The perfect place to stay for access to everything in Metz!

The property has a great location. You can walk just about everywhere or use the local bus system, which is very easy. Our host was gracious and helpful. I highly reccomend this property!

Central Metz apartment, handy for everything

2 bedroomed apartment in a modern block which is part of a shopping centre but overlooks a large courtyard which includes a children's playground. The apartment is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen in an open plan living area. The bedrooms are both doubles and again are very comfortable. It is very quiet at night. The situation of the apartment is ideal for exploring Metz being only steps from the cathedral, river and all amenities. There is parking under the shopping centre and because we were staying for 2 weeks, Marc, the owner helped us to get a reduced price ticket which was very good value. Communication with Marc was excellent and he met us on arrival and took us to the apartment. It was also easy to access the motorway network and we had trips to Nancy, the battlefield site of Verdun (the town is also very pleasant) and Saarbrucken (be warned, parking is a nightmare all within about 1 hour drive. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this apartment.

Superbe appartement en plein centre de Metz

Superbe petite escale à Metz. Cet appartement est très agréable et propre. Pour l'emplacement c'est génial en plein hypercentre de Metz avec tous les restaurants - cathédrale - le marché à faire à pied, la balade le long de la Moselle. C'était vraiment sympa.

Wohnung liegt über einem Einkaufszentrum (St. Jacques), ist erstklassig eingerichtet und zentral gelegen (200 m Fußweg zur Kathedrale). "Monsieur" (frz. Sprachkenntnisse empfohlen) ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit, insbes. beim Umbuchen im Parkhaus von Kurzzeitparken auf "ticket de congrès" (für 4 Tage 43,00 €).

Appartement lumineux et bien agencé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien agencé et disposant de toutes les commodités (exception faite du lave vaisselle). Bel appartement moderne

Très bon accueil par Mr Jean-Pierre et très bons contacts avec le propriétaire Mr Rosa qui a été à l'écoute des qq remarques formulées ! Appartement très bien situé et moderne, à proximité du centre commercial et du centre ville. La salle de bains est équipée d'une belle douche à l'italienne. Le parking sous la résidence est aussi un grand point positif. Nous envisageons un nouveau séjour en été en espérant que les petits aménagements suggérés seront effectués ! Au plaisir de vous revoir lors une prochaine location.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Die Lage ist ruhig aber direkt im Centrum, so dass wir alles fuß läufig erledigt haben, dazu war das Auto mit Hilfe von Herrn Rosa günstig in der Tiefgarage geparkt. wir haben die diversen Kunst/ Veranstaltungen so ohne Anfahrt, Parkstress geniessen können. Es ab vieles um das Centre herum zu entdecken und auch als Jogger konnten wir schön Wege längs der Salle, Mosel oder Parkanlagen direkt von unserem Domizil aus erkunden. Es waren 3 Tage voller Abwechslung und Nachts die angenehme Ruhe trotz quirligem Nachtleben in den Gassen dieser Metropole. Nochmals vielen Dank an Herrn Rosa, bis auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Ideale Location für einen Stadtbesuch

In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung von Marc Rosa haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, kleine und große Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, etc. alles nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man kann das Auto ruhig stehen lassen und in die lebendige Altstadt eintauchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Moderne Wohnung mitten im historischen Zentrum

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, Wohnung ausgerüstet auch mit Verbrauchsgütern, Parken in der Tiefgarage darunter (vom Vermietern bekamen wir Methode der Parkgebührermäßigung :-)) Ganz unkomplizierte Kontakte via WhatsApp, Supermarkt in der Anlage, zahlreiche Restaurants fußläufig. Absolut ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Metz. Betten in der Tat etwas kurz.

Moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir wurden von Herrn Rosa sehr freundliche empfangen und zur Wohnung begleitet. Tiefgarage, Supermarkt und viele andere Geschäfte liegen alle in einem Gebäudekomplex, ganz zentral in Metz. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gern einmal wieder.

Wohnung toll - Gastgeber sehr freundlich

Die Wohnung war super: Die Aufteilung der Räume ist großzügig, die Ausstattung ist modern und hell gestaltet. Allerdings sind die Betten sehr kurz. Mit großer Körpergröße (ab ca. 1,80m) wird es schwer, sich der Länge nach bequem ins Bett zu legen. (Dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug.) Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten kann man fußläufig die Kathedrale St. Etienne erreichen. Die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Parkplatz des Einkaufszentrums war gut und für die Innenstadtlage auch kostengünstig. Die Kaution i. H. v. 500,00 Euro wurde vom Vermieter sehr schnell nach Abreise an uns zurück gezahlt. Durch die Fenster zu dem Innenhof/Platz ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir haben trotz der zentralen Lage keinen Lärm von der Innenstadt oder von dem Einkaufszentrum mitbekommen. Allerdings würden wir das nächste Mal nicht mehr über das Portal Fewo-direkt buchen. Die Zahlung der Vermittlungsgebühr ist ausschließlich mit Kreditkarte möglich (da amerikanisches Unternehmen). Wer keine Kreditkarte besitzt, kann keine Ferienwohnung buchen, da es keine andere Zahlungsmöglichkeit für die Vermittlungsgebühr gibt. Den Zwang zur Kreditkarte finden wir sehr schlecht. Außerdem wird vom diesem Portal eine Kaution von 1.500,00 Euro empfohlen. Dies ist oftmals ein Vielfaches des eigentlichen Buchungspreises (Das ist Wucher!). Trotz der Kritik am Portal Fewo-direkt: Die Ferienwohnung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

C´était parfait

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est propre et moderne. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et serviables. Pour les coureurs, il y a une belle route le long de la Moselle. Nous aimerions revenir.

Fantastic position, superbe

We loved this place , clean , clair, and handy.The walking position right in center, car park underground and also the supermarket, is a Plus +, the landlord very dedicated ,highly recommended On aime beaucoup cette place, c'est clair aérée, en plein centre, à pied de tout, avec un parking disponible en option juste en dessous, et aussi un super marche, qui est tres convenient qui se trouve en dessous, les propriétaires sont tres avenant, une place de choix a recommander hautement

Great location for day tripping around France

We used this central location as out home base for touring to Reims, Luxembourg, Trier, and Strasbourg. Very central for us, within a charming, mid-sized French city. Ample space for our family of four, with fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, milk, and juice supplied by the owner. Though not air conditioned, the cool nights and fans made sleeping very comfortable, even in August. Proximity to boulangeries and a grocery store was a plus. However, the layout of the St Jaques center was a little confusing, but we got the hang of it quickly. Owner Marc Rosa was very attentive to our needs.

Très bon séjour à Metz

ideal et avec tout comfort pour découvrir Metz

très bien situé à une rue piétonne avec les commerces et le parking, mais aussi calme. appartement très bel et modern avec tout confort au cuisine, le bain manifique, les lits confortables. un grand merci à le propriétaire. Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Metz

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zentral mitten in Metz. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist besonders schön renoviert. Die Betten waren bequem und die offene Küche super zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Von der Wohnung aus ist man direkt in der Innenstadt von Metz, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Kathedrale, zur Markthalle, zu schönen Einkaufsstraßen. Ideal für einen Wochenendtrip!
