Enjoy the beautiful and relaxing farm view, walk or bike to Cisco Brewery, Bartlett's Farm, 167 Raw Fish Market and Miacomet Golf course. Close to WAVE bus stop and bike paths. The house is a quick drive to Ladies, Cisco & Miacomet Beaches. Everything is brand new (2018) and thoughtfully chosen to create a welcoming and comfortable setting for your Nantucket vacation! Downstairs TV room is partially finished with new Room & Board sectional along with 65" smart TV and ping pong table.

Living room with mounted flat screen, half bath and plenty of seating. Adjoining dining and kitchen area. Master bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen. Outdoor shower off kitchen.

Two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, pull out sofa, and a large closet/annex (single bed or room for crib), the other with two twin beds. Shared hall bathroom.
LOWER LEVEL: Brand new finished bedroom and bathroom. Extra social room with a comfortable sectional, extra large flat screen television, ping pong table. Brand new washer/dryer.

We have been coming to Nantucket as a family for almost 20 years and wanted to have a our own piece of this special island. After looking for many years, we finally found the perfect house with beautiful farm views and close proximity to all of our favorite Nantucket spots. Its truly a dream come true!
