The Condo was not as clean and I thought it should be. The refrigerator had dried food on top of the crisper. My wife wiped the crisper. There were cobwebs on the curtains. The owner should inspect the cleaners work.

Great location to the lake

Host was easy to communicate with and very nice. We had a great stay and this is very convenient and nice place for a lake stay. My kid enjoyed the basketball courts as well.

Excellent location

Good sized rooms with bathrooms. Location was perfectly in between the town for shopping and my mother in law's house. Clean, well kept up. With the one exception of the neighbor who had rap music on late Wednesday night, it was a quiet neighborhood. Lady who owns the property was very nice and easy to work with. Since family lives in this town, we will definitely request to stay here again on our next visit.

Monkey Island Townhomes

Very comfortable and had all of the conveniences of home. If there was one negative, it would be the wifi connection, especially on the tv downstairs. Would suggest a signal booster, but otherwise, this place met my expectations! would definitely stay again.

Perfect Property

This townhouse was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults, 2 children, and one infant. The house was spacious and clean and stocked with everything we needed. With Covid some things were closed, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful for us to find things to do. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Would Stay Again!

Decided to take a spontaneous trip to Grand lake and found John's property perfect for our needs. House was clean, spacious, great access to lake amenities, nice pool area and family friendly. Our kids riding their bikes around all evening was worth the price of admission! Neighbors were super friendly!

Great Condo

Excellent experience with John. He was very informative and always answered when I text with a question. Location was perfect for lake time with friends as well as a family wedding. We loved it and will absolutely be using it in the future.

All around great place

Great location near the lake, marina, and restaurant. Neighborhood has a pool that wasn’t very busy that the kids loved. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Our accommodations were great! John was very accommodating to all of our needs during our stay. There was plenty of space for the entire family! We went to eat dinner at theQuarterdeck Waterfront Cafe... great atmosphere and food. We also tried the Parrot Steakhouse.. excellent! Thanks John for being a super host!

Excellent accommodations. Our only regret was not being able to see the lake from our condo. The house was clean and had no problems. We did have a few spiders. Hope they weren't pets John cause I killed em. Also didn't see no monkeys lol
