Le Coustalet is a bright , airy modern house enjoying splendid panoramic views across the valley and the surrounding countryside. The 8x4m pool has a large deck in Ipé and is in the sun all the day long. The open plan lounge/ kitchen looks out through the 6m long bay window onto the terrace, pool and the view. Satellite flat screen T.V with DVD. and music system and broadband WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with a separate larder. The entry hall leads into a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with W.c. There is a separate W.c. next to the stairs. Upstairs : children's bedroom with twin beds and a large bedroom with a queen size bed .The second bathroom is in the tower off the landing. We have decided to expand our off season and would like to mention that there are electric radiators in each room and a log burning insert in the lounge. We will include firewood in the price but the fluctuating and rising energy costs makes it very difficult to calculate electricity charges so we will ask for a €50 weekly contribution payable on arrival from November to the end of March.
