Nice house for 5 or 6 people 200m from the beaches of Nicet and Varde, the beach of Le Havre is 500m.
Large living room with fireplace, dining room, beautiful fully equipped kitchen.
three bedrooms plus a small for a small child, two shower rooms with washbasin, a toilet with toilet and two separate toilets.
In the village center small supermarket, butcher, caterer, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and creperie.

Schönes Ferienhaus, ideal gelegen

Schönes Ferienhaus mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt, etwas viele persönliche Dinge der Vermieterin und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Verteilung der Sanitärbereiche. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Strände fussläufig zu erreichen, Bäckerei und kleinere Geschäfte ubd Restaurants ebenso. Bushaltestelle nach St. Malo und Cancale vor der Tür. Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht und würden wiederkommen.

Un très beau cadre de vie

Une maison pleine de charme, très joliment décorée et très bien située dans Rothéneuf (proximité des plages et du centre). Un excellent contact avec la propriétaire soucieuse du confort des locataires. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Bretonisch wohnen in Rotheneuf

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet insgesamt Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe durch die Vermieterin verlief sehr freundlich und professionell ab. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht,. Wie in einer anderen Kritik bereits vermerkt auch sehr viele persönliche Dinge der Vermieterin (hat uns aber nicht gestört). Obwohl man mehrere Strände innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann, ist die Lage nicht touristisch. Man fühlt sich ab dem 2. Tag eher wie ein Einheimischer. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei erreicht man zu Fuß. Mit dem Auto sind es 5 Minuten bist zum nächsten Supermarkt und gut 10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum von Saint-Malo. Wer heine Lust auf Parkplatzsuche hat kann, auch den Bus nehmen Bushaltestelle 50m entfernt. Wir würden wieder buchen wenn wir nochmal in der nördlichen Bretagne urlaub machen würden.....

La maison est très belle, très bien équipée. Daniele est très réactive et Serge et Josiane qui s occupent de l accueil sont très réactifs et très serviables. Très belle expérience. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Le paradis malouin !

Maison agréable, fonctionnelle, avec tout le nécessaire. Propreté irréprochable. Les extérieurs constituent un bel agrément. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse. Emplacement idéal : la plage est à côté, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jeannine et Serge, disponibles et souriants. En bref, nous sommes ravis de nos vacances !

Tolles Haus mit winzigen Einschränkungen

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es hat einen tollen Garten, eine moderne Einrichtung und das Meer ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das WLAN funktioniert besser als in den meisten anderen Ferienhäusern, die wir bisher besucht haben. Das Haus ist generell sehr gut ausgestattet. Es mangelt an nichts. Was uns dennoch gestört hat: Die Verteilung der Schlafzimmer und Toiletten/Duschen ist nicht optimal. So muss derjenige, der im Anbau schläft (nur über Außentreppe erreichbar) zum Duschen ins Haupthaus und dafür durch das offene Haupt-Schlafzimmer gehen. Auch ist eine der Toiletten quasi im Ankleidezimmer untergebracht. Eine weitere Toilette ist direkt neben der Küche. Nicht schlimm, aber auch nicht optimal. Außerdem ist das Haus ein bisschen überfrachtet mit persönlichen Dingen der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. So gibt es praktisch keinen Stauraum, z.B. für eigene Einkäufe. Leider war auch der Gefrierschrank komplett mit Lebensmitteln der Vermieterin gefüllt. Es wirkt insgesamt ein bisschen so, als habe sich über die Jahre etwas zu viel Kram angesammelt, den man einfach mal wieder entsorgen müsste. Fazit: Es ist ein wirkliches tolles, modernes Haus, in dem wir eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht haben. Manches könnte man aber problemlos optimieren.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est située à deux pas de la plage du Val et des commerces de Rothéneuf. L accès à la vieille ville de St Malo est rapide en voiture ou en bus. Les courageux pourront rejoindre le chemin de ronde et se rendre à pied jusqu à la cité corsaire. Nous recommandons vivement !

Haus ist super! Ausstattung auf hohem Niveau. Interessante Architektur, stilvolle Einrichtung. Umgebung verfügt über mehrere fußläufig zu erreichende Strände, kleine Läden für täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très agréable, bien agencée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la propriétaire s'est montrée très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons par ailleurs apprécié sa localisation qui nous a permis de rayonner facilement dans la région. La plage est accessible en cinq minutes à pied. Nous recommandons vivement !

gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Garten nahe am Strand

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist gelungen, das alte Gebäude in ein modernes, neues hochwertiges Feriendomizil zu verwandeln. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und verfügt über mehrere Schlafzimmer, welche zum Teil eher klein sind. Das Wetter war außergewöhnlich schön und warm, so dass wir den Garten richtig genießen konnten. Die Besitzerin war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben als Familie 12 wundervolle Tage im August in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr ausgewählt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung läßt nichts vermissen und wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Garten vorne und eine kleine Terrasse an der Rückseite des Hauses erlauben bei schönem Wetter draußen zu sitzen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber doch zentral. Schöne Strände und die eindrucksvolle Küste sind innerhalb einiger Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle in Richtung Saint Malo erreicht man in einer Minute. Mit dem Auto (Parkplatz auf der Straße vor dem Haus) sind andere Städte (vor allem zu empfehlen: Dinan) und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Mont Saint Michel) gut zu erreichen. Das Zentrum von Rotheneuf mit kleinem Supermarkt, Bäcker, Boutique etc. fußläufig in 10 Minuten. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und während des gesamten Aufenthalts für uns ansprechbar. Vielen Dank für sehr schöne Ferientage in der Bretagne.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem Haus verlebt und uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Das geräumige Haus mit seiner hochwertigen und sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausgangspunkt ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen... Wir waren u.a. in Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard und am Mont-Saint-Michel, in den "Les Jardins du Montmarin" in der Nähe von La Richardais, alles gut zu erreichen... Und dann die schönen Strände, egal welchen man sich aussucht. Vielen Dank für Danieles freundliche Unterstützung. Also, wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Superbe maison confortable et lumineuse, décorée et rénovée avec goût

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très agréable et lumineuse, décorée magnifiquement et avec tous les accessoires utiles/nécessaires à un bon déroulement de vacances/séjour. Le jardin ajoute encore une note plus positive à l'ensemble. L'ombre du saule nous a permis bien d'agréables moments en famille en après-midi lorsqu'il faisait trop chaud pour aller à la plage (et oui... en juillet 2016 à St Malo ! :) ). Merci beaucoup à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité; nous conseillons vraiment le séjour dans cette maison si vous désirez résider dans la région!
