Schönes Stadthaus

Ein typisches Stadthaus, super gelegen! Tolle Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt und Obst stand bereit. Das Haus war blitzblank… Großes Lob dafür !!! An- und Abreise ganz unkompliziert…wir waren seeehr gerne Gäste dort !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hatten einen super Kontakt zur Vermietung, alles verlief reibungslos, von daher sehr zu empfehlen. Optimale Lage zum Stadtzentrum. Von der Ausstattung her war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen wieder!

Uns hat vor allem die perfekte Lage und die gute Kommunikation sehr gefallen. Genau so hatte ich mir das vorgestellt: Abends nach dem Strand umziehen und zu Fuß zu Restaurants schlendern. Und in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an der nächsten Bucht. Ein toller Urlaub und durchgehend super Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Im Haus war es im Mai etwas feucht, weshalb es einen Luftentfeuchter gab. Lüften half aber auch. Man hört tatsächlich die Autos vorbeifahren, aber wir haben uns daran gewöhnt. Im hübschen Innenhof haben wir uns auch gerne aufgehalten. Über das bereitgestellte frische Obst und die Drinks im Kühlschrank haben wir uns die ganze Woche gefreut. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Stadthausurlaub

Sehr zentrale Lage, hervorragende Ausstattung inkl.liebevoller Details, von uns empfohlen für 2 Personen weil 1 SZ Straßenlage und laut. Schöner ruhiger Patio, windgeschützt mit genügend Sonnenstunden. Wir würden wieder buchen für eine Woche.

Schönes Stadthaus in super Zentraler Lage

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Stadthaus. Schon der Anreisetag war klasse, Samstag mittag 12 Uhr, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und 10 meter weiter beginnt der Markt, herrlich!! Die Bar von Uwe Ochsenknecht ist keine 3 min Fußweg entfernt es gibt Live Musik Mittwochs und Samstags, wenn man Glück hat singt auch Uwe live! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!!!!!

Zentral gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 2-4 Personen. Das sich das zweite Bett allerdings im EG nicht in einem geschlossenen Raum befindet, sollte man sich wirklich gut kennen oder z.B. die Kinder hier schlafen lassen. Der Hinterhof/Patio ist zum Sonnen, grillen und chillen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet was die elektrischen Geräte angeht: Spühl- und Waschmaschine, Klima, Heizung im Schlafzimmer, eHerd, Microwelle, Mixer, Sandwitchmaker, etc. Ich habe das Haus zum Homeoffice gemacht, was bestens funktionierte. Das Internet ist super gut und der Vermieter was sehr hilfsbereit was Schreibtisch, extra Bildschirm und einen Bürosessel anging!

Santanyí 9/2019

Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet.Alles war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit der Hauskeeperin sehr gut. Für zwei Päärchen ist es leider nicht besonders gut geeignet, denn man muss immer durch das Eine Schlafzimmer um in den Patio zu gelangen,genauso müssen diejenigen die im unteren Schlafzimmer nächtigen an einer Glaszimmertür ( ein Vorhang würde schon genügen)vorbei um in die Küche oder das Wohnzimmer zu gelangen, somit ist man wenn man nicht miteinander verwandt ist, leider etwas gehemmt. Trotzdem hat uns der Urlaub gut gefallen.

Super schöne und große Wohnung

Die Wohnung oder besser das Haus ist sehr groß und strahlt echten mallorquinischen Flair aus. Insbesondere die Natursteinwände sind toll. Zusätzlich waren im Kühlschrank viele Getränke und ein großer Früchtekorb, was nach langer Anreise und heißen Temperaturen eine erfreuliche Erfrischung erlaubt hat. - Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Empfangsdame war von Anfang bis Ende schnell und super freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung quasi im Zentrum von Santanyí erlaubt einen einfachen Zugang zu Geschäften und dem zweimal pro Woche stattfindenden Markt sowie einen romantischen Spaziergang zu Cafés und Restaurants in der hübschen Altstadt. Ein Mietwagen sollte man schon haben, um nahegelegende Strände (10 Minuten) zu erreichen und die Insel zu erkunden.

Super erholsam...

Wir waren zu viert und haben den Urlaub und die Unterkunft voll genossen!! Es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet und für 4 Personen perfekt.

Prima Unterkunft

Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - Bad und WC sind modern und sehr sauber gewesen. Die zentrale Lage war herausragend. Trotz der Stadtlage ist auch hier etwas zur Mückenabwehr erforderlich.

Schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Stadt

Sehr schönes Haus. Alles was man benötigt war da, sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft. Tolle Terrasse. Die besten Strände waren schnell zu erreichen und Abends war man schnell zu Fuß in der wunderschönen Fußgängerzone von Santanyi.

Can Tiu, Santanyi

Uns hat die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war perfekt. Zur Begrüßung waren Getränke im Kühlschrank und kleine Snacks. (Saft, alkoholfreie Getränke, Bier, Oliven). Die Räume und die Austastung entsprachen dem Inserat. Die Lage des Objektes ist perfekt. Abends erreicht man die Innenstadt und Restaurant oder Bars in Santanyi nach nur wenigen Gehminuten. Parkplätze sind in der nahen Umgebung immer vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und verlief reibungslos. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, im oberen Schlafzimmer sind die Verkehrsgeräusche von der Hauptstraße, an der das Objekt nun mal liegt deutlich zu hören. Bewohnt man das Objekt aber mit nur 2 Personen, kann man auf die zweite Schlafgelegenheit im Erdgeschoss ausweichen und das Problem aus der Welt. Alles in allem, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefüllt und werden garantiert wieder kommen. Vielen Dank. Mit freundlichen Grüßen G.B.

Sehr gepflegte Stadtwohnung

Wir haben die Zeit in der Stadtwohnung sehr genossen. Die gut bestückte Küche ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Zur Begrüßung stand ein voller Obstteller auf dem Tisch und der Kühlschrank war mit Wasser, Saft, alkoholfreie Getränge und sogar Bier bestückt. Die Räume sind alle großzügig ausgelegt und die Tasse Kaffee im sonnigen Patio schmeckt dort besonders gut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Für Leseratten wäre noch eine Leselampe am Bett in der oberen Etage hilfreich. Wir kommen wieder!
