Bompas is a charming town located north-east of Perpignan, on the left bank of Tet, less than 10 minutes from the Catalan capital. Bompas enjoys a privileged lifestyle between sea and mountain where life is good!

This beautiful on a plot of 700 m2 garden with trees and fully fenced in a very residential area, quiet near tourist areas but away from noise and crowds! This house will allow you to spend a beautiful holiday in the sun by combining comfort, moments of family relaxation at the edge of your pool while being close to the most beautiful sandy beaches only 7 km. You can enjoy the pool all year round thanks to its shelter and the possibility to heat it between seasons for a supplement of EUR 250 / week. A real treat for young and old in all seasons!

The villa offers:

4 bedrooms with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, two with mezzanine and double bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds 90 x 200 cm,

A magnificent living space of more than 40 m2 of exceptional brightness with large openings on the pool. The open kitchen separated by a bar overlooking dining-room with its wood burning stove and living room with its sofas a second television. Netflix is available to tenants.

The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a large fridge / freezer , dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven in height, microwave, coffee machine (NESPRESSO), toaster, and all the dishes available.

Two shower rooms complete the interior of the house.

You can eat outside on the fully furnished covered terrace (dining table for 12 people + sitting area) with its summer kitchen including a large barbecue and sink overlooking the pool of 9 x 4 meters.

The garden is beautifully wooded to preserve your privacy. It is fully fenced for your greater safety and comfort as well as that of your children. Swings are available to your little ones.

All this in a very pleasant environment, optimal exposure, beautiful brightness all day. In the shelter of the wind.

Pure relaxation in the South of France

The property was large, well equipped and comfortable for our family of 6. Communication with Maria was easy prior to our stay as well as during. Check in and check out process was very simple.

Worn out villa with smelly and dirty bathrooms and many amenities not working

The photos are not showing the current status of the villa. The villa is worn out and poorly cleaned. The room with the couches is now a bedroom. Furniture inside and outside is different. The bathrooms are very dirty and extremely smelling. The walk-in shower has no window or ventilation. The ventilator at the other bathroom was broken. We spent 2 weeks there in August 2024. One window was broken, the ice cube dispenser was even removed, the waterfall at the pool was not working, the extractor hood was not working properly (smoke detector was even triggered once). We told this to the host, but they only told us „it’s the end of the season and it will be repaired and fixed later“ The local contact who also cleaned the pool was very friendly, but she took additional 120€ cash for cleaning when we arrived.

Bon séjour en pays catalan

Agréable séjour dans un logement propre, fonctionnel, adapté pour une grande famille, très bien situé pour découvrir le pays catalan (Perpignan, les châteaux cathares, Collioure, Villefranche de Conflans . . . ). A recommander.

Disfrutamos de unos días con la familia, la casa estupenda perfecta. Fuimos en diciembre pero repetiremos en verano seguro. Tiene jardín, piscina y un Porche espectacular.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, teilweise etwas Sanierungsbedarf

+: Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, sehr guter gemauerter Grill, schöner Außenbereich, Sehr gut funktioniertende Klimaanlage, Sehr ruhig gelegen -: Bäder müssten dringend renoviert werden, Außendusche nicht zu benutzen da übler Schwefelgeruch raus gekommen ist, Leider alles nur mit PKW zu erledigen (im Ort selbst ist nichts los) Insgesamt ein Super Ferienhaus, allerdings für maximal 10 Personen. Schlafplätze gibt es zwar mehr, aber das Gibt das Haus eigentlich nicht her. Wir haben einen Tollen Urlaub gehabt, der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorbildlich. Vielen Dank

Non conforme à l annonce le prix ne correspond pas au niveau de prestation

Hammam annoncé avec très belle photo qui ne fonctionne pas en fait c est annoncé à l arrivée! Frigidaire américain distributeur de glaçons ne fonctionne pas… c est annoncé à l arrivée le frigidaire s est arrêté de refroidir plus de 12 h et frigidaire qui coule en permanence obligés de laisser des serviettes pour ne pas glisser Le gestionnaire dit que cest normal pour 7000 euros de location pour 2 semaines… que les annonces sont fausses Des blattes retrouvées dans la cuisine et sdb … 2 chambres annoncées avec 2 lits 2 places en fait mezzanine avec des lits 140 davantage pour 2 enfants ou un adulte et il ne faut pas être claustrophobe pour la mezzanine ! Dans les 2 chambres. Terrasse difficile à nettoyer bcp de petites fourmis également dans le faux gazon autour de la piscine qui piquent Cuisine où il manquait beaucoup de vaisselles plats et des blattes retrouvées qui ont gâché notre séjour À l arrivée la piscine vaut été vidée et n a pas pu être utilisée avant le lendemain midi … Les sdb douches sont vétustes du 2 étoiles Le niveau des prestations ne correspond absolument pas au prix et le gestionnaire propriétaire a été très désagréable et insultant c est normal pour lui La maison de l extérieur comparée aux maisons autour annonce déjà la couleur … J ai loué plusieurs fois une maison standing pour regroupement familial et c est la première fois que la maison niveau de prestation est aussi éloignée du prix et annonce Bien dommage . Je ne recommande pas

Tres jolie villa

Villa spacieuse et bien aménagée , tout confort. Belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine, malheureusement sans eclairage lors de notre sejour, ne permettant pas d y manger le soir, et aucune intervention technique pendant la semaine, dommage, ca aurait pû etre presque parfait

Genial, con todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana fantástico

Estupenda casa, ubicada en una zona tranquila a las afueras de Bompas. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un fin de semana genial: es espaciosa, cuenta con calefacción/aire acondicionado, una cocina completamente equipada, ... Y una zona de barbacoa y piscina para disfrute tanto de adultos como de niños. La atención de Maria y de su marido fue excelente en todo momento, respondiendo rápido cualquier duda que tuvimos. Sin duda, la recomendamos y la tendremos entre nuestras favoritas para una nueva salida.

Super Erholungsurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und bemüht alle Fragen zu klären. Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung. Ein zweiter Fernseher wäre ideal. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einer landschaftlich schönen Region Frankreichs. Vielen Dank …. Wir buchen sehr gerne wieder !!

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus! Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es mangelt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern lief super schnell, sehr freundlich und haben sofort auf Anfragen von uns reagiert. Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie dort und absolutes Highlight war Abends nach unseren Ausflügen der Pool. Das Haus ist leider etwas mehr als 5 Minuten vom Wasser entfernt, liegt aber unmittelbar bei der sehr schönen Stadt Perpignan. Wir kommen wieder.

Différences importantes entre les photos et la réalité

Oublier la chute, et le 5 étoiles. C’est une maison correcte, sans plus. La propreté laisse nettement à désirer, les fauteuils, matelas, l’odeur d’humidité. Sans doute parfait pour de large groupe qui accorde peu d’importance au logement. Très très loin d’un 5 étoiles. Nous avons même quitté avant la fin de notre séjour. Un conseil: demander des photos récentes avant de louer.

Well apportioned, spacious & inviting property; with many attractions within easy reach. Recommended

Firstly, many thanks to Florence who was a most welcoming & accommodating host. The property itself is tucked away in a quiet, residential area but is within walking distance, 10 minutes, of local amenities; easy striking distance of Perpignan, 15-20 minutes to the city centre; and only 45 minutes to the Spanish border or Prades - which is the gateway to the Parc Naturel. The property has much to commend it, being at once spacious and inviting, both inside & out. The four bedrooms are comfortable, there are two sizeable bathrooms, both with usable showers, one of which is a feature, large walk-in shower much loved by our three young children. A large living area is complimented by a second smaller salon, both of which feature large 4K televisions. The WiFi is exemplary, enabling both adults & children to stream Netflix onto both TVs at the same time, which is a blessing. The kitchen does not want for anything, and featured a large American style fridge/freezer with its much used ice dispenser. As we holidayed in October, we had no need of the air-conditioning, but the A/C was comprehensive. Outside was a large patio area with plenty of covered seating and a barbecue, and of course, a heated and covered pool - given the weather we encountered we had cause to use the pool in all conditions hot/cold, rain/shine, and enjoyed it immensely. Perpignan is a small but perfectly formed city, we can recommend Restaurant Le Libanais (€70) and Les Saisons (€150) both to feed a family of 5, with non-alcoholic drinks. The surrounding area is too comprehensive to list here but we loved Carcassonne, the Millau Viaduct, St Fulcran Cathedral at Lodève, the land train from Collioure to Port-Vendres; Roses & Cadaqués (Salvador Dali's house, now a museum) in Spain, and for the more adventurous, numerous via ferrata, a day trip to Andorra, and almost any village perched high in the Pyrénées Catalanes.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison 8 jours à 9 personnes ( 6 adultes et 3 enfants 7, 4 ans et 15 mois ) La villa est spacieuse, propre, bien agencée.La cuisine est fonctionnelle. A l'extérieur, la terrasse et le salon d'été sont à l'ombre . La piscine est agréable et la température de l eau est bonne.Une balançoire a fait le bonheur des enfants . La région est belle à visiter . Les plages ne sont pas très loin en voiture La propriétaire Florence est très sympathique. C est une adresse à retenir

De woning ziet er op de foto's beter uit dan in werkelijkheid

Bij aankomst bleek de woning niet schoon. Tot op het laatste moment was er verbouwd in de woning en dat was niet (met name het stof) opgeruimd. De eigenaar leek op dat moment (op verzoek al een uur later dan afgesproken) nog niet klaar om ons te ontvangen en de overdracht werd ook afgeraffeld. Verder waren de badkamers en het zwembad naar onze mening niet schoon. Op verschillende onderdelen was de woning slecht afgewerkt, zoals bijvoorbeeld de kitranden, een onbehandelde houtvloer in de slaapkamers en onlangs aangebrachte hoogslapers (de trappen daarvan zijn gewoon onveilig). Bij het zwembad ontbraken parasols. Bij de 1e verschoning van de bedden bleken ook de dekbedden en kussens niet schoon te zijn. Nadat wij zelf het een en ander hadden schoongemaakt, hebben wij wel een goed verblijf gehad maar dat is toch erg jammer bij een woning in deze prijsklasse. In Perpignan en omgeving is in ieder geval voldoende te doen.

Geweldig!!!

Als je een heerlijke vakantie wilt in een mooi huis moet je hier zeker heen! Huis is compleet, zwembad is geweldig, heerlijke veranda en bbq! Kortom fantastisch!!! Ook werden we helemaal in de watten gelegd door Florence! Heel erg bedankt Florence en jou team! Geweldig! Groetjes Wendy en de andere vakantiegangers!

Belle villa pour des vacances en famille

La villa est bien pensée, bien distribuee pour accueillir deux familles. La villa est propre et accueillante, dans un quartier calme. La piscine est de bonne taille. L entretien de la piscine est fait quotidiennement. Les draps, serviettes et autres necessaires pour le sejour est fourni. La piscine est sécurisé par barrière. Possibilité de barbecue. Commerces a Perpignan non loin de la villa. La plage de Canet en Roussillon est très belle et agreable. A 48 km de Gran Jonquerra pour le shopping. Seul bémol: les lits sont durs et pas tres confortables.

Très belle maison

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. On a été très bien accueilli. La piscine a été très apprécié des petits et grands. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de coin pour jouer à la pétanque ni dans le jardin ni autour de la maison. La quantité de verres et de petites cuillères pourraient être plus nombreuse afin de ne pas devoir les laver 3 fois par jours.

Urlaub im Oktober mit erstklassiger Betreuung !

Nette und sehr zu vorkommender Kontakt mit unkomplizierter Übergabe des Hauses. Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle! Das Haus super ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Den Pool hatten wir gegen Aufpreis beheizen lassen, super mit der Abdeckung auch im Regen nutzbar. Die Kinder konnten stundenlang im 32 Grad warmen Wasser spielen. Ebenfalls erstklassig, kein Chlor sondern Salz, welches kaum spürbar war.Keine brennenden Augen oder ähnliches. Das Meer nicht weit und gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, Bompas hat alles was man benötigt, Bäcker, Einkaufsmarkt und Fischhändler. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Villa, mit sehr nettem Vermieter! Vielen vielen Dank Abou!!!! Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank Sebastian

Une bulle de liberté et en même temps de tranquilité pour toute la famille !

Un moment magique pour chacun ! Les parents profitent du hammam, de la terrasse, du salon... Les enfants de la télé dans leur espace dédié, de la piscine chauffée... Les ados de la piscine à leur tour et peuvent s'isoler chacun dans leur chambre et profiter de la wifi... La salle à manger spacieuse et toute proche de la cuisine permettent de se retrouver tous ensembles et chacun peut facilement participer ;-) Sans compter que tout l'électroménager est au top et simplifie encore la vie pendant les vacances. Bref, vivement qu'on y retourne !
