In a quiet residential area of St Jean de Luz while being close to everything: central beaches and blue waves (500m), town center (800m), mini-market at 200m.
If you are a little too busy you will also find a Shuttle at 90 m to take you or bring you back from the city center (market, train station and bus station).
The studio (2 people) has been very recently renovated to provide real comfort with the concern of a beautiful decorative research. it is located in a villa, independent entrance that allows you to feel at home, its eastern exposure ensures sunshine all morning until early afternoon. The villa is at the end of a very quiet dead end street, which also provides the great privilege of offering parking spaces in all seasons, while staying close to the center.

It is therefore composed of a room (convertible sofa bed, very comfortable, a real bed! 140), high table, TV, equipped American kitchen (washing machine, mini oven, hotplates, fridge), 1 large independent bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
All on about 25m2 and small outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun for breakfasts and lunches.

Bad experience

Me and my mother stayed in that small apartment 2 weeks and we had a very bad experience. First of all the owner sent me an email before arriving asking me the arriving time, I answered to the email but I had some problems with my email so she did not receive anything and she sent me another one which is this one: "I am so sorry to have no news from you, and also very surprised about that. Consequently and because i have many requests i will put the studio available for others visitors." So..this is incredible, after I paid the deposit, how can an owner write me this???? A part this, when we arrived in the little house, the house was VERY DIRTY, I told her and told me that we can leave the house...????????So what?????You took my deposit, you did not clean the house and you told me to leave?????We were very tired and we did not feel like look for another house, so we went to buy everything to clean the house and we cleaned properly as never the house get cleaned like that. I personally asked her how it worked with the heating and she told me that the heating usually was on from the morning until the night, never the heating was on all day long, so sometime it was cold there. We had a very bad experience and I can't suggest this property to anybody.

Nettes Souterrain abseits des Trubels

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Souterrain-Apartment im Grünen. Es liegt außerhalb des Trubels, aber alles ist gut und schnell - auch zu Fuß - erreichbar. Laurance ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Punktabzug für das Schlafsofa, das leider nicht ganz so bequem ist. Ist halt keine richtige Matratze und kein richtiges Lattenrost.

Point positif:proximité ville,plage(marche 15 mns) Emplacement calme,literie confortable et SDB spacieuse.mise à disposition d’un emplacement sécurisé pour véhicule. Points négatifs :Équipement sommaire(vaisselle,pas de MO ),TV à remplacer,mobilier usagé.Manque d’ensoleillements. Saint Jean de Luz très agréable et festive.

Le studio était plus beau sur la photo qu'en réalité.

Le sudio est humide et il y avait une odeur de moisi tout au long du séjour. Ce studio ne convient pas aux asthmatiques.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement. Le studio est bien équipé et est parfait pour les 3 jours où nous y avons séjourné. Bien situé nous avons pu nous facilement profiter des activités de saint jean de luz.

Ruhige Lage

Vermieterin hat uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben, das war gut. Es roch am Anfang aber unangenehm in der Souterrain Wohnung. Nach einem Tag lüften wurde es besser. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive und Endreinigung muss selbst durchgeführt werden. Das steht nicht in der Anzeige.

Différentiel entre le descriptif enjolivé des photos et la réalité.

A déconseiller fortement. Sommes arrivés le 25/09/2021 pour un séjour d’une semaine en Pays Basque que nous apprécions énormément, nous avons opté pour cette location censée être convenable compte tenu de sa localisation, du rapport qualité-prix et des photos . Nous avons été désagréablement surpris par le studio qui n’était pas concordant avec le descriptif. Dès le seuil franchi, une odeur de moisi nous avait assailli, la luminosité de l’appartement( sous-sol aménagé) était déplorable, le coin jardin inexistant si ce n’est une plate-bande aménagée de 60cm de large adossée dans un coin reclus de la maison. Sommes repartis le soir même, prévenant l’hôte de notre désenchantement, ce dernier soit disant surpris de notre constatation visuelle nous a confirmé le bien fondé de son annonce. Pour l’odeur de moisi, il nous a conseillé d’aérer quelques heures. Préconisation déplacée pour un logement censé être sain et idyllique selon le descriptif mis en ligne. Sans commentaire. Il serait souhaitable qu’Abritel fasse des visites mystère pour vérifier la véracité des annonces.

Séjour agréable dans le studio de Laurence

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans ce studio très bien situé dans un quartier très calme avec une petite terrasse et une belle vue derrière. Le studio est confortable et il manque guère ptt un sèche cheveux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Laurence et son conjoint.
