Great For Small Families!

The Snappy Crab is available for rent! The Seacrest Beach community is nestled between Rosemary and Alys beaches. Our home is a 3 bedroom (plus bunk room), 3 bath (1640 sq ft) home perfect for smaller families (sleeps 6-8). Family size should include a maximum of 4 adult-sized persons. No pets allowed. It has 4 night minimum. This may vary during peak travel season (June-August).

The 1st floor has an open bunk room with a full bath across the hall. The 2nd floor has 2 beautiful bedrooms (queen & king) with full bathrooms and TVs. The 3rd floor tower room has a queen sofa sleeper, twin sofa sleeper, wet bar and a TV. There is also a game table that is great for board games, cards, or puzzles. All 3 floors have balconies with seating areas.

Nothing was spared in this deluxe home! Four TVs, super fast and reliable WIFI, fiber-optic cable with lots of channels. A beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stocked pantry basics, and Culligan water filtration. Professionally decorated, 10 ft ceilings, wood floors and gorgeous tile. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. It also has a new heating and air conditioner (2022).

The house is nestled between Rosemary and Alys beaches and only a short walk from the 12,000 square-foot, lagoon style pool (the best pool on 30a) where you can enjoy the multiple cascading pools and fountains. On the way to the pool (5-minute walk) you will pass a green area that is the perfect place for the children to run and play or have a family game of bocce ball. The beach is less than a ten-minute walk away or you can hop on the seasonal tram. The tram stops on the corner just two houses down and also behind the house. There is a green space great for outdoor games within a block of the house as well as a new outdoor fitness area. The beach has chair and umbrella rentals available. You can also venture down the street to the public beach access (Inlet Beach) which is larger, more desolate (my preference) and has a no stairs (flat) entry. It has beach chair rentals available as well but, unlike Seacrest beach, allows rolling carts/coolers and tents.

A spa and tennis courts are close by in neighboring Rosemary Beach (fees additional), and the renowned restaurants, boutiques and galleries of scenic-30a are all within a pleasant walk or bike ride. Bike rentals are available from various vendors nearby. Golf carts are not allowed in Seacrest, Alys, or Rosemary beach communities.

Nice location and easy access to everything. Super pool but too windy and cold for us to use it. Home is just that, quaint and nice for a 2-4 people. Owner is very nice and easy to work with.

Perfect spot for our family

The Snappy Crab was perfect for my 2 kids (20 and 17) and me. The house was so clean and well stocked. We loved having the beach chairs (MUCH better than renting the chairs at the beach!) and the house is close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation!

The Snappy Crab is an amazing house! This is our first time staying at Seacrest and we will definitely be back. The house is in a great location. It’s close to the pool and tram that takes you to the beach. It’s really clean and well stocked. Rachel was very quick to respond and very accommodating.

Wonderful Week at the Snappy Crab!

We stayed during the Fourth of July and could not have asked for a better experience! The hosts were so kind to work with our concierge for a grocery drop off and so quick to respond during that process. The house was in a great location as it was around the corner from the pool and a quick walk or bike ride to shops. The tram stop is just steps from the front porch. There are tons of games and books, both which we enjoyed during the week. The house was clean with lots of towels and extras to make our stay enjoyable. This was our 9th year staying at different locations along 30A and this area and property was our favorite location. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect location, incredible house with all the amenities you can think of

Title says it all. Was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the third floor area, it allowed a place for one of the kids to sleep, as well as a place for everyone to chill in the evenings. Rachel has the kitchen very well stocked with condiments, accessories, so if entertaining is your thing, you'll be very well prepared after a trip to Publix which is just a few miles down the road. Shuttle service was incredible, right on the corner, and was basically 'on-call' and we enjoyed biking or shuttling to the beach across the street.

Great Family Getaway!

My family of 5 (3 young kids) loved our stay at this property! The house was very clean and just as advertised. The property owner/manager was very welcoming and proactive about communicating. The pool area was great and had a nice place to get lunch and drinks. The Seacrest area in general was very nice with tons of shops, restaurants and activities. Beach was a quick (less than 10 min) walk or you could catch the tram (large 3 row golf cart) right at the corner. Renting beach equipment (chairs, umbrella) can get pricey, but you can also bring your own and there is an area to set up. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Stay

This was our first time staying at Seacrest Beach. We lucked out finding Snappy Crab. From the start the homeowner was amazing to work with. Very responsive to our questions and extremely helpful with tips and suggestions. The home is immaculate. You can tell the homeowner put a lot of thought into making the home a comfortable stay for her guests. It had plenty of space for our family of five. Everything is a short walk or quick bike ride away — the community pool, the town center and the beach. For the beach we opted to go to Inlet beach vs Seacrest beach. Far less crowded. Overall an amazing stay. We look forward to making this a family tradition!

This was the best VRBO's we've stayed at. I was impressed with the level of service that Rachel provided, it felt like I was staying at a friends home. There were some very minor details that I brought to her attention not expecting anything just wanting to bring awareness to the owner. Rachel quickly addressed and resolved. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was PERFECT!!! Walking distance to everything. I would recommend Inlet beach as did Rachel because its way less crowed, plenty of room to stretch out and its only a 5min drive. Definitely looking forward to our family's next visit.

Great snappy house

We had 8 people (3 adults and 5 older teens). The house was advertised as 8 but I felt the house would be more comfortable at 6. UNLESS a few of them were younger/smaller. We were a little cramped when it came to sleeping quarters. There was very little drawer space just closets in the main 2 bedrooms. Really nowhere else to store belongings for all the other rooms. Also the 'bedroom' with bunk beds has no doors and was basically part of the living room space on first floor. Just something to know if you have light sleepers. The house was in a great location. SUPER close to pool and easy walking distance to beach and Rosemary. The property manager was extremely nice and accommodating. We had a blast with our seniors spring break and her friends. Lots of fun memories. We hope to come back again.

This home is the perfect size for our family of 5. Located in the safe and beautiful community of Seacrest beach, we enjoy walking and riding bikes and admiring the unique architecture of surrounding communities. The largest pool on 30a is just a hop, skip and jump from our home and the beach is a short walk or tram ride. My children can spend the entire day at either!
