Troisième année que je reviens dans cet appartement avec mon fils qui a maintenant 11 ans. Et toujours autant de plaisir pour nous deux.Situation idéale, aussi bien pour aller à la plage que pour visiter alentours.Et quel bonheur de regarder la mer et Dinard à travers les baies vitrées ou sur le balcon !!! Découvrir parfois un écureuil qui se promène sur la pelouse ou dans les arbres !!!La propriétaire, de plus, est une personne charmante.Que demander de plus ????

Pour un séjour décontracté avec une belle vue sur la mer
Accueil sympatique de la propriétaire, L'appartement et le linge sont bien propres. La literie est confortable.Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le seul inconvénient c'est la pièce unique. A partir de la Ronceray il y a beaucoup de promenades à faire et de sites magnifiques à découvrir.

In der Ferienwohnung gibt es alles was man braucht ! Die Aussicht ist ein Traum ! Die Vermieterin der Wohnung ist sehr nett und hat auch mal während des Aufenthalts nach gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist !

Après un accueil, chaleureux, nous avons découvert un studiot,certes petit, (c'était mentionné) mais très propre et bien équipé. La terrase, ensoleillée en fin d'après midi, offre une jolie vue sur la baie. Dinard est très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Our second stay
We loved it so much last year that we went back again this year. The view from the balcony looks over to Dinard, we sat and watched the tides go in and out , it is such a beautiful view. Location is perfect for visiting surrounding areas and markets. Dinard has 3 markets through the week which could take around 20-30 mins to walk there but took us longer as we kept finding a bench and enjoying the view. The apartment has everything you need, and Catherine is a brilliant host.

Un petit havre de paix vue mer
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans ce studio où rien ne manque, doté d'un balcon vue mer et situé dans une residence très calme, avec accès direct sur un sentier du littoral. Dinard est une ville très agréable, la côte très découpée nous offre de magnifiques points de vue. A refaire..
