Weekend Get away

This place had everything you could want for a weekend get away. Plenty of space, a clean pool and spa, game room and a great kitchen for the entire family at one table. We really enjoyed the pool and spa. Very relaxing.

Dive Right In December 2024

Even though we booked through VRBO & the fees & overall price was very expensive for 2 nights, the property was very nice. Everyone at Eden Crest Rentals (property management) was professional and helpful. The floors needed to be mopped a little better ; our socks got very dirty from walking on them as we did not wear shoes on the nice floors in the cabin. The countertops and table in the kitchen could have used a little more attention to detail in the cleaning process. But we did have items stocked that were promised in the agreement & were happy with that. We have stayed in another cabin in the same area in the past. This is a nice development and we really like the property management team.

Descent cabin

The cabin was clean and had all the amenities listed. Upon check-in, we inspected the cabin and found several issues (holes in the wall, crack in the floor, cracks in the kitchen cabinet, alarm missing on the door to the pool, mantel to fireplace hanging loose, etc). I called the number provided but since it was 7 pm no one answered. I sent a message via VRBO to make sure everything was documented. The following day, I received a message that they noted the issues and let them know if there were any other concerns. The first night of our trip, the cabin next door had a wedding celebration. They had several cars parked up and down the street, kept taking our parking spaces and kept blocking us in. The following day, they left but another group came who also kept taking our parking spaces due to having several cars. The cabin overall was nice but there was no privacy. The cabin backs up to other cabins and both balconies were visible to several other cabins so keep this in mind if you want privacy. We were aware the cabin was in a community when we booked it. The cabin provided towels for both the shower and the pool, but only 2 wash clothes were provided. The pool table was nice, and the kids enjoyed the movie theater. The sauna never would heat up, so we were not able to use it. The hot tub and pool were clean, and we enjoyed using them. The beds were comfortable, and the cabin was spacious. The location was convenient, and the cabin was easy to get too.

Great property

The property is awesome. The house had its issues just like any house that gets rented over and over again. But they were small issues. They could do a better job cleaning the house, but I’m just talking about a little dust under the beds when there was a couple of small issues they took right away.the house and our stay was great overall. Lots of fun played pool every night swam and enjoyed the mountains during the day.

The best long weekend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay… the location was PERFECT. It was so nice having the pool and the hot tub, they were used every night after a day in town. The house was clean and we loved the deck space off the living room. The only downside (that can’t be changed) we wish you wouldn’t have to walk through pool area to get to the lower bedroom and media room. Wasn’t an issue for a group of adults but something to think about with kids! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Winter Getaway

Nice setup for the entire family. Rooms were comfortable and having a private bathroom in each room was a plus. Very short ride to the attractions in Gatlinburg that we planned to see. We also took a short trip to Pigeon Forge. As mentioned in other reviews, the alarm to the pool area did not work as instructed and was a bit of an annoyance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Our stay was to do an early Christmas celebration with my family. My family consist of three separate adult families. Having the three floors with the three main bedrooms on each was a great set up for us. The only issue we had was with the third bedroom being on the bottom floor on the other side of the pool and having the alarm arrangement on the pool doorwas not a successful set up. I understand the reason for the safety of the pool door, but having the bedroom on the same floor and it not working as it should cause extreme stress with my family the way the alarm is set up to push the button before you open the door and then shut the door is not exactly how it worked. We would push the button open walk-through shut and the alarm would sound over and over and over. You would have to reopen the door and push the button until the alarm stopped. This happened every single time you open the door so if you can only imagine for a four day, stay the amount of stress they put on our entire family Did not provide for a very successful Christmas celebration. My daughter and son-in-law that stayed in that bedroom felt like they were trapped on the floor and couldn’t leave to get a drink of water in the middle of the night or anything else for that matter without knowing they were gonna wake up the entire family. I feel like there’s a better solution that also provides the safety needed for the pool area. Thank you for asking and hopefully this would provide an improvement for others.

The house was fine. Figuring out pool alarm was annoying. The location on the map on listing has this house located on the strip. Very inaccurate. It was a few miles off the strip. Dry sauna didn’t work. Other than these things everything else was satisfactory. We probably would stay here again if we came back again though.

We enjoyed this cabin. Loved the movie Room, arcade game, air hockey and pool Table. Sauna did not work the entire time we were there. Even when they came and fixed it, it still Did not work. The indoor pool was not very warm and you can’t adjust the temperatures. Loved That it had a gas grill!! The outdoor community pool was nice but there are not very many parking spots for cars! The ice maker in the refrigerator was terrible. It barely put out any ice and we had to buy our own ice!

Loved it!

Great trip, house was very nice, kids loved the indoor pool and video game console, great location. Was worried about pool temperature due to other reviews but we found it perfect. Wi-Fi worked very good with no issues even with all our devices. We all want to come back again and stay at this house. Highly recommend.
