All Deauville on foot, beach, casino, downtown, market, shops, train station 10 minutes walk.

Free parking at the foot of the residence.

Apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Très bon séjour

Ma famille et moi-même avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé, l'accès au centre ville de Deauville ( et même de Trouville) se fait rapidement à pied. La jolie vue depuis le balcon est un plus.

Super emplacement. Super contact avec hôte réactif

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Logement très bien équipé et propre. Idéalement situé. La salle de bain mérite un petit rafraichissement. Je trouve juste dommage d’avoir dû payer en plus 30€ de draps et serviettes alors qu’une armoire complete est disponible.

Emplacement idéal au plus près des plages

Séjour en famille pour le week-end de Pâques. Idéalement situé, proche de la gare TGV et au plus près des plages de Deauville et Trouville. Résidence calme, sécurisée et propre. Appartement en bon état, propre et fonctionnel. Rose, propriétaire, s’est très bien occupée de nous. Merci

Location très bien située près de la plage et des commercese

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, il n'est pas utile de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville, endroit très calme, une seule remarque c'est l'absence de volets dans les chambres endroit à conseiller.

Appartement bien situé mais plusieurs problèmes rencontrés

L’appartement est très bien situé et offre une très belle vue depuis un grand balcon, tout est accessible à pied. En revanche nous effectuons une réservation pour 12h et apprenons 3 jours avant que nous ne pourrons accéder à l’appartement qu’à 15h et que nous serons prévenues s’il est libre avant. Le jour j nous ne sommes en aucun cas prévenues que l’appartement est prêt alors qu’il l’est bien lorsque nous nous décidons à entrer. Enfin, la chasse d’eau des toilettes n’aura pas fonctionné tout au long du séjour.

Beautiful place. Beach not that close

The apartment works fine (although knives in the kitchen is not worth using). It could use a makeover and the cleaning was not too good. Three floors apartment with toilet above and bedrooms below is a strange order.

La résidence où se trouve l'appartement va être rénovée à partir de Septembre 19 - La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est en verre, se ferme avec bruit, les locataires claquent souvent cette porte , bruit que l'on entend jusqu'au 3éme étage - résidence bruyante le week-end, discussions tardives sur balcons et parkings. L'appartement loué était propre mais dans un état vétuste. Cela fait longtemps que cet appart' n'a pas été rénové, meubles anciens et fragiles, pas de volets seulement rideaux, dans la 2ème chambre impossible de dormir dans le noir, literie laisse à désirer, mauvaix matelas. Meubles pour s'asseoir dehors de mauvaise qualité, en plastique et pas très fiables. La propriétaire est très aimable, mais pour le prix nous nous attendions à une meilleure qualité et plus de comfort. Dans les chambres aucune penderie ou bibliothèque pour ranger ou accrocher ses affaires/vêtements.

The property is spacious and comfortable located on a yacht basin.

We had a nice one week stay and enjoyed the views over the basin to the English Channel. The unit is perfectly comfortable and the view fantastic. The unit is getting little tired and needs some basic repairs. Being from the United states but frequent travelers to France, we were disappointed with lack of information about operation of the heating system. The WC was located at the top of the unit which makes middle of the night trips a little inconvenient (I "m over 70 years age). We really enjoyed sitting on the comfortable deck watching the sun set. We would rent again.
