Eat breakfast on the balcony of this beautiful beachfront condo while enjoying the spectacular views. You'll see the boats from the marina heading out in the morning for a day of fantastic sport fishing. In the afternoon you'll see the sailboats going out for their sunset snorkel cruises. You can just walk down to the beach in the backyard to swim and snorkel.
This Flamingo location offers jet skis amd golf carts nearby. We can also make reservations for you, anything from deep sea fishing and fine dining to in-home massages. Babysitters are also available.
This spacious condo features a well appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The formal dining room seats 8 with an additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The large living area features a large smart TV and a wall of windows to enjoy the fabulous views. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, custom bedding and a private bath. The second master has a queen bed and also a private bath. A queen bed is offered in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer and super fast wireless internet! Weekly maid service is included.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo! Playa Flamingo was a great place to base our adventures out of. We also loved having our own beach access right outside the building. The kitchen had several amenities that made it easy to cook and eat in some nights. The AC was quiet and efficient which made it a very comfortable place to stay. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Playa Flamingo Vacation

The condo was a great location, as expected, perfect for our family. Loved hanging out on the beach and walking down to the marina shops. Sat on the patio watching the waves come in every morning. Vicky was helpful whenever we reached out.

Beautiful space!

We had the most lovely time in Playa Flamingo! The condo was great only small negitve its water pressure was low and not very hot water for showers but all other thing's were great.

Beautiful beach view

Very comfortable, everything you could need, view of the beach, can walk right down to the beach from the second floor central location to many fun activities. Marina at your back door, walkable to a wonderful restaurants, Vicky super helpful with anything you might need.

Amazing Views

This property is wonderful. The pictures accurately describe the unit and the location and views cannot be beat. You technically have your own private beach! Walking distance to restaurants and other beaches. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked, including beach chairs which were really appreciated! Great property!!

This property is in a great location. Very quiet and very comfortable. All the comforts of home. Beach is right out the door. Building is quiet, beds comfortable, and patio furniture great. Vicky was awesome to work with and was very prompt in answering messages.

Great Location! Great Views!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we were very pleased with how easy it was to stay here and use the condo as a home base. We drove to many places that were a short drive away including amazing beaches, shops and restaurants, including local surf spots! We loved the small and very private beach right out front and had some really good snorkeling experiences there! Vicki was a great host, very quick to respond and got us what we needed. We were very comfortable. Thank you! I recommend people stay here if you want a nice place to rest in between some great adventures!

Great Stay at Vicky’s condo

We recently stayed at this condo. The condo is located behind the new marina and has an amazing view of the ocean/mountains although you cannot see sunsets at this location. The condo is very spacious and is quite comfortable for our family of 6. The beds are extremely comfortable and other furniture as well. We loved hanging on the balcony watching the views and listening to the surf. The condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story low rise building and has a private beach for a few of the condos in the area. Communication with Vicky was easy and she is very responsive. The condo’s location is good and you can walk to restaurants. Supermarkets and flamingo beach. There was a bit of noise from the pipes in the master bedroom from the unit above every time they would turn the hot water on but we managed. Definitely recommend this place to families.

Amazing view

We loved this property. Was a convenient location for exploring the area and we found lots of dining options in close vicinity. We couldn’t get enough of the view and the sounds of waves. So relaxing! Layout worked well for our family. My teen daughter enjoyed having her private bathroom and walk out from her bedroom to porch. Felt like a home away from home! Vicky was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Simply amazing condo

Great location

This property has an amazing view and close easy access to the beach. Their is shopping, delicious restaurants and a larger picturesque beach within walking distance. Coco Loco is a great restaurant but don’t drive there unless you have a 4 wheel drive. It’s a bit of a walk but you can walk there. The condo is not luxurious but is comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfy and the AC units work well when you need them. Hot water and water pressure in the showers was sometimes inconsistent. Overall very happy with our stay.

Paradise

We could not be more pleased with our VRBO experience:) The view from our condo was what I always hope for in a vacation. The private beach was better than expected. The sand and surf were perfect for relaxing. Then it was just a short walk to the main Playa Flamingo beach where our teens loved to surf on boogie board and eat at Coco Loco. The condo was perfectly spacious, open, comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a washer/ dryer was a big plus. As always we still packed too much:) The lawn chairs, cooler and beach towels were so appreciated also. We would definitely stay here again- hopefully next year. Absolutely loved Costa Rica and this condo.

Fantastic!

Condo was really nice and spacious! Very clean and had a perfect view of a private beach. Absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed coffee every morning on the huge patio overlooking the bay. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and Flamingo Beach. Had a minor maintenance issue but Vicky was very responsive, diligent, and resolved quickly. Great communication and gave us recommendations and contacts for excursions during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Private Paradise

Fantastic property right on the beach with views and sounds you can enjoy 24 hours a day. The unit itself is large enough for multiple people/families to enjoy, eat and sleep, and just steps from a private beach to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, or both! The unit will meet travel need for both young and old such as kitchen, dining room, living room, in addition to much needed laundry. On top of all that, the comfiest beds we experienced throughout our travels in Costa Rica. A few restaurants within walking distance, but may want to consider driving if with young kids (mine didn't the walk). One thing I would note is that in prior reviews, there is mention of pool usage at the resort next door. This is not the case anymore, although the friendly concierge allowed us to use it since the kids were already in. However, the rest of Vickie's unit makes up for it and I would recommend anyone to see for them selves. Host was a treat to interact with and always available if there were any questions or concerns.

Spectacular view

This was our anniversary trip with our kids and their spouses. The condo listing is spot on with the description. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Our family had coffee every morning listening to the ocean waves and chirping birds. The bedrooms had plenty of space for our party of 6 (3 couples) and the living room, kitchen and dinner area had so much space for us to hang out, play games and share meals together. We spent everyday on the private beach swimming and just hanging out as a family. In the evening we took the chairs (provided by the host) down to beach to enjoy evening drinks, listening to music and dancing in the moon light. Playa Flamingo is walking distance so we did spend a day on the beach by Coco Locos where the food and drinks were amazing. Lot of restaurants within walking distance and small grocery store close by. I would highly recommend this condo for a fun family vacation. Thank you Vicky for sharing your beautiful home, best vacation ever!!

Amazing beachfront location!

We are a family of 4- we have 2 daughters ages 16 & 18. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! It’s beautiful and spacious with a view of the ocean that can’t be beat. The little private beach was perfect and the condo is so close to so many other larger beautiful beaches! The restaurants around the area are superb- we loved Angelinas’s and Coco Loco! Vicky is an excellent host and responded to our questions quickly and gave us suggestions of what to see and visit. We fell in love with Playa Flamingo and would stay here again and again! There is a lot of construction going on right now with a new marina, stores and condos coming, but when you step into Vicky’s condo it is all but forgotten! Thank you Vicky for all of your help- we made memories that will last a lifetime.

Private beach

This condo was very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs ready for us to use. The beach was small, quiet, and private. It was only a short walk to the main Playa Flamingo where there was much more action. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pans, and small appliances, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets. A small suggestion would be to stock some staples like salt, pepper, sugar. The tips emailed to me about where to eat and shop were helpful. Thank you for providing a relaxing place to stay!
