Great Location, Nice View, Comfortable Stay

Our stay at this cabin was great! The bed and living room area were very comfortable. The view was really nice, especially from the hot tub. The location was also great! The only issue we had was that we struggled with keeping the fireplace lit. Not a big deal though as we didn't even contact the property manager, but it might need some maintenance.

Unresponsive Owner

Property was fine but had issues trying to check in because the owner did not provide any check in information and he wouldn’t respond to calls or messages. Also had no Wi-Fi which made 2 of the 3 tvs not work. Owner took a day and a half to tell me he couldn’t get it fixed during our stay. Extremely frustrated with the unresponsive owner who didn’t seem to care we were trying to stay in his property.

Perfect little hideaway in the woods. One minor issue with the property was resolved by owner within minutes AND their maintenance guy was literally there to verify all was functional within 10 minutes. Would STRONGLY suggest this cabin and will return.

Perfect fit!

We just needed a quick weekend getaway with access to WiFi for those needing to work on school work. This cabin was perfect. We had a place to rest after hiking and enjoying the sights. The internet access was helpful during our down time to study. Great little cabin for a small, easy going trip.

A little too rustic for the price

We had an ok stay at this cabin. It is definitely overpriced for the condition it is in. There are blankets thrown over the old furniture in the living room and the towels are worn and fraying. There are a lot of little repairs that could help with updating the property like fixing the peeling wallpaper, fixing the blinds, lampshades and flooring, etc. It was a very quiet and safe location and the fridge was new and very clean. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer.

Disappointed Ted in directions to cabin. Road to cabin was undesirable.

Ok, but price per night was ridiculous.

Would stay again

As a few other people mentioned, this is an older cabin and has a few minor cosmetic imperfections. This was not bothersome to us. Although you don’t technically have a Mountain View due to the forest, it is still very pretty. The living room furniture could use replacing but it isn’t awful. The beds were clean and comfy. There were adequate pots and pans, utensils etc. The oven/stove, refrigerator, and microwave were all like new. The washer and dryer are older but washed and dried very well. It is quite a steep drive up the mountain so be prepared for that. It’s only about ten minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge/Ripken Experience/Dollywood. The only small negative thing I could say is the area in the bathroom for the toilet and the sink are very small. A larger person would have difficulty in those spaces. There was plenty of room for our family of three and would be sufficient space for a few more people as well. We had very good communication with the owner.

Wonderful Family Vacay!!

Our Smoky Mountain vacation was excellent. It all started when we pulled up to the security gate to enter the property. The drive up to the cabin was beautiful and once we were inside we immediately fell in love with it. The setup was perfect for our family. We loved the King sized beds and we utilized the pull-out couch as well. The cabin had everything we needed. It was stocked with the basic amenities and it was clean. The hot tub on the deck was a definite bonus for late night relaxations. The other cabins were far enough away that we felt we had privacy. William was an awesome owner. We had a small issue with the washing machine knob not working and he was literally there within 15 minutes to fix it. He also gave us great recommendations on places to fish and hike. He was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very wooded. Close to main road in Pigeon Forge!

Good thing my family and I did some shopping before checking into the cabin because the owner did not give the access code information until almost 5 pm when check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm. Then he told us the toilet seat in the ONLY bathroom was cracked but he would fix it the next morning. He never fixed it and we had to deal with it for 4 days! Otherwise it was a decent little cabin to rest each night.

Adorable cabin in a quite, secluded and wooded setting!

We loved the cabin!! It had everything we needed and a few extra amenities. The owner was so easy to communicate with and he always responded when I had questions. The bed was so comfortable and we loved having the option of a jacuzzi OR hot tub. This cabin, even though the address says Sevierville, was SO CLOSE to everything because you could take back roads. We are hoping to stay here again!!!

Loved open floor plan, close to everything with a feeling of remoteness.

The drive up the mountain in the dark was a real rush then seeing in in the light of day was incredible. This cabin has a roomy open floor plan and the deck looks out into woods and mountains. BEAUTIFUL!! We were so close to everything and had a feeling that we were remote.bit was perfect for our family of 4

I really liked it, it felt like home.

It was very clean, and was equipped with everything you needed, felt like home, someplace that you can relax in. It was private and sitting on the deck you can see the mountains between the trees. My family loved it and I would recommend this cabin to others.

Fit our family of 5 needs perfectly

We enjoyed this cabin during our Gatlinburg trip. The hot tub was great and the kids loved taking a bath in the jacuzzi (maybe even more than going to Dollywood, haha). Convenient location to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge.

Nice change for a family with children.

We had never rented a cabin before, and so we were surprised that we could rent one for about the same price as a three-star hotel room in Pigeon Fordge. We were pleasantly surprised with the space we had. We loved sleeping in a separate room from our three kids. The washer and dryer was very handy after a rafting trip we took. The setting was quiet and beautiful; we were happy to be away from the noise of the strip, yet only 15 minutes away from Dollywood. The trade off is that although the cabin was clean, the fixtures are old and worn. I'd estimate the couch and beds to be at least 10 years old, and there are other unsightly things such as cigarette burns on the linoleum on the bathroom floor. Never-the-less, we'd take a "lived-in" cabin over a hotel room the next time we vacation in Pigeon Fordge, so long as the price remains comparable to other reasonable options in the area.
