Recent villa (2012) located in Canyeles (2km from Rosas) facing south, located about 900 meters (sloping road) from Canyeles beach, very quiet, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and separate wc on the 1st level . 2nd level: 1 large bedroom with bathroom + wc, (all beds are 160 cm + bunk beds in 90 cm in one bedroom) large living room (sea view from the living room) with American kitchen (central island, induction hob , Extractor hood, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 fridge-freezers, Washing machine) opening onto large terrace with grill / plancha, paella ramp, outdoor furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, parasol, extended by salt electrolysis pool at the same level. Air conditioning in all rooms, WI FI, 55 inch TV (French, German, English channels ...) Elevator, disabled access. Closed garage. Optional end of stay cleaning (€ 100) optional household linen (sheets and towels) (€ 20 per person.) Household linen provided without additional charges for 2 weeks rental.

Early summer break

Fantastic property with all you need. Every type of utensils , condiments etc that you would require. The view is out of this world. It is a fantastic property in a beautiful location. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Alles vorhanden, guter Zustand, Zu Fuß zu weit zum Strand, aber gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Einziger Kritikpunkt: 20€ pro Person für Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Traumhaus mit Traumaussicht

Modernes sehr gut geschnittenes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Zum Strand ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bergab. Bergauf 10 Minuten schöne Natur, um mit dem Hund zu laufen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöne Villa, in einem super Zustand. Die Lage ist einmalig mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Wir werden vermutlich kommendes Jahr erneut buchen. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Schitterende villa op een unieke locatie alle gemakken voorzien

De woning voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. Luxe inrichting. Het uitzicht vanuit de villa is uniek. Het zwembad was heerlijk warm. Schaduw genoeg door meerdere zonneschermen en een overdekte buitenkeuken. Fijn dat er een lift in het huis aanwezig is, het zou een hele klim zijn om je koffers naar de voordeur te dragen. Wij hadden fietsen mee maar de weg naar de villa is te lang en te stijl om met de fiets te doen. We komen graag een keer terug

Traumhafte Villa mit Fernblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren vier Kindern sehr genossen. Die beiden Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und korrekt. Die Gegend ist sehr hügelig und bietet eine gute Mischung aus Strandpromenade und Naturschutzgebiet.

Tolle Lage, gemütliche Villa

Wir waren mit Freunden dort. Insgesamt waren wir mit 6 Personen. Die Villa ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Von der Beschreibung her passte alles. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht in die Bucht von Roses. Leider war die Küche sehr dreckig, es lagen noch die Brotkrümel in der Schublade vom Vorgänger. Auch das Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen waren leider nicht sauber. Der Kühlschrank war auch nicht richtig sauber. Das fanden wir nicht so schön. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Villa. Tolle Bäder. Große Schlafzimmer. Das Wetter hatte auch mitgespielt, der Pool war leider zu kalt, 16 Grad🥶. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.👍👍👍

So sollte es immer sein !!

Sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Bucht. In der Villa ist alles so vorhanden und ausgestattet, wie es die Beschreibung des Objektes und die Bilder zeigen. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Obwohl zu unserer Ankunft, wie auch zur Abreise niemand vor Ort war, ( was aber im Vorfeld schon bekannt war ) lief alles unproblematisch ab. Die Villa war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, die Schlüssel gab es per Codebox der Rest erklärte sich von selber. Elektrisches Tor der Einfahrt, Garagenöffner, Lift bis nach oben, Klimaanlage, Beleuchtung, Pool, automatische Bewässerung der Grünanlage, TV mit deutschen Sendern ( ab jetzt sogar mit einer Favoritenliste nur für deutsche Programme grns. ) , W-Lan usw. alles Top. Es war an alles gedacht. Selbstverständlich auch genügend Gas für den Grill. Die Kommunikation per Telefon bzw. SMS war schnell und vollkommen unproblematisch. Wir haben bei wunderbarem Wetter einen Traumhaften Urlaub verlebt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles. Horst und Marita

Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit atemberaubendem Blick über die Bucht. Hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt: von der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche über deutsche Fernsehprogramme und WiFi, Luftmatratzen, Strandspielzeug, überdachte Terrasse mit Gasgrill, Liegen am Pool, Aufzug von der Garage in die Wohnräume. modern, Vollausstattung und super Aussicht, nur kleine Schwächen

Übergabe schnell und unkompliziert durch die netten Besitzer persönlich, sogar mit einem lieben Geburtstagsgeschenk: eine schöne Flasche Champagner mit persönlicher Widmung auf deutsch😊 Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den kleinen Strand Canyelles ist wirklich grandios - noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos! Der Pool war gut temperiert mit 25 Grad, Wasser einwandfrei, vom Salz ist kaum was zu merken und nichts riecht nach Chlor. Dazu gibt es 5 Liegen (leider ohne Auflagen) und ausreichend Schatten durch das große Vordach am Freisitz sowie 2 Sonnenschirme. Der Gasgrill ist besonders: eine tolle große Grillplatte. Die Küche ist außerordentlich reichlich ausgestattet: zig verschiedene Gläser, Schüsseln, Teller etc, sogar Backformen, Küchenmaschine, Mixer, Nespressokaffeemaschine. Außerdem zweite Kühl-/Gefrierkombination im Untergeschoss. Auch sonst üppige Ausstattung, z. B. Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger in Wohnung und sogar Garage, Luftmatratzen, Strandspielzeug und vieles mehr. Als Anregung an die Vermieter: es wäre schön, in der Küche und in den Bädern ein paar Haken anzubringen. Im oberen Schlafzimmer toller Blick vom Bett aufs Meer. Im Untergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer mit 6 Betten, aber leider nur 1 Dusche und 1 WC ohne Waschbecken und ohne Fenster. Außerdem ein kleines Bad ohne Fenster mit kleiner Wanne und Waschbecken. ACHTUNG: die Villa ist nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte! Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, der allerdings von Gästen nicht benutzt werden darf! Somit muss man sein Gepäck und alle Einkäufe über die Außentreppe in den zweiten Stock tragen. Zur Umgebung: Unterhalb des Hügels gibt es 3 Supermärkte, einige Restaurants und Bars. Noch schöner als der Strand direkt unterhalb ist der nächste ca. 2km weiter nördlich. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

"C'est une maison bleue...."

Séjour agréable dans cette maison fonctionnelle, qui bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la baie de Rosas. Décoration soignée. Quartier calme. Petit bémol : il est impossible de se dispenser de voiture. Absence de commerces ou de plage à proximité.

Fabulous property with stunning views - couple of issues - see detail

The owners advertise Wifi - however this was slow to non existent throughout our stay and we were told there is a monthly limit renewed on 8th of the month - we arrived on 2nd and it had been used up! Had we known this we would not have booked this property as my husband had work to do and we had to buy additional data for our phones just to download a newspaper.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Die Villa bietet eine sensationellen Blick, ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir wurden vom Vermieter, Herr Erny, sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles lief perfekt und reibungslos. Ganz bestimmt kommen wir wieder und freuen uns schon darauf.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus mit Ausblick

Jaques vermietet ein perfekt eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf die Bucht von Canjelles petites. Die Hausübergabe klappte perfekt. Wir fanden ein sauberes Ferienhaus vor mit allen beschriebenen Details. Eine tolles Terrasse mit fantastischem Blick über die ganze Bucht. Dazu ein kleiner Pool und eine Grillecke mit Plancha-Gasgrill, welcher optimal funktionierte. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: leider nur französischer Sat Empfänger!

Inoubliable et reposant

Nous avons passés un séjour complètement dépaysant , reposant avec cette magnifique vue sur la mer . Un logement complètement atypique , très fonctionnel avec une décoration soignée et très belle . De plus , nous avons apprécié les propriétaires qui restent très à l écoute et très sympathique .Nous n oublierons ces 15 jours passe à Rosas où nous avons fêté nos 10 ans de Mariage. Nous n hésiterons pas à revenir et nous le recommandons .
