Stunning Creole villa located in Sainte Anne on the Belfond domain, with two terrace overlooking the sea on the Diamante Rocher and beautiful sunsets that will make you want to come back.

This charming villa was nicely decorated with white wooden furniture, of solid laurel.

The house has 2 bedrooms, more 1 sofa-bed in the living room.
The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped; his bar opens on the external terrace with living room.
The covered terraces allow full advantage of the outside at any time of the day on the Sainte Anne bay and its magnificent sunset.

The villa is located 500 m from the Club Med beach, ideal for children, and close to the Salines beach, 5 minutes away by car.

Super emplacement, super vue !
Logement super équipé, permettant de profiter de l’extérieur. La cour est clôturée, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir quitter des yeux quelques instants notre fille de 2 ans. La douche extérieure, la terrasse couverte par et le hamac ont vraiment été appréciés..C’est sans compter la vue

Super séjour à Ste Anne
Nous avons passé une semaine cet été dans cette très belle maison. Tout était comme sur lannonce: vue splendide, tout pour vivre dehors même sous la pluie ! À pied de la plage et qq minutes en voiture du village de Ste Anne. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !!

Super gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Alles war so wie beschrieben und darüber hinaus sogar zur Begrüßung Kaffee, Tee, Obst, Baguette und ein Rumpunsch da. Einfach alles perfekt. Frau Gilbert hat sogar während dem Aufenthalt bei uns nachgefragt, ob wir Hilfe brauchen wegen der vielen gewalttätigen Ausschreitungen auf Martinique wegen der hohen Lebensmittelpreise und darüber hinaus Evelyn vorbei geschickt um Nachzusehen, dass es uns gut geht. Diese Fürsorge haben wir sehr geschätzt. Zum Glück war in St. Anne selbst alles friedlich.

Villa chaleureuse, séjour exceptionnel
Que dire. Tout a été parfait du début jusqu’à la fin. La villa est chaleureuse, bien aménagée, entretenue et parfaitement située à moins de dix minutes de marche de la plage de Sainte-Anne et à peine plus loin du village lui-même. L’hôte met tout en place pour rendre le séjour agréable, à commencer par une communication parfaite avant le séjour. Cette villa nous manque déjà et nous espérons revenir très prochainement. À réserver sans hésitation.

La vue est magnifique
Nous avons passe une semaine dans cette maison et nous sommes tres contents. La vue est magnifique et la maison tres cozy :) Proche d´une belle plage a pied et pas très loin des commerces 20-30 min a pied ou 5 min en voiture.

La maison est super, très bien équipée, vue sublime! Le jardin est très joli, c'est très agréable de déjeuner avec les colibris! Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille, tout le monde a bien apprécié.

La maison est très bien située, au calme. La plage de la Pointe Marin est agréable, avec peu de houle. Elle est bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les jouets et jeux de société mis à disposition, la douche extérieure. Excellente expérience.

Second séjour dans ce superbe logement sur les hauteurs de Sainte Anne : vue magnifique, décoration soignée, proche des commerces, plage accessible à pied... Un grand plus pour toute la famille : les sièges et le matériel de plage à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super location très bien équipée
Une maison très agréable, bien localisée (proche de la plage). Super bien équipée. La terrasse est top avec une vue magnifique. On peut vivre dehors. Les enfants ont adoré les petits jeux mis à dispo et aussi les jeux de plage et les ballons. Maison bien ventilée. Rien à redire, une adresse à recommander sans problème, et que nous gardons pour les prochains séjours. Merci !

Très bon accueil, le logement est décoré avec goût et possède une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit matériel pour la plage : sièges, glacière, raquettes... Nous reviendrons !

Impeccable et confortable
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'accueil était excellent. C'est tranquille, très bien aménagé, propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut. L'espace extérieur est particulièrement agréable avec la vue sur la baie. C'est effectivement à 10 minutes de la plage, mais on mets un peu plus de temps au retour, car il faut monter une bonne pente. Je recommande !

Everything about this property is great. The hill it is on is quite steep- fine for anyone without a disability. It was difficult for our pram with twins. Only downside is the mosquitos.

Well appointed, bungalow with beautiful view near the beach. Property is in a quiet, residential area that is mainly short term rentals. Property manager was welcoming on our arrival. Other then minor issue with electrical outlets that still needed to be resolved at the end of the our stay, it was a very nice place to holiday. Recommended for others.

Formidable
Un deuxième séjour aussi formidable que le premier. La villa est très bien située sur les hauteurs du domaine de belfond avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de sainte Anne . Elle est très bien équipée notamment pour les enfants ( jouets , jeux de société, ballons , seaux...) très bien décorée. C est sur nous y reviendrons. Super accueil d Evelyne qui nous a prévu le planteur et le petit déjeuner.

Magnifique vue & maison agréable proche plage
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette petite maison bien conçue et décorée avec goût. Le point fort est incontestablement la vue sur la mer et le rocher du diamant au loin. La maison est vraiment pratique et est à 5min à pied de la plage, il y a une toute petite montée au retour

Magnifique et tout confort
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours (2 adultes et 1 enfant) dans cette magnifique villa et avons pu profité de la vue splendide et du confort de la maison. Elle est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien, il y a même des masques, tubas et des jouets pour enfants! Propreté exemplaire! La literie est parfaite! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Superbe villa
Maison avec vue magnifique sur la baie de sainte Anne . La villa est superbe , parfaitement équipée . La cuisine et la salle de bain sont neuves . Il ne manque de rien . jolie villa comme chez vous!!
tres jolie villa. comme a la maison .comme chez vous .tout est là.karine est génereuse tout est là!!la cuisine est neuve et très belle.la vaisselle ne manque pas .L'electromenager est de bonne facture.La literie est parfaite .Franchement nous nous sommes sentis comme a la maison.La vue sur la mer est magnifique.
