Amenity upgrades made in 2019 include central air, new flooring (first floor) and new furniture and bedding throughout. Ideal for large families, or vacationing with friends. No streets to cross, plus guarded beach and handicapped beach access ramp. Owner supplies 16 beach badges (8 per floor). Deck on each floor, outside shower and laundry facilities. Plenty of off-street tenant parking on large paver driveway.
