Beautifully updated condo
This condo has beautiful finishes and custom furniture. It was very clean and welcoming. It was also delightful to sit on their balcony and enjoy the expansive views.
It would be great if the owners could add a cookie sheet, tongs and refill the salt and pepper... to aid in preparing meals. FYI, one burner on the stove was out, but it was no problem, as we just used the others.
That being said, we were very surprised to learn, upon checking in at the management company office, that we were not going to have wifi in the unit, but had to sit in the lobby, to access it.
This seemed very unusual and inconvenient for such a high end condo. We did not want to run 2 floors down every time we needed to take care of business needs... so spent the entire 1st evening of our 5 day stay, In the lobby in order to access the wifi.
In addition, there were no written instructions regarding the operation of the TV equipment and we couldn't get it to function. We did contact the management company, that evening, via texts and phone calls regarding these issues.
We never reached anyone directly, but left messages. I did receive an email about the stove, but nothing concerning the TV and wifi. Finally, after I called again, about 3:00 pm the following day, I was able to speak directly to someone. Promptly, a very considerate and helpful maintenance man came and corrected the wifi and TV issues.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel it was a positive experience trying to express our concerns to whomever was answering the phone at the management company. Although we did greatly appreciate that the issues were resoved eventually.
We did enjoy our remaining days and appreciate the owners sharing their beautiful home with us,
