Welcome to this exquisite custom cabin home situated on 2.5 acres in the picturesque Star Valley. This spacious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom cabin is perfect for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway with your loved ones.

The cabin boasts of convenient proximity to multiple creeks and rivers, 4-wheeling trails, and hiking trails, many within walking distance. It is located in a charming small town, that is easily accessible all year round. There is plenty of private parking that can accommodate any size horse or snowmobile trailer.

If you're looking to add some adventure to your vacation, Jackson Hole is just over an hour away through the stunning Snake River canyon. You can indulge in boutique shopping, whitewater rafting, and horseback riding, making for a perfect day trip.

This cabin is equipped with a cozy living room, a fully-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths and a gas fireplace on the main floor, a third-floor loft with an attached bathroom, and a basement with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an additional gas fireplace and large living room. The sleeping arrangements include 1 king and 1 Queen bed on the main floor, 2 queens in the loft and a king, queen and 2 Twins in the basement.

The cabin's strategic location places it just 1 hour 20 minutes away from Jackson Hole Town Square, 1 hour 30 minutes from Grand Teton National Park, and approximately 3 hours from Yellowstone National Park, offering you the chance to explore some of the most spectacular natural wonders in the country.

Exceeded expectations

Stayed 2 nights here with family and grandchildren and had a great time. Home was perfect. Several spread out bedrooms and bathrooms.Everyone had their own space. Does not feel crowded with a large group. Nice decor, beautiful loft,great basement with pool table, TV, toys,games,video games,etc. Worked out well for all ages. Very clean,kitchen well stocked bathrooms, clean and fully stocked with towels,shampoo,soap, and whatever else you might need. We sat out on the nice wrap around deck one night and enjoyed the rain and thunder and lightning. Grandchildren enjoyed the large open lawn. Beautiful views. Hosts Courtney and Rich communicated well before our arrival and left a binder in the kitchen with an orientation to the cabin and area. They were very gracious with a few requests that we had. Though we never needed them during our stay I felt they were always available. Would love to stay again. Exceeded our expectations.

Cousin Reunion

Cousins (all 55 and over) met from five different states to spend the week together. Overall, it was a great place to stay location wise and there was plenty of room, however, the place could use a little more tlc. Carpet needs replaced in some areas and a deep cleaning is advised. Also, it would be helpful if there was a more up to date manual with detailed instructions on how to use the multiple remotes, especially the Roku on downstairs tv which did not have batteries and we had to search for it. The pool table was severely damaged but it worked.

Property is exactly as advertised. Kitchen is very well stocked and has all possible items needed for cooking and storage available. Plenty of beds and bathrooms with extra towels and blankets if needed. We will be back soon!

This house was perfect for our trip! We flew into SLC and wanted a place for 2 nights before heading to Yellowstone. The house was perfect for our family of 8 and we wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful setting and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Summer Getaway

This property was perfect for our family and close friends to gather and to prepare for our son's wedding that was held nearby. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything we needed was available. The check-in process was easy to follow. The owners were extremely accommodating with our special request. The home is well maintained although carpeting was soiled on the main level. We especially enjoyed gathering in the open great room area with vaulted ceilings. Views from the wrapped deck are stunning and relaxing at the same time. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!!!

This cabin is the best secret in star valley.

This is our 3rd stay at this cabin. Courtney and Rich are the best host we have found. We have been going to star valley my entire life because half our family is from Thayne. We have a group of 12 sometimes 4 trailers, Courtney and Rich have always had the lot cleared to fit us all without even really asking. The cabin is in great shape

Christmas Memories

We stayed here for 4 days right after Christmas as a three-generational Christmas getaway. This was the perfect place! Big and open enough not to be bumping into each other for games and dining. (10 people 17 years and older) It also had a fun basement with a pool table and movie set up that the younger generation loved. The older parents LOVED the cozy fireplace and barely left their seats by the fireplace. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Checking in and out was super easy. The setting was beautiful especially with the heavy fog that turned all the trees into a winter wonderland. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great spot for some family time

We had four adult couples and one single person at the house and there was an abundance of room for all of us. We were looking for a place to spend some quality time together, and this was ideal. The place was spotless, all amenities were in the locations as advertised and all worked. When I initially had a bit of trouble getting the fireplace going, I was able to immediately reach the owner who assured me that it just sometimes took a bit of time; which it did, starting up as I was chatting with him. After checkout, one of my sisters realized she had left some jewelry behind. We were able to contact the owner and, with the help of the cleaning service, she was able to get it all back. I highly recommend this location and these hosts.

Rural, Yet Accessable

The home is very large and airy, with indoor colors that add to the feeling of openness. The yard and other property is very well kept. It's capacity for 14 people to sleep is nicely laid out. All the amenities we expected were there and easily accessible. The location is within a one-day round trip distance to two world-class national parks. Two small towns within 15 miles have all the grocery stores, banks and hardware stores you need for the stay. Wonderful stay.

Hi, we are Rich and Courtney. Star Valley is one of our favorite places to visit. We love fishing, four-wheeling, hiking Intermittent Springs, making s'mores in the fire-pit, and playing hours of 'Bananagrams'. If you get the chance to stay during the Fourth of July or during other town festivities, theres nothing quite like small-town parades, rodeos, and events. We hope you love the cabin as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This cabin was built by my Uncle and has been a gathering place for my family throughout the years. We visit a few times a year to enjoy the slower pace of life. We believe it's the best way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with our kids, family, and each other.

What makes this property unique

The amount of space that this cabin has is rare to find, providing a place that the entire family can stay for Family Reunions or get-togethers. One of our favorite things about staying at the cabin is that it permits for more one-on-one time with our kids and each other. We sit around the table and play games for hours enjoying the face time that is infrequent during the day-to-day routine at home.
