May DEALS! Partial Ocean View Condo with pool - just steps from the beach.

WOW- discounted rates on the beach in N Kihei!! Stay with us while they continue the restoration efforts on the property from the Feb 2025 storm. The 4 oceanfront condos were severely damaged and are now boarded up BUT our part of the building and our condo did not sustain any damage. there is still a portion of the oceanfront patio area available and the new sod laid by the beach now has room for a couple of lounge chairs. An additional propane BBQ has been added to the existing one in the pool area, making 2 BBQs available for guest use. The pool is ready for a swim! Beach access has also been restored, giving our guests access to 5 miles of beach right in front of our property.

This is a constantly evolving situation, and we are now waiting for direction from the respective agencies on next steps. Our guess is it will likely be months before permits and construction or repair can begin on the damaged condos at the front of the property. Further securing and stabilization work may happen in the meantime on an as-needed basis. Stay with us during this time at this incredible rate and continue to enjoy all that Kihei and Maui in general have to offer. Guest feedback thus far has still been extremely positive!

Kihei Kai #15! This 2nd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has been a popular vacation rental for years and for good reason. Sugar Beach Bake Shop, Farmer’s Market, ABC Store & Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice are just a few minute walk via street or beach. Conveniently located less than 15 miles from OGG airport and many island staples such as the Maui Ocean Center, Malaaea Harbor, Maui Brewing Company, and so on. Easy access from here to all Maui has to offer!

The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with 6” upgraded mattress. (Though we've purchased the best sofa sleeper we can find on island, please keep in mind it is in the end, a sofa sleeper and is probably best for children and not adults.)

There is a separate (super quiet) A/C unit in both the bedroom and living room. Well equipped kitchen with granite countertops makes it easy to prepare meals. Furnished lanai with a small ocean view and lush tropical landscape is the perfect place to enjoy coffee, cocktails, dining or simply to enjoy the ocean breeze.

There is a gated pool and two separate bbq areas, as well as a grassy lounge area by the beach. The beachfront lawn area has lounge chairs, umbrellas as well as tables for dining outside or to enjoy watching the incredible Maui sunsets or the Humpback whales as they frolic offshore (seasonal). These areas are shared with the other guests in this low-density complex (only 24 units total).

Communal pay-to-use washer and dryers are available for guest use on the lower level of the complex. Machines are paid for and operated via a cell phone app.

Free, private WiFi available in the condo.

Beach towels, cooler and beach chairs available for our guest's use. Left behind umbrellas and toys such as boogie boards and snorkel gear may be available from prior guests, but availability and condition are not guaranteed.

**We are located on the second floor of our building, which is the top floor. There are no elevators on property and our condo is only accessible by stairs.**
