Très agréable séjour

Nous avons pu découvrir la région, Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement. Résidence calme, proche de la plage, belles promenades a faire a proximité. Appartement tres bien équipé et très propre. Tout est agencé pour que l'on s'y sente bien !

appartement tres bien situé dans un residence tranquille.

Très bien situé proche du centre ville et grande plage. Petite terrasse agréable. Appartement bien équipé avec accès à place dans garage en sous sol, très appréciable. Nous avons pus garer nos vélos en sous sol également. Excellent séjour à Saint gilles croix de vie , avec belles ballades a velo.

À louer sans hésiter très bien placé. 10 minutes de la plage à pied est à 10 minutes à peu près du centre-ville en voiture. Appartement très fonctionnel Les propriétaires sont très gentils

Bon séjour bon emplacement 10 mn à pied de la grande plage 30mn à pied du centre avec marchés et autres magasins Gîte très agréable au calme et sécurisé ainsi que le parking au sous-sol

Location correspondant à l’annonce sur tous les points.

Seul problème il n’a pas été possible de regarder la télévision pendant 3 jours, le problème de réception est connue dans la région, l’installation d’une parabole règlerait tout simplement le problème. Ce n’est pas une dépense énorme. A notre époque ce n’est pas pensable de ne pas pouvoir regarder la télévision, même si en vacances on ne l’a regarde peu.

Résidence sécurisée, parking, proximité immédiate de l'océan et de toutes commodités nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour, au calme pour nos premières vacances en famille. La chambre est assez spacieuse pour accueillir un lit parapluie, indispensable pour notre petit bébé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les propriétaires du logement ont été disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos demandes! Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu de vacances pour quiconque qui chercherait un endroit paisible et familial: la région de Saint Gilles regorge de très beaux spots à visiter!

Agréable très proche bien situé

Un logement où il ne manque rien Les propriétaires étaient là pour nous accueillir sympathiques très explicites confiants. Logement nickel vraiment parfait à refaire. Situation permettant de se rendre à la plage à pieds. Petites attentions de la part des propriétaires qui fait chaud au cœur Calme je recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaites de notre séjour dans ce joli appartement, au calme, près de la plage. Bonne organisation des propriétaires et bon accueil avec fleur et petits gâteaux. Nous reviendrons !

Klare Empfehlung: schönes Appartment an nettem Ort

Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger aber ortsnaher Lage, das unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen hat (Tiefgaragenplatz und Fahrradraum sind in Anzeige nicht erwähnt). Empfehlung: Fahrräder mitbringen oder leihen, dann kann man die guten, zahlreichen Fahrradwege nutzen, und ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder im Zentrum. Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Nette Terrasse mit Morgensonne. Einziger Verbesserungswunsch: Internetzugang/WLAN.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Belle résidence dommage quel soit éloigné des commerces pour les personnes qui ne sont pas véhiculer..( 25 mn pour la boulangerie).. Autrement je conseille cette location aux gens qui veulent du calme. Et merci à Mme Brunau (l'amie de la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse)..

très agréable séjour

Pour la deuxième année nous avons choisi de revenir dans cette appartement situé à 300 m de la grande plage donc très proche et accessible en quelques minutes . Cependant tout en étant proche il est situé dans une résidence un peu en retrait ce qui lui confère calme et tranquilité . La résidence est très propre et bien sécurisée. Les résidents très discrets aucun bruit . Idéal pour le repos. L'appartement est impeccable et très fonctionnel conforme au descriptif . La communication ainsi que l,accueil et la confiance accordée par les propriétaires est très appréciable . Encore une fois une agréable semaine à Saint Gilles . De bons restos . De belles plages . Que du bonheur.
