Beautiful and safe one-bedroom condo in an upscale neighborhood in Pattaya South

This condo is in a Siam Oriental Gaden 2 complex that is located in the beautiful Pratumnak area of Pattaya city in Thailand. Pratumnak is a quiet upscale neighborhood away from busy loud areas that offers lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. This condo complex is located in 10-20 min walk from three city beaches (0.7-1.2 mile) and about 15-20 min walk from the town center (one mile from famous Pattaya Walking Street), and about 2.2 miles from Pattaya Outlet Mall. There is a Thai massage place just a couple of minutes away as well as national and European kitchen restaurants. The unit is very quiet and bright with garden views - perfect for relaxing tropical vacation. There are famous attractions nearby such as Big Budda, Pattaya Park, and AquaPark. Free shuttle is available to one of the beaches and a busy street with public transport. There is a rooftop swimming pool with a place for relaxing and tanning. This apartment offers a queen size bed in the bedroom and a couch in a living room (where one more person could sleep). There are plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay – WiFi internet, LED TV, large selection of TV-channels in different languages, and all necessary kitchen equipment.

There is an air conditioner in the unit which is very helpful in a hot and humid weather throughout the year.

Bed linens and towels: tenant can provide their own linens and towels or can rent a set from a property manager at $10 upon arrival. You can wash it at nearby laundry facilities or use the washing machine or return it and rent a clean set at any time at $10.

There is a laundromat down the street where you can wash your linens/clothes at approximately 60 cents. There is also a washing machine in the apartment which you can use at any time.

Standart fee for departure cleaning is 20 $. If you like to have a cleaning service performed at any time during your stay you can arrange that with a property manager at a fee of $10+.
