Magical spot in a nice house

We liked this house for the perfect location very near a nice beach to swim and beautiful GR routes to walk. The house is well equipped and we slept well in the double bed

Nid douillet dans cadre idyllique à 50m de la mer au Yaudet

Shhh... don't tell anyone; this place is best kept a secret! Utter peace apart from the trickling stream and lapping of the waves, a stone's throw from the beach of the creek, close enough to take your apéro to, instant access to multiple coastal and inland walks, evenings lazily spent around the large kitchen table before heading off to a cosy bed and starting all over the next day! Three days definitely too short a stay!

schitterende locatie

Het huis heeft alles wat nodig is voor een fijn verblijf en is prachtig gelegen in een wondermooie regio. Vriendelijke gastheer. De omgeving biedt tal van wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Hou er wel rekening mee dat de bewegwijzering vaak erg gebrekkig is - ook al laten toeristische brochures dit anders uitschijnen.

Idyllisch gelegen, alles da was man braucht

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus und überhaupt kein Problem mit Mücken oder ähnlichem. Man kann wunderbar in der Gegend wandern, baden, ungestört Sonnenuntergänge beobachten oder einfach Muscheln sammeln. Man muss sich nur trauen, eine sehr steile Straße mit dem Auto hinunter und wieder hinauf zu fahren;) Die Küche lässt quasi keine Wünsche offen, von dem großen Ofen, in den auch riesige Baguette passen, waren wir sehr beeindruckt. Einziges Manko ist der Geruch nach Schimmel in den Wänden im Erdgeschoss. Wer das Wohnzimmer nicht als 3.Schlafzimmer braucht, den wird das vermutlich nicht stören, im Obergeschoss und auch in der Küche merkt man nichts. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung an alle, die, wie wir, gern abseits der Bettenburgen wohnen und sich treiben lassen wollen.

gite agréable et bien situé, seul problème: zone de très mauvaise réception réseau et impossibilité de se connecter a internet malgré la connexion au WIFI disponible, (et la télévision présente mais sans réception), souci de routeur ??

Excellent sejour

Ce gîte est vraiment très agréable et bien situé à deux pas de la mer, très calme. Nous en avons profité pour faire un break sur la télé car il n’y en a pas !.. C’est pas plus mal finalement mais il faudrait le noter dans l’annonce. Nous nous sommes régalés et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci pour l’attention à notre arrivée également. Les couchers de soleil sur la plage resteront gravés dans nos souvenirs….

des vacances de Noël idyllique dans ce petit coin de paradis. La mer à moins de 100m et une véritable impression de "coin sauvage" sur une côte parfais trop construite. La maison offre toutes les prestations souhaitées. A recommander sans restriction

Altes Steinhaus an einer kleinen Bucht gelegen

Wir erhielten eine gute Wegbeschreibung und haben anhand der Fotos das Haus gleich gefunden. Leider war niemand vor Ort, der uns eine Einweisung gab. Alles per WhatsApp. Infomappe leider nur auf französisch. Es roch sehr muffig. Das Haus bekommt wenig Sonne, daher war es feucht und kühl. Alles in allem war es etwas ungepflegt, besonders auf der Terrasse. Hier müsste mal Unkraut entfernt werden und der Bewuchs am Haus zurück geschnitten werden. Daher auch viele Moskitos! Die Terrasse bietet aus einiger Entfernung Blick auf die Bucht. Leider konnten wir sie kaum nutzen, da früh zu feucht und kühl und abends war es nur möglich, wenn die Sonne noch nicht hinterm Wald verschwunden war. Und dann kamen die Mücken.... Im Haus selbst gibt es ein schönes Panoramafenster im Wohnbereich mit Blick zum Meer. Die Küche ist mit großem Gasherd/Elektrobackofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner ausgestattet. Die 2. Toilette ist unten im Abstellraum. Obere Etage hat zwei Schlafzimmer und Bad. Bad für 4 Personen viel zu klein, es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher für alle aufzuhängen. WLAN funktionierte nicht in allen Zimmern und auf der Terrasse auch nicht. Vermieter kümmert sich aber. Ich hoffe unsere Nachmieter haben wieder besseren Empfang. Da das Haus in einem Tal liegt, gibt es so gut wie kein Netz. Der Ort ist sehr charmant und die Bucht traumhaft schön. Es ist allerdings sehr ruhig, keine Geschäfte nur eine Creperie. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige Kilometer entfernt.

Sehr schön gelegen

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus, es ist super geeignet mit Kindern. Der Strand und das Meer direkt vor der Haustür, umgeben von Wald und tollen Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, großer Gasherd und Ofen. Die Kommunikation mit David war sehr freundlich, immer hilfreich und unkompliziert.

très bien situé!

La maison est situé à 2 pas de la plage (qu'on aperçoit depuis le salon), sur une partie de GR magnifique, idéale pour les amateurs de paddle et marcheurs. L'intérieur est très bien aménagé, la cuisine très fonctionnelle et les lits confortables. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable! Intérieur peut-être un peu humide à la saison froide car la maison est entourée de végétation mais parfait pour les beaux jours. Nous avons été conquis autant par ce gite que par la quiétude de son environnement.

Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort

Das ehemalige Fischerhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage, sehr nahe an der kleinen Meeresbucht. Es bildet gemeinsam mit weiteren (Ferien-)Häusern, die während unseres Aufenthalts nicht bewohnt waren, einen kleinen Hof. Umgeben ist dieser durch Wald, wobei sich der Blick zum Meer hin öffnet. Das Haus ist geräumig und groß genug für eine kleine Familie. Ein privater Garten ist nicht vorhanden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich lediglich eine Terrasse. Insgesamt ist das Objekt gepflegt, wenn auch manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Ort befindet sich ein Creperie, die zu empfehlen ist. Für Einkäufe muss man allerdings nach Ploulech oder Lannion fahren. Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus möglich oder man fährt wenige Kilometer in den Westen oder zur rosa Granitküste in den Norden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt alles in allem sehr genossen.
