Beautiful First Floor Studio Condo!
This unit sleeps 4 with the KING SIZE Bed and queen sized sleeper sofa.
Walk right outside and enjoy the nature and outdoors

Kitchen Features Corian counter tops complete with breakfast bar and counter stools. Custom Hickory cabinets and appliances. Full size fridge, oven, microwave, compact dishwasher.
Full size sofa with queen sized pull out bed.

Laundry on site (not in condo, in the pool house)
This complex is on the Santa Rosa Sound and offers a beach area, private fishing pier, pool, and cabana with picnic area and grills. Beach on the gulf is just a short walk across street.
Our favorite things about the condo:
The pool, close (walking distance) proximity to the Gulf Shores National Seashore. Beautiful lawn and landscaping. Amazing sunsets on the harbor

We vacationed in Navarre Beach for spring break in 2018. Fell in love with this area and looked at condos while there. The rest is history! We discover something new every time we visit!
Why they chose this property
This location offers so many amenities. You will not find many places with lush green grass, an amazing pool and fishing pier right outside your door.
What makes this property unique
We love getting to know our renters and love building lasting friendships. We love this location as it is a quiet area, yet close to both the beach on the sound and the gulf. Not too far from the pier in town and only about a 30 min drive to Pensacola or Destin if a faster paced area is what you are looking for.
