A lot of character for this Provencal villa full foot decorated with care and taste and located in a beautiful landscaped garden in front of the Big Blue. By the gate at the bottom of the garden you reach a few steps to the sandy beach below. The land is fully sunny, closed and secure (alarm and security service)

The villa is fully equipped, with taste and care for the quality of detail: porcelain, fabrics, linen etc.

You have the choice to spend the day in a lazy dolce by the pool, in the garden, on the beach below, or to make striking discoveries in nature.
In the morning you go to get your foot fresh croissants and baguettes at the bakery next door. Small shopping center approx. 150 m, various restaurants and excellent fishmonger.
It is even possible to give up the car because the center of the small village of Agay is 10 minutes walk. There are shops, restaurants and a charming Provencal market every Thursday: a treat for gourmands

Agay, the village where Saint Exupéry frequently visited his sister and whom he chose to celebrate his wedding in 1932, is located halfway between Saint Tropez in the west and Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco to the east. You can get there comfortably by car, train or boat. The hinterland, with the Verdon Gorges - Approx. 1:30 by car - and the beautiful villages of Provence invite you to discover.

With any luck, in the evening twilight, the Gatsby Manifique, born under the pen F. Scott Fitzgerald near Valescure will be with you!

Que du bonheur

Magnifique vue, plage et petit centre commercial à 5 min de marche, piscine et jardin très bien entretenus, très belle villa dans laquelle on se sent chez soi, cuisine extérieure très appréciable.. Que dire de plus ? Si, la cerise sur le gâteau: une propriétaire charmante, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Merci Sanda.

6 friends found paradise in Sanda's home.

The house, grounds, pool, view, and proximity to the beach were exactly what we were looking for. Sanda was extremely communicative and accessible whenever any questions arose. The neighborhood and house are gated reducing the amount of traffic sounds to almost nothing and insuring privacy. The soothing sounds of waves were omnipresent as was the delightful breeze off the sea. Everyone was extremely happy regarding my choice of rental property. We all hope to return. Thank you Sanda and the Cote d'azur. Beautiful!

Fijn huis met prachtige tuin, heerlijk zwembad, fantastisch uitzicht. Bakker en kleine supermarkt 5 min lopen. Onderaan de tuin de weg over is het strand!

Eine gelungene Woche

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit fantastischem Ausblick aus einem traumhaft schönen Garten mit (nachts beleuchtetem) Pool auf die Bucht von Agay. Frau Porath ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Mit der Agentur hatten wir kaum Kommunikation, dafür öfter mit Frau Porath. Alles in allem hatten wir 3 (Mann, Frau, Deutsche Dogge) eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche. Ganz klar 5 Sterne.

Beautiful ....Charming........Delightful

We have just returned from 2 idyllic weeks at this most gorgeous villa., in fact we left out hearts there!! The owner Sanda, is a most delightful person to deal with and that is so important when renting a villa. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered immediately and any special needs were met and sorted. The vista from the villa is mesmeric and one can spend hours just looking out to the bay. One feels very much at home from the moment you arrive. It retains the charm of an older provencal property despite being so close to the sea and beach. Accessibility to local shops was excellent. The beach is across the road from the gate at the front of the property. We did not go to the beach a great deal as we had a baby with us so tended to stay in the villa. We did thought come down for very short periods, having lunch at the first restaurant which was super. Another evening we had supper at the second restaurant on the beach and were very impressed. We ate outside when we were at the villa mostly, for supper overlooking the bay ,and swimming pool......Beautiful glass table ......At lunchtime we ate at the small stone table and seats which were under a tree....... Wonderful place to relax totally......which we most certainly did. We came with our daughter, son in law, their baby and dog and it was totally ideal......only downside time passed too quickly.!

A true gem

We stayed there for a week with family, including teenagers, and the house exceeded our expectations! Easy to find, great description, great communication with Sanda at all times, house was very well equipped, lacking nothing except maybe a fan for the bedrooms on those hotter evenings. The house is very well laid out, the master bedrooms are far enough apart where everyone can have privacy, perfect for extended families as well! Office doubles very well as bedroom for that extra needed sleeping quarter. Kitchen was well equipped, even an additional outdoor kitchen and BBQ! Lots of seating opportunities in the wonderful garden, room for everyone. A side nook under a romantic Bougainvillea arch, a main dining table, another little garden sitting area and plenty of lounge chairs and shade to be had under the wonderful palm trees. The view of the bay in Agay is magnificent, beautiful sunsets. Laundry room is even perfect! Beds are comfortable and the living room very spacious. Loved the place, will definitely be back! Lots to do in Agay and surroundings. Nice dinner spots within walking distance, grocery store super close, kayaking and paddle boarding also very close, parasailing was a blast (down by the harbor) Esterel Massif for beautiful hikes and mountain biking, bike lane towards St. Rafael. Evening drive into Cannes alone the coastal route is also very pleasant. Thank you Sanda for making us feel at home.

Trouver mieux, c'est difficile !

Magnifique séjour de 2 1/2 semaines au mois de juin, en famille. La réalité est encore plus belle que les photos sur le site de location !!! Superbe villa très bien équipée et située tout près de la mer, accessible directement depuis le bas du jardin, en traversant la petite route côtière. Petit restaurant sympa (Agathos) sur la plage peu courue à cette époque de l’année. Salle à manger d’été très agréable en cas de vent ou soirée fraiche. Piscine très bien entretenue, avec le soutien des locataires, qui participent ainsi activement à la transparence et la qualité de l’eau. Magnifiques couchers de soleil, et le matin petit déjeuner sur la nouvelle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur la baie d’Agay. Boulangerie, poissonnerie/traiteur (bouillabaisse excellente) et supérette à 200m. Le village d’Agay, de taille humaine, est à 20mn à pied. On y trouve restaurants, magasins et la base nautique pour les sports aquatiques. Il est parfaitement envisageable de renoncer à l’utilisation de la voiture durant le séjour. Un merci particulier à Sanda pour son accueil, les magnifiques fleurs et photophores, ainsi que pour ses explications et sa réactivité à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons cette destination et espérons pouvoir y retourner. Famille B.

Besser gehts nicht!!!

Die Bilder auf der Homepage haben uns schon bei der Buchung überzeugt, aber als wir dann in diesem traumhaften Garten gestanden sind, wars nochmal schöner... Direkter Blick auf das Meer und auf den Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet- es fehlt an nichts und der Garten mit den Palmen ist wunderschön! Natürlich war der Strand im August ziemlich voll. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil wir einfach zum Baden nur kurz runter gegangen sind und zum chillen wieder in den Garten zurückgegangen sind. Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte (Spar, Bäcker) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sanda hat uns sehr viele tolle Tipps gegeben und Gastfreundschaft wird sehr hoch geschrieben!! Patricia hat uns vor Ort empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt! Alles Tip-Top!

The perfect spot

We were really happy to find a place with such proximity to the village of Agay, the beach and a small pontoon for boat pick up. Could not get any better Owner Sanda, took great care to make sure all was in order. I just had to learn how to take care of a pool and water a few plants. All therapeutic holiday activities. The house made our stay the perfect vacation. Encore merci pour tous Sanda

Villa mit perfekter Lage und Ausstattung

Wir haben in diesem tollen Anwesen 2 unvergessliche Wochen verbracht. Villa mit gehobener Ausstattung (tolle Möbel, begehbarer Schrank, Hauptbad in Marmor). Garage sehr geräumig und mit breitem Tor (Funksteuerung für Garten- und Garagentor). Bäcker, Fischladen, kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants in 200 Meter Entfernung. Zugang ans Meer durch eigene Gartentür in Badehose (Strand mit Strandbar in 40 Meter Entfernung). Herrlicher Garten mit Pool in perfektem Zustand. Viele Freizeitutensilien vorhanden (Kajak, Schnorchel, Flossen, Fahrrad, Angel). Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschirm in geschmackvollem Holz und Messing (keine Plastikstühle). Küche komplett ausgestattet, tolles mediterranes Geschirr. Sommerküche mit Meerblick und Gartenzugang zum Gasgrill. Kochen und Grillen macht dort wirklich Spass. Alle Elektrogeräte vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner). Sanda, die Besitzerin spricht perfekt Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und ist immer gut erreichbar (Mail, SMS oder Mobiltelefon). Sie ist sehr herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Professionelle Abwicklung mit Betreuung vor Ort durch Verwalter/in. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Beautiful Villa - Lovely Position

The villa is perfect for a family holiday. The sea and beach are at the end of the garden and the pool and surrounds are wonderfully private. Sanda (the owner) was very helpful with everything and I highly recommend this property.
