2 king beds, stunning mountain views, 4 spacious decks, private back deck, court
"Kiss the Clouds" is located on a cul de sac looking out over Wears Valley. You will feel like you are on the top of the mountain when you stand on the cul de sac and enjoy the view from any angle.
This charmingly crafted cabin features the best in all wood craftsmanship. Enter the cabin into the stunning full galley kitchen where you will be welcomed by stainless steel appliances, cement tile floors and everything you need to prepare your meal except for the food and spices.
Just through the kitchen, you will find the spacious dining room. The handsome dining room table has seating for six with two additional stools in case you need additional seating.
The main level features an open floor plan with large glass floor to ceiling windows to let in the natural light and to enjoy the magnificent mountain views. The spectacular views can be appreciated from almost anywhere in the cabin.
The cabin has hard wood floors throughout. There is a king master suite on the main level with its own private bath.
While at "Kiss the Clouds", you will experience comforts such as:
1. Jetted tub - May not be available during the summer months when our wells are at their lowest levels. 2. Outdoor hot tub - May not be available during the summer months when our wells are at their lowest levels. It has never happened when the well level was so low that we had to ask our guests not use the hot tub before. But it could be a possibility even though it is not probable. 3. Four spacious decks - two in front and two in back 4. Electric stone fireplace 5. Vaulted cathedral ceilings 6. Tongue and groove walls & ceilings throughout 7. Floor to ceiling glass windows 8. And in our opinion, some of the best views of Wears Valley and the surrouning Mountains.
Upstairs you will find a huge open loft bedroom / game room. The vaulted cathedral ceilings on the upper level gives it an open airy feeling. There is a full bath on this level with a white tile shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The Upper-level bedroom / game room has large glass windows to enjoy the magnificent Smoky Mountain Views. From here, you can walk out onto the deck where there is a hot tub to soak in after all the day's activities in Gatlinburg or in Pigeon Forge. There is also a TV with a gaming system. There's a pool table and a foosball table. Children will love the upper level.
There is a small kid's sleeping loft which is accessed by a ladder. Here they will enjoy their own little space.
Please note that 4-wheel drive or chains are required in snow and ice.
There is an outdoor fireplace at the pavilion in the amenities center. You can bring your own wood and enjoy the fire.
There is room out front for three cars.
We are 21.9 miles from the Gatlinburg Aquarium. We are 13.3 miles from the Island in Pigeon Forge. 17.6 Miles from Dollywood. 14.6 Miles from the Titanic Museum. 22.2 miles from the Gatlinburg SkyLift. 14.2 miles to the Hollywood Wax Museum. We tell people to double the mileage to get the amount of minutes it will take you to get to a location. The mileage that VRBO puts next to the map must be as the crow flies. This was my first experience in the Smoky Mountains and it did not disappoint. This cabin is BEAUTIFUL and the views are absolutely as amazing as advertised. Mary Beth was so wonderful sending out multiple emails before the trip to make sure we were prepared to have the best time ever. Everything was easy and smooth and it really made our vacation so so good. If my family is ever in the area again, we will definitely be looking to find this place again.
The cabin was excellent. The location on the top of the mountain was breathtaking. I only have one little complaint which is not a big deal. I felt that they could have had better TVs. It’s such a beautiful cabin inside and out, why have such small antiquated old televisions. Besides that it was awesome. But it would t stop me from renting again.
Had a great time at this location. Normal roads to a cabin in the area. Nothing out of the norm there. Directions were spot on and the view from all of the decks were spectacular.
Cold air got in under doors. Bathrooms were slightly dirty. Pictures online were slightly inaccurate. Overall decent place. Mountain View was great. Would stay here again.
Wow! This property was beautiful! The views were some of the prettiest we’ve seen. Pictures really don’t do it justice. The cabin was well cleaned and plenty of supplies. Really appreciated it being pet friendly. Nice size crate with pet bowls for water and food. There were even dog treats provided. The couch isn’t the most comfortable, but not the worst I’ve sat on. You are located a good 30 min or more drive from the main strip. But it didn’t bother us because the views are what we enjoy most and this cabin has them! Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
Property was excellent! They had a Christmas tree all set up for our stay which made ot extra special! Views were out of this world, house was clean and had everything we needed, all the little extras like the dog treats
Overall the entire experience was excellent. The sunrise view every morning with a cup of coffee was amazing. Everything about the cabin was convenient and comfortable. The location to everything was optimal. I will definitely be recommending this location to others.
Amazing experience, very informative host and an over the cloud property in its true sense. Next time would plan to stay for long. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property.
The cabin was beautifully decorated and so many extras were provided. We didnt even need to bring much dog stuff because athere was a nice big crate and goodies waiting for our puppers. The views were stunning. Everything was wonderful! Cant to book
again.was
This is a well appointed great getaway. Everything was clean and available. We brought our dog and everything was there for him as well. You can't beat the views and cleanliness of the whole area. We actually saw 4 bears from the deck.
Loved the cabin and our stay was wonderful. Pictures are accurate, we were able to catch beautiful sunrises from the balcony. Appreciated being close to Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley. Please heed all advice about bears! We saw a mama and three cubs multiple times AND they tried to break into our car, ripping off the door handles! We didn’t have any food in there so I’m not sure what they were after. Communication from the host is clear and very thorough. Would definitely stay here again. My family and I had a wonderful time!!!

Absolutely Amazing Views
This property is literally on top of the mountain of wears valley, elevation is 2160 ft. The views are stunning and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. All the essentials that you would need for your stay are provided.. The travel to pigeon Forge from the cabin was very easy and the drive has stunning views. This property is to me located in the perfect location to all of the attractions you would want to visit. Another great thing is the peace and quiet during the day or night. Would definitely stay there again in the future.
My expectations for this rental were very high and I was not disappointed. The cabin was exactly what I was expecting.
The cabin is set-up and well thought through for the convenience of the guest
The description of the amenities were helpful in preparing for my trip. I had wondered what the coffee pot situation would be. I checked the amenities and I had the choice of brew or K-cup. Just an example of the attention to details. The refrigerator was empty, room for my groceries.
.
Before I started for the cabin, a video came showing how to reach the cabin. I watched it and noted turns and landmarks which were really helpful to know about especially since I arrived after dark.
The other event that made my stay unique was, I was there at the cabin during the hurricane Helena. Mary Beth had learned of a road closure that we needed to know about before our departure, so she texted us.
The cabin was a 10. The owners were a 10.
I want to go back as soon as I can.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are incredible and photos just don’t do it justice. Walking up each morning with coffee and watching the sunrise or sitting out front for dinner and watching the sunset is just good for the soul!
There is so much to do at the cabin as well as the surrounding areas.
The cabin itself is one of the cleanest and well stocked rentals we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend staying here.
The views were breathtaking, house was perfect she had stuff for everyone even for the pup.

My husband is retired from Bank of America. I am a CPA. We fell in love with the area the first time we visited. My husband is the type of person who likes to relax on vacation. I like to conquer a vacation. I try to do as much as I can while on vacation. We have found this to be our perfect vacation. I don't mind relaxing if it is sitting on the deck enjoying those views.
