I purchased cleaning supplies which the owner did reimburse. The cleaning fee we paid should cover the cleaning of the entire property and the only visible cleaning was to the bathroom toilets. We did wait a day to reach out regarding the issues because of our drive time and the immediate need for a clean home. This place really could be cute if it was taken care of and cleaned properly. Would not recommend.

This is our 7th stay in this house and it has just gotten better and better! Can’t say enough great things about the owner and how responsive he is! We love the convenience of the pool being across the street and the beach only a short golf cart away!

My wife has vacationed in Oceanside Village for almost 40 years. I have been going with her and her parents for 18 years and we now take our two boys. It's our favorite vacation spot and this house has been our best place to stay in OSV. It's very convenient being directly across the street from the outdoor pool with the hot tub. We plan to continue staying here for our future trips. We're already planning a short fall getaway to stay here in November and will also be back next summer!

OSV always shows up

This is our 7th stay at OSV and I think our 4th at this specific house. Always clean, convenient and great layout with neighborhood amenities. Highly recommend. Already excited about booking another trip here! Across from the pool and splash pad. A short golf cart (included) ride to the beach with OSV private parking lot. Amazing!

I loved the property, we had plenty of room could have brought another daughter and her children. The 3rd bedroom that has 4 twins is very large and spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Great Place

We loved this house. It was just like being at home. Everything you need is at your fingertip and across from the pool. Our little dog simply had a great time. We will be back in October 2024.

Our 5th visit to OSV and our first time staying at the same house twice. There were just the two of us again, location is perfect, pool about 10 steps away, the newer golf cart to go to the beach was a great upgrade. The Best Home Away from Home

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We love it!! It is cozy and has everything you need for a week away from home. The new recliner was great for napping after watching the beautiful sunrise. The location across from the pool is convenient. The beach is only a 2 minute golf cart ride away. We even found our new breakfast place at The Plantation Pancake House. Highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again.

Nice stay cut short

Our stay was cut short by one day due to storm coming in. The only problem was the living room tv's remotes, very difficult to use. Owner came over and showed us how to use and the next day it didn't work... lol. We finally figured out how to use one of the remotes. Owner should put written instructions on tv use.

Great property. As advertised. Hot tub is close enough to see the bubbles from the porch. Golf cart gets you to the beach. Located near anything from pawleys island to North Myrtle. Over all I would return again next year given the opportunity.

We love this Property!

This is the only house we have rented off VRBO. We have now spent two years there and we LOVE IT!!! And will be renting again next year! If we have questions, the owner gets back with us right away. I was able to meet the owners this year, they were both so nice. It is located right across from the pool and a short walk to the dog park and short golf cart ride to the beach. We love the house, the people we met and the neighborhood. This will be our yearly rental. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

A Great Time

This house perfectly fit our family. Loved the big kid’s room with bunk beds and trundle beds. The location of the house was great- we could walk to the pool with ease. Good communication with house owner and he helped us quickly solve our car pass issue.

Betty Jo and Eddie Barker fell in love with Oceanside Village while vacationing years ago and have been returning here every year since. We purchased this villa in the spring of 2018 and are anxious to share it with others. We are close to retiring . We are from the Charlotte NC area but consider Oceanside Village our second home.

Why they chose this property

We visited Oceanside Village for several years and always enjoyed the area. The Village is always improving existing recreational area and continually adding new ones. The area is close enough to Myrtle Beach to visit the attractions in that area but far enough away from the congestion and traffic. The villa is within 5 miles the Marsh Walk, Golf, Fishing Charters, fishing pier, flee market and many of other family activities.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you walk in the front door you feel like your at home. Everything is there for your vacation. The home is centrally located to all amenities but nestled in a quite corner of the village. The area is safe for bike riding, walking or just taking a golf cart ride through the streets or to the beach.
